✗ Can’t use without trial upgradeI got this on recommendation from Google. There’s a paid version called Text Editor+, but all I really needed was to read a few files. First couple opened with minimal fuss. Now I’m on the fourth file and the app refuses to let me open a file without signing up for me free, cancel-anytime trial of Text Editor+. This is just another scam by a subscription product to get you signed up some something that you then forget about and end up unconsciously paying $1/week for. Sure, I can afford the $1/week, but I’m deleting the app on principle now because of their extremely heavy-handed tactics..MstenersVersion: 1.4.1
