✓ Awesome… exceptI love using this card. Especially when I first signed up I was a fanatic. My eagerness has kind of fizzled out for the following reasons though: whenever I go to use my card it is constantly declined for every purchase you make you need atleast $100 in the account so this is extremely annoying . To deposit funds into the account it literally takes forever to become available. The credit card screen is unclear to me like is that the amount I owe or the amount I have paid or wth is this saying lol ? And the prize amounts take quite awhile to rack up. However there are more pros than cons to this card like it has covered a couple of my $15 transactions completely unexpectedly which is really really nice!!!.MiaGSosaVersion: 5.3.39

✓ Some basic things need to get betterI really would like to stretch that I like this app. But like anything else it has it’s pros and cons. Pros: 1. The fact that it has a high yields savings account is a plus it encourages you to keep money in the app. 2. The tickets in a raffle every week thing is fun. It makes 9:00 pretty interesting (if I remember to check the app that is) 3.The buckets although not an original idea is a nice implementation into the app. (But that’s where some of my cons come in) Cons: 1. Why on earth are buckets automatically transferring between each other!!??? (Specifically from buckets to the core account!) That only creates confusion and it defeats the whole purpose of having dedicated buckets to save money into. Money and confusion in this world simply don’t mix. Please save the excuse that some transaction “I did” caused the automatic transfers. Many people are having the same issue so please put some effort into fixing it. 2. We can’t electronically wire transfer any money out. (No routing for the debit account) Although I will willingly admit that I don’t know what would need to be done for that to be allowed so it’s not that deep I guess. 3. There really is no customer service support (there is technically speaking) but you can’t really reach anybody. Friend recommended this app to me and I’ve loved it since but only recently have I managed to save enough dough for a hundred tickets and it’s great to see daily returns on that through the lottery. Just got the debit card, which support helped me with immensely and quickly after it was glitching on the app. (Had iPhone set to high res image and had to change it to most compatible like jpeg) I think I finally plan to use this as my actual direct deposit debit card cause more tickets is more change. ✓ Best non-traditional BankIt’s been about a month since switching from your typical old school financial institution to Yotta and not only was the transition completely effortless but I have nothing but great things to say about Yotta and my experience with them so far. I’ve only had to reach out to customer service once which is done through a chat on the app, and they are prompt and the most helpful customer care team I have ever experienced. I am constantly getting tickets with my direct deposit, then paying the bills that I normally pay anyway. I usually guess a few that are winners and I make a little change, and they picked one of my purchases today and paid for it, refunding my money. However, I can honestly say I’m pleased with the app and the return results I’m getting. I have Yotta’s debit card and just got my $155 transaction for free. I also got a $20 transaction for free a couple months ago. Couple those free transactions with my weekly winnings from the lottery and my overall return is well above 2%, which was what I was supposed to be getting from Ally when I first opened an account with them. However, during the pandemic, Ally reduced that to 0.6%. So to be getting more than 2% return for an online checking account is amazing!! ✓ Great options and fun to do!I started with a savings account and moved up to having a debit card and multiple buckets within my Yotta including a crypto-bucket, which is super cool! I pretty much win at least something every week, most of the time it’s like around .25 cents but it’s been higher than that a couple times and it all adds up! So far I’ve won $30+ total from drawings and their free debit purchases (they pay for random stuff you buy sometimes)! All in all, totally not bad, never any fees, super clear, you can get to your money any time.. it’s a great way to save and bank! ✓ Better than someI like that I’m earning some money consistently. It’s about the same as my 5% apy account, so we’ll have to see if I stay with Yotta since percentages are finally going up a microscopic amount. It’s kind of fun though, so I’m using it for now. My problem is that I have to refer people to level up. Literally no one likes when you try to refer them to things. It’s like a call center making a cold call to you. ✓ Great app, but could be more specific!I’ve been using yotta for several years, and in particular the “credit” card feature. Unfortunately as I am under 21, (they don’t tell you, but) this doesn’t actually build my credit and is not reported, which sucked when I first went in to get an auto loan, because I had thought I had credit, but thanks to Yotta I don’t. However I really appreciate Yotta’s savings and other features, in particular their boxes and tickets systems. ✓ A fun way to bank!I love this app. It definately has put a spin on normal banking and actually feels like you’re getting something back, because you are. I still use my “main” bank to cash my checks or I pay a huge a$& fine with paypal( I do NOT like doing that) because I get the money right away, majority of the time. I think that’s the only thing that would seal the deal if they had instant cash checking for a not gouge your mouth out price ans when you transfer money from another bank it’s immediate- it takes WAY to long to clear into yotta. The potential for a higher return than traditional products tied to savings and transactions you are already making seems like a win-win for you and the background institutions. Be aware of FDIC coverage and risks for some offered products. Additionally I would be cautious of keeping significant savings in seemingly safe accounts (open an FDIC savings/checking and end up in a non-FDIC blockchain backed product seeking higher yield). In short, Yotta is a great idea to make boring savings and checking products more interesting but the app makes it very easy - it constantly encourages a user - to switch to non FDIC products. Of course that is up to the user. I do wonder about the efficacy of a company trying to encourage personal savings via a lottery system that encourages users to abandon FDIC coverage all so that (I assume) the sponsor company can make more money itself. ✓ I wasn’t expecting to like it this muchI downloaded Yotta at the end of November 2022 and after 3 months of banking I am thoroughly satisfied. The app interface is easy to use and I love the daily drawings! This is the most fun way to earn interest on your savings and while I never really was a lottery person I’m still loving this gamified banking. The buckets are like the best money organizational tool and it’s unlike any other bank I’ve used.
