I had a real person respond within minutes to say they’d contacted the publisher about a file error, and detailed suggestions for other ways to read the book in the meantime. ✗ Not able to sign in on iPadI’d love for this app to work but I cannot seem to sign in on my iPad. After I put in my username and password I get a blank screen. I have the latest update on my iPad and have room for the app. I’m able to sign in on my iPhone, but who wants to read a book on a tiny screen?.Ladena12345Version: 1.1.1

✗ Please update for user interfaceThis is a frustrating app to use in general. It jumps pages easily, doesn’t allow the reader to take notes and won’t allow any copy and paste for my own notes. Since I use it in order to write reviews for books, it’s a frustrating process. I will use a different app which will take extra steps just to avoid the clunkiness of this app. The only pleasant aspect of the app is it is the easiest way to read Net Galley literature..Daxemus100Version: 1.0
