✓ Mostly good, glaring error foundOverall, I love it. The information is mostly on point, I won’t go into that, you can read all the other comments. I found a question regarding the cyber kill chain. The answer found in this app is just wrong. It uses some 8 step cyber kill chain that is not what Comptia uses. Comptia uses the 7 step cyber kill chain outlined by Lockheed Martin. This should be fixed but in the meantime, ignore anything you read in this app about the cyber kill chain because it is wrong..Version: 3.3.5
✓ Actually really helpful - Passed Security+I was nervous about using this app at first - worried it wouldn’t have relevant or accurate content, but that wasn’t the case at all. I answered all 850+ questions at least once, then took a few Jason Dion practice exams and was able to pass the Security+ (601) this past weekend. And I only used the free version, even with all the ads 100% worth it! I already have the A+ and Net+, so that helped me pass for sure. I suggest using this app in addition to other learning materials if you’re new to IT and networking. Maybe even invest in the pro version for even more content if you’re new to it and want to better prepare..Version: 3.4.5

✓ Good study resourceWith 501 coming to an end this is an efficient way to get studying in when you can’t read a book or have your laptop. The questions are great and fairly difficult, the feedback is pretty solid as well. Some questions I need to look up acronyms but they give a lot of information in why you get the questions wrong.Version: 3.1.0

The questions are clear and well written and the answers are extremely thorough giving explanations even for the wrong answers. ✓ Great App for CompTIA Sec+ StudyingHas the right types of questions, good explanations of correct answers, and gives you the format for the MC portion of the exam, not sure if it has PBQs but does a solid job for the MC. Has a good study path depending on your study timeframe, prior knowledge and expectations (trying to just pass or acing the exam). Great job, only advice I would give devs is you don’t have PBQs, add them, and then increase the price a little more cause that would fully cover the exam and would be worth more to all the exam takers!.Version: 3.5.7
✓ Passed Security+Just passed my Security+ SYO-601 exam, and I cannot understate how useful this app was in the process. Questions are well-written and have excellent explanations, the app looks and feels well-done, and the Pro version especially has an excellent feature set for practicing. I highly recommend the app, the free version is pretty good, but honestly the number of questions and material that is available in the Pro version is well worth the full price. This app gamifies the learning process and makes it easy to continue learning when you’re tired of watching videos or reading. 5/5 stars, extremely glad I purchased this app, I truly don’t think I would have passed without it..Version: 3.5.7
✓ Useful but Minor Tweaks neededI learned a lot from this app. However in the end, I gave it a 4 star since the questions were more confusing and didn't understand the exact point it was asking. Doesnt always go into a ton of detail on all answers but is great to keep your mind thinking especially for memorization and on the go learning. Downside tho is that the app and web version don’t always sync so you might find yourself always looking at your device rather than a large pc monitor. I forgot I'd even installed this app during class one night, and opted for the pro version within a few minutes of using it. Honestly, my confidence has soared just from using the app and realizing how much info I actually DID digest and retain. Maybe, with this app, I WON'T need that retake voucher I've already paid for! Give this app a shot if you're planning on taking the Security+ any time within the next months, and consider springing for the Pro version. The questions will prepare you for the test and you’ll be able to see your weak areas to focus on. Don’t be worried about the scores that you get doing the practice tests, they are very challenging but it provides you the information to recognize it in the future. Can’t recommend this app enough. ✓ Use this app!I don’t typically leave reviews on apps. Like ever. But this app was so helpful to me in passing my security+ exam. I used this and Jason Dions Udemy videos and tests. Once you’re able to start scoring above an 80% on every practice exam you’re definitely ready. The only suggestion I have would possibly be adding some PBQs. ✓ Just Passed the SY0-601I was a little shocked to find this app while going through resources to help me study. Paid for the subscription and let me just tell you. It came in clutch. What I like about it the most are the explanations to the questions regardless if you get them right or wrong. What I noticed while taking the Sec+ exam was how easy the questions were compared to this app. This means if you’ve able to ace these questions then there’s no doubt you’ll do the same on the exam. 10/10 would recommend to add to your resource. ✓ ONE TIME PURCHASEThanks for not making this a stupid subscription app. This is a good text exam question quizlet/flash card type of app with a roadmap illustration and nice organization. Use this with a book or Udemy class and you will be fine dont buy the stupid intensive subscription courses unless you really have ZERO experience in the field; even then I think they are mostly a scam and will offer not much more than any other apps. For everyone else this and a good study book will take you to the finish line easily. Security + can be tough for beginners, but is not specialized so save your money for a retake if you really are not a confident test taker. this app + Udemy or messer on YT.Version: 3.2.3

I am usually strongly against payment walls to turn off ads, but this app provides so much that I felt it was appropriate. The one time fee is also amazing as many IT learning tools use pricy subscriptions based models. The app is also very usable without paying if you don’t want to. I love the visual learning graph as sometimes it can be hard to visualize progress for long term studying. It’s easy to feel discouraged if you miss quite a few in a row but reading all the answer descriptions (even the ones you get right) really help! When I took the exam, I didn’t get many that were similar but it is more about the concepts and they way to think about the topics that really help. I almost purchased the full version but I had to take my exam due to time. For a free app, you get over 400 questions and a practice exam. I highly recommend. ✓ PASSED — Clutch as a CrutchI downloaded this app with 1 month of my exam; after taking a 2 month break from a 6 month online Bootcamp. I’m coming from a background of Health & Human services. I plan to continue this lifestyle of constant studying to perform past my limits in the most zen vibration — which is what this app has allowed me to do. Similar to Anki’s custom flash cards; these contain a particular method that worked well with me, a horrible test taker. ✓ Passed sec+This was a great supplemental app the study for multiple choice questions. It was especially perfect for when I was out and about, and needed something to study on the fly. The questions were great in giving a deeper understanding oh why answers are correct. I recommend to use multiple resources such as Dion’s exams and professor messer’s exams, along with this app. That’s what I did at least and it worked out for me, but I can confidently say this app will not prepare you for performance based questions.
