✗ Horrible user experience, horrible customer serviceThis app stopped working for me on day 2. It would not allow me to access any exercises past the second one. When I reached out to support, I was told I must not have watched it and that's why the next videos wouldn't unlock. I watched the 2nd video several times and still nothing. Then they asked me to screen record my experience for their teams. At that point I was done. I have an extremely busy schedule and I just wanted out of this headache. I requested a refund. They said that they normally don't do refunds, but they would give me a 60% refund while still having access to their app for the remainder of my trial. But what use is that when their app doesn't work? Absolute rubbish..Version: 2.11
