✓ Lots of fun games…..when the app isn’t crashing.Subscriber beware….The games are great. Very interactive and my 5y/o girl loves playing. That is, when the app isn’t crashing. It worked fine for quite some time. Then it didn’t. I’ve contacted customer service. They email me back with a “solution”, claiming it’s guaranteed to fix the problem. Guess what? Problem not fixed and I just wasted 20 minutes of my time. I email them back (as instructed in their email). This time, they don’t answer. That was on 18June2021. Today is 15July2021. And yes, they’re still charging me. If I don’t hear back in 24H, I’m reporting to Apple, Inc. as well as notifying all US and international consumer advocacies. You are committing fraud, Skidos. It said that we needed to fill the bar in order to continue but it’s a confusing game and we have no idea how to get past that to get back to the game that she actually enjoyed. I decided to unsubscribe without success. The manage subscription button doesn’t work. The website provided lets me log in but then claims subscriptions on devices won’t show up on the website. Tried to go through a link provided in an email recieved by the app, and it sends me to itunes music that doesn’t even see the app. So If i can’t get in touch with someone in the next 2 days I’ll be getting charged $8.99 for a game I can’t even use..Version: 2.1

The games are extremely limited. She was bored within 15 minutes and begging me to buy her the “add ons”. Also, the developer pre selects a 3 month subscription for you. I thought I was paying for 1 month, and then received a bill for $30! The subscription boxes look exactly the same, but the developer has already chosen the 3 month subscription as a default. This is sneaky and unethical, to pre select a 3 month subscription and trick the user into a longer & more expensive commitment. When I wrote the developer for a refund, no one responded.
