✓ Tried to take full subscription fee at time of free trialI activated the 3 day free trial for my daughter and cancelled the renewal within my apple subscriptions at the same time however in the 1 minute it took me to do that a charge of $49.99 was attempted to be deducted from my bank account, luckily I didn’t have the funds in the account at the time however there have now been multiple attempted charges for this amount and I have to ensure my account balance is less than $49.99 whilst I try and sort this mess out. Despite advertising for a 3 day trial on the app and also receiving a ‘welcome to your 3 day trial’ email this app has not provided the trial as advertised. I have emailed the support email as recommended but have received no response in 5 days..Version: 9.8 (4)

✓ WackI understand you need to subscribe for these kids games, my daughter usually loves them; but the free version of this you can only play once every 12 hours. That being said, my daughter didn’t even get to try it, she accidentally picked the wrong “character” without playing tried to back out and pick a different child and now she’s stuck on the subscription page for 12 hours.
