✓ Surveys are fun and a new way of learningI would like more surveys but I fall in to a middling area..retired from my 42 year career as a customs officer but still working at 3 jobs casually so I’m always busy..the surveys I get to do are a lot of fun..I find some are repetitive but I understand why..I would like to see a progress number on each survey to gauge where we are at the moment..those that do so are easier on the efforts we put forth..you are teaching an old dog learning new tricks Thanks for the opportunity.Version: 1.4.3
✓ A shame that I have to go through this for a response it is a good app other than a few bugsI’ve tried to get a response from them after sending at least 10 emails just voicing my concerns with no answers so I’ll do it here. Multiple times a day I lose out on surveys because there isn’t a refresh option to refresh a page when the app doesn’t go to the next page. It’s frustrating after spending 15 or 20 minutes only to lose out on points and time. I’ve reached out to them multiple times addressing my concerns and never received any acknowledgment. Other than an automated response saying they’ll get back to me within X amount of time and they never do. When it’s not doing that the app is incredible and I’ve been using it for almost 3 years. ✓ It’s okay.I love using Branded Surveys. They give great surveys to fill out. And the maximum cash out is $5 I’ve made over $20 in three days. The only thing that bothers me and they should work on fixing is when I click to start a survey for let’s say, 85 or 100 points I start filling it out then all of a sudden it tells me I wasn’t a match. And they don’t even give points for trying. I think they should at least start giving 10 points for at least trying and taking the time of day to do this… Other than that I really do enjoy this app!.Version: 1.3.9

I decided to try this app because I saw something while doing research. I racked up 5$ on here and tried to cash out. ✓ 50-50 chanceI would say it’s a 50-50 chance of it working. You may have been doing a survey for 20 minutes then you get kicked out and no points for your 20 minutes wasted. I wish there was a refresh button for surveys as they fill up to quickly and then they don’t refresh quick enough. ✓ Good app for taking surveys and making a little extra moneyEasy to take surveys and earn points. Withdrawal is straightforward. Nice that there’s a daily question for 5 points every day to top up your balance. Sometimes you’ll get most of the way through a survey and then get kicked out which is frustrating, but I think this is down to the survey provider rather than Branded Surveys themselves. I had an issue with withdrawing funds at one stage but customer support were responsive and resolved the issue within a couple days..Version: 1.4.7
✓ Could improveI think this is the easiest survey app to use but of course sometimes it kicks you out or freezes and you’re forced to exit after spending a good 15 minutes on a survey (leaving you with no points or option to resume). I also think it would benefit from having notifications that pop up on your phone for when a survey is available rather than an email as it’s less likely that you’ll be checking emails, but your phone is always on hand and a buzz will always get your attention..Version: 1.4.0
✓ Patience equals PayoutI was always into surveys so I decided to check out ways that I could bring income from it, stumbled onto Branded Surveys. Surveys can range from 10¢ to $1, in two months I can possibly make $80 (they have bonus points depending how many surveys you take). Lots of surveys will pop up but end up not being available. Some surveys you won’t fit the criteria. The less the points, the less time needed to finish the survey. Requires a lot of patience. Sometimes a survey will stop working, wasting time and no points are given. Sometimes a survey will say it takes 20 mins but end up taking longer. Vice versa. Branded Surveys does have good payouts, minimum is $5. It’s the only app that does what it says it will. It’s easy, you won’t feel confused. I enjoy it, but it has its issues..Version: 1.4.5
✓ Enjoyable BUT…This app is easy to use and customer service was helpful the one time I had issues with adding my phone number in however it can be frustrating and feel like a time waste when you reach the end or almost end of the survey only to say it has been filled up! Sometimes I spend 5-15 mins on a survey for it to say that. There should be a filter that stops people signing up when the maximum has been reached so that we cannot even enrol onto the survey. Nevertheless it is rewarding to see the points rack up , I got £5 in two days..Version: 1.4.2
✓ The only survey I’ve found that works.I’ve had the app a number of months now and delayed reviewing to be sure I wasn’t being reeled in to play the game. I use PayPal to withdraw winnings and can be withdrawn from around £4.50. Again can only speak for myself but the cash is usually in my account in 2-4 days following withdrawal. Will it make you a millionaire? Nope. Is it a good way to pass time and earn a few £££ absolutely! I have tried copious other survey apps that allow you to get to just before withdrawal limits and stop giving you them. With this app most surveys still offer you a few points if you start it and are not a match. So far I have successfully withdrawn £15 just from a few a day filling up free time! You can at times get 3 or 4 surveys you are not a match for, or are full and it is frustrating but if you wait for those you can do, it does pay out!.Version: 1.4.3

✓ Great appThis app really works! There are many payout options to choose from, I choose the Walmart one, because it’s the easiest and most convenient in my opinion. Surveys are not always available but if you keep trying and be patient, you will get one eventually some are long and summer are short. ✓ Ups and downsThe application itself is really easy to navigate and the payout is a smooth transaction. That’s all great. The issues I have is that I’ll go 10-15 surveys and spend 5-10 mins answering questions and then get kicked out and sometimes I get a bonus point but that’s not helpful. Often the survey can’t continue because the screen need to be in landscape mode and I have no choice but to leave the survey after spending lots of time on it. The biggest issue I have is if you are taking a 10 minute survey and are already 8 minutes in then how can all of a sudden the survey “be full” and you get kicked out. That’s not only a waste of my time but it also makes me feel as if companies get as much of your opinion as they can and then don’t want to pay you the measly .75 cents.
