✓ LagSometimes it takes 30 seconds to load from the map to the activity or the activity to the map. Sometimes we can still hear the activity when we’re back at the map screen. Sometimes moving the pieces lag or don’t match where we’re touching which is frustrating for him. My son figured out that if you X the video or hit the back arrow from an activity, the game still gives him the star and unlocks the next activity..Version: 1.1.8

✓ Youtube accessGreat app and one of my child's favourite apps. Unfortunately i had to delete it since he has found a way to access the youtube channel, which allows him to access other not so nice youtube videos. (Not numberblocks videos) Even if you deactivate safari, it is all done within the app with no way around it. I have one sad kiddo, but i don't want him to have access to everything on youtube through this app. If it would link to YouTube kids, that would be fine..Version: 1.1.8

✓ Ok but not enough for a monthly subscriptionMy 5 year old enjoyed playing this game periodically. There was a problem with the songs turning green which could be rectified by pausing and playing again. The higher levels are more of the same rather than any deeper learning. The numbers just get bigger and it’s still basic counting in 1s 5s and 10s. There is an introduction to division and use of arrays which is consistent with the TV show but it isn’t taken further. We have had this for a couple of months and cancelled the subscription as he wasn’t playing it. He finished the 5 levels yesterday while we still had access and it takes you back to level one again when completed, so it now has limited appeal. It would have been good if there was a hidden, more difficult level after level 5..Version: 1.1.7
✓ Please fix this appMy son loves playing this game but there are a few issues. The app often freezes while he’s playing. We’ve also found he can’t play the bigger number levels as they just don’t show anything on the screen. When the bus levels come on he can only move one number blob. My children still enjoy the games, but grow bored of the guided trail because half of the lessons are videos and do not load. ✓ How do you play offline?I want to give this 5 stars, but until this app can be used of trips, I cannot. Our iPad does not have any data and can only download over WiFi. While doable when at home, being unable to use the app when out of the house is a huge disappointment. I see an option to remove downloaded videos, so I assume I can do offline by downloading a season at a time. However, I cannot find anyway to download and play offline. It wouldn’t request permission from her iPad so I did it from my phone only to find that it won’t share the paid subscription. This hasn’t been resolved through multiple app updates. ✓ Please helpHello, I’m located in the USA and my daughter has been using Alphablocks and Numberblock apps for quite some time. We love it! But starting a few days ago, videos on both apps cannot be loaded. Sometimes the window that says no internet connection pops out ( while it is already connected to internet). Sometimes the entire app just froze for no reason. I tried deleting and redownloading the app. But it did not help. Are we the only one experiencing the problem? It plays over everything, including the “games” and the videos, which seem to have their own music, so you just end up with a jumbled incomprehensible cacophony. The music even continues when the app freezes. The “games” are truly bizarre. The first one is just the number one block staring at you. What do you do? Stare back? You can’t tap anything except the back button. Obviously something is broken because in another “game” Six introduces a quiz that never happens. This app is unfit to be published. Stop using children as unpaid testers for your product, Blue-Zoo. Poor form. So weird that such a quality educational brand as Numberblocks has such poor quality control on its game. Now instead of forcing me to get this one and charge a subscription for a mediocre app I would have been happy to pay and keep the other one. In every section of this app there is a variable lag in between the words said by the narrator. Sometimes 3 sec, sometimes 10 seconds. Everything is slow. The songs section is a great idea had you kept all the songs with the intro, and labelled each song. The videos are not titled, I cannot find the episodes my child loves. ✓ Not AccessibleMy son really loves Numberblocks. This app looks like it could be really great for him, but it isn’t accessible with the sound off. So it isn’t accessible to the deaf/ hard of hearing/ auditory processing disorder community. It would easily be a five star app if the narration had the option to be captioned and there was a lifetime purchase option in addition to the subscription options. As it is I am glad for the free trial so I am not out any money, and I can always come back when/if captioning is added..Version: 1.1.7
