✓ Warning!! 7 day trial scamPlease do not get caught with the 7 day free trial in this app... it is made out that you get 7 days free before the sub begins but it takes the money instantly and then no mention of the 7 days free! And also then nowhere to contact anyone! Terrible and to think it’s aimed at children but crafty tactics in play to get your money!!.Version: 0.3.5

✓ So much potential but too many issuesThis app could be so great! Access to all the stories and being able to work through the letter sounds is brilliant. BUT the app crashes constantly. If you want the stories to be read to you, many pages haven't got the audio linked to them, or the audio and pages are mixed up so the wrong thing is beind read. The font for the stories is unfortunately not the alphablocks font, so includes the double-storey 'a' which children are not used to. Such a shame - it feels like the app was rushed..Version: Help your child learn phonics.

✓ 2nd video does not load - stuck at black screenJust downloaded the AlphaBlocks World app on both my iPhone 11 (iOS 14.3) & iPad 2. After playing the 1st video (“taps” video) successfully, we tapped on the 2nd video (the ‘s’ video) to start playing it but was unsuccessful as it would not load & indefinitely stuck on a black screen. So, basically, the whole game is unplayable. My 4-year old is very disappointed as he loves watching AlphaBlocks & was so excited to play the game. ✓ Plenty of bugsI’ve paid for the full subscription. However, the game is full of bugs. My kid loves it but gets frustrated with the bugs on the game. ✓ IssuesLove your shows but there are some issues in “alphablocks world” app. The unlock pop up shows no number buttons to type in age, leaving you unable to get to the purchase subscription part. On the 9th lvl (first book) it shows loading screen to 75% and stops, you cannot go back your stuck on screen and need to force close app. Sorry couldn’t find another contact option to let you know of these bugs. “NumberBlocks world” works fine..Version: 2.0.1

My children still enjoy the games, but grow bored of the guided trail because half of the lessons are videos and do not load.
