✓ Takes a bit to get used to but works for meYou don’t need a password to access the device WiFi, apparently you used to but they changed it to make it easier. I had to ask and they clarified this for me so hopefully the manual gets updated or people see this comment. You need to reconnect to the device every time you take it out to use it, but so far I haven’t had an issue with this since it lets the ear cleaner connect to other phones with the same device. I’ve found it’s easier to connect to the device first before opening the app, and that there are sometimes connection issues if the device is put near a magnet or the storage case is too close. Easily fixed by resetting the tool in the case and trying again. Also, just found out you can tap the icon in the bottom left of the app while looking in your ear to change the view to left or right ear. Super helpful!.Version: 1.0.18
