For better security and data protection, a One-Time Password (OTP) will be introduced to all users of Shell LubeMonitor service.
2. Engine Performance Diagnosis
Engine information section within Shell LubeMonitor will now be enhanced to capture important information such as Scrubber, Number of Piston Rings and Piston Ring Coatings to help our Shell experts perform appropriate diagnosis on the data submitted.
3. Introducing Offline Logbook
Shell Marine Connect Software will no longer be in service with effect from end 2020. This will be replaced with an intuitive log book which is designed for use in an offline environment. You can start using the Offline Logbook immediately. Please download the Offline Logbook from the help section within Shell LubeMonitor platform or request from Shell LubeMonitor Team.
How to use:
• Open the offline logbook file in Chrome or Edge internet browser
• Record your onboard test results and running data in the offline logbook
• Once completed, press the export button and then you can e mail the data file Alternatively, you can upload the file yourself, within LubeMonitor, when you have a data connection.
