✓ Takes to long to openEvery time I open the app it take a long time to open and if it’s a emergency seconds matter I will be using a different app bc it open fast straight to the button.SamalexmillerVersion: 2.5.0

✓ Location features???With the ADT Go app we could see where our children were when they left the house (when it was working), but this app only has the SOS feature. I hope they add this feature soon since ADT Go will no longer be supported..HShep79Version: 1.1.0

✓ Needs to be user friendlyHave needs to be user-friendly, especially when people with special needs! It also needs to have a button where you can request a check in! Not hide the screen at the very bottom where you can’t see anything. The button I’m talking about is where you can request a check in from the person you’re locating. When they’re out of range and GPS isn’t working correctly. I saw the button before and now it’s gone, requesting you to check in on the name of anybody on your family list or any list? I can’t afford to pay for the version being a family on SSDI so I only have the FREE Version.Cutiebugme2Version: 4.6.0

✓ What the heck??!!!I absolutely agree with others that have issues or dislike this app... it’s completely a joke... for as much as you pay for ADT shouldn’t this be free... however 2.99 is fitting because what the hell does it do. I am confused... so it’s a timer to go from A-B and if you don’t do that it alerts contacts?? Then where is my family’s location, speed (teens) anything ADTGO did... crash detection... I mean what in the world were they thinking... totally ditching this app... like someone else mentioned I absolutely would NEVER recommend this and if I could go with half or no stars I would... super disappointing!!.Dont use this service!Version: 2.0.1

✓ I tried, however, cops showed up on false alert!I tried to give this a go, it was confusing and police showed up, not knowing who to look for. I’m not sure why the false alerts keep happening, but it’s something that definitely needs addressed before anyone should use! Buggy and unreliable.Forbes ListedVersion: 4.4.2

✓ Kind of uselessI only downloaded because ADT doesn’t give FOBs anymore and how is my keypad across the house going to be helpful in an emergency if I can’t get to it. Most of the time the app doesn’t open it just gets stuck on the blue screen, or it tells me there’s connectivity problems-when the rest of my apps/internet, etc. Is working fine.BDGR1986Version: 2.5.0

✓ Needs improvementThere are some nice features in the app. However, it slow to catch up when moving between locations. It actually showed my daughter at a different location for more that 12 hours. ✓ App is confusing and has none of the features of ADTgoADTgo was by far a better app. This new app I barely use or see a need for. ADT comes swinging out of the gate with a great app only to replace it with something that has none of the features it’s better product had. This app I’ve accidentally sent alerts just trying to figure out how to use. Start tracking apparently sends so many alerts. My wife alerted me and all of my family on the responder list several times when I took too long and she couldn’t get a hold of me after going to the ER.
