The customer service rep had no clue what the problem is and said the app is operated by PNC Bank, not Navy Cash, and that they do not even have contact information for the people at PNC who operate the app. She said that PNC only told Navy Cash reps to instruct users to delete and reinstall the app if there were any problems. No other troubleshooting or technical support is provided!.AppleUser123abcVersion: 1.0
