✓ Great AppSometimes a little disappointed that I get emails about books I can request, so I do then get refused almost all the time. Why email me then? 🤷‍♀️ Overall brilliant app to read on especially in dark mode which I use for most apps because my eyes go gozzy 🤪 with black writing on white pages. Is it possible to highlight? I haven't seen an option to do that, I may be looking in the wrong place...Highlight and keep highlighted on certain paragraphs and I don't mean to copy and past, but to make it stand out if and when you want to go back. This would be helpful and I’ve heard other people talk about it on other apps but does NetGalley do it?.The Ginger One.Version: 1.1.0

✓ Extremely fast customer serviceI was experiencing a problem downloading a book and sent in my complaint. I had a real person respond within minutes to say they’d contacted the publisher about a file error, and detailed suggestions for other ways to read the book in the meantime. ✓ I love the new changes for PDFI’m so very grateful that I get the opportunity to read and review books before they are published. But reading a PDF version in the app was cumbersome. ✓ Mostly quite goodI am an avid audiobook listener so having an app was lovely. I also had issues with getting the books to download, but once the WiFi connection was sting it seems to load quickly. My problem is that once the audiobooks are playing I have to exit the app after every chapter to get it to play again! I gave the app a 4 star review because I know the stars are important and I think the app has promo side once the bugs get worked out..Indi815Version: 1.0

✓ Audio part is much improved.Originally there were glitches in the audio portion. I am currently listening to a “new book” and no problems or complaints. The delivery is smooth, volume consistent, I can bookmark, connect via bluetooth to different devices and control from those devices. There is a sleep timer and a range of speed choices. I find this comparable to Chirp, Audibles, Hoopla and Libby. Actually better than some others. The particular publisher/providers at times don’t have their product as polished, just like when I read an ebook on my Kindle and the format is lacking. I do like being able to preview audio books since narrators can make a huge difference and it is definitely the only way some readers can get a book..Kacm*Version: 1.2

Makes reading and listening to books you get approved for so much easier as you can do it on the go via the app on your phone. ✓ Does what it saysLet’s you change fonts, spacing, font size. You can enable scroll mode. Every book also has a day counter so you’ll always know when it’s going it be removed. Only issue I have is that my reading position is sometimes not saved when I don’t exit the book via the “back” button (and instead let my screen lock).
