✓ Could be a Clubhouse killer.Rated it 5 stars for the potential it has. The one feature that really seemed to encourage people to stay on the app was giving and collecting gems. The developer has stripped the ability to see how many gems you’ve earned, which has really killed off a lot of formally active users. Gems may be worthless, but people seem to like them. Perhaps a better approach would have been to enlarge the app around gems? Maybe the ability to send any kind of emoji to users? The underlying app itself and concept is solid and could really take off if enough talented room hosts make a presence. As of now it’s quietly dying - which is a shame as it’s a far better app than Clubhouse. Another quirk of the app that I hope gets addressed is the public chat is constantly disappearing. Old posts are auto-deleted after about an hour. That’s really short sighted as it kills off conversations that otherwise might thrive. As of now the app is a solution without a problem. Most don’t know what to do with it. I really hope the developer makes a few tweaks to bring back the thousands that originally flocked to it, before the updates chased them away.
