Heartify: Heart Health Monitor for Negative User Reviews

Locked Behind PaywallCan’t even use the app without paying. Yes there’s a “3 day trial” that will charge you if you don’t forget to cancel it. Other heart apps let you use some app features while putting others behind a paywall. This app: no. Gimmi money now. I bet hard cash they make tons of money from people who forget to cancel after the 3 day trial. Apple doesn’t care because they make 30% off of each sale..Version: 2.1.3

Adding MoreThis app is good but it doesn’t really do much like this app does stuff that we could go to other apps for and that app would also have more so try adding more stuff that’s useful that other apps don’t have and next time someone’s rating will be higher..Version: 2.2.9

Don’t buy itI didn’t even bother buying it for three days. It’s basically just a drawing of a heart on a screen that doesn’t even work which is dumb. So just don’t buy it.Version: 1.0.7

Disgusting appTold me my RR was 35 which is dangerously high. Done a bit of research and then read reviews and after reading them decided to take my measurements using my thigh, my knee then my elbow and surprise surprise it took a reading I all these areas. Not only a con but a dangerous con playing on peoples health anxiety.Version: 2.2.0

This app is less than worthless“Heartify has one simple mission: improve heart health worldwide” if this were actually true it would be completely free to use your app, or the cost would at least be minimal, certainly not $80 per year. Furthermore, the app description states something to the effect that the app is not to be used for medical purposes and to consult a doctor. About the only thing that this app can actually do is measure heart rate, which my Apple Watch does for me for the price of...oh wait it’s free. Well the part about consulting a doctor is probably pretty sound, and with that in mind your app actually offers nothing for $80/year, NOTHING. As such, your true mission is to satisfy your greed. Lastly, your advertisements indicate that the app can do things that it cannot in fact do, which was the sole reason that I downloaded your app. This is called false advertisement. False advertisement is a crime, ergo you are criminals and as such will be reported to the Federal Trade Commission. Fortunately for me, unlike many other people based on the reviews, I did not pay and will immediately delete this app upon completing this review..Version: 1.1.5

It’s not freeIt’s not free.Version: 1.2.5

Very inaccurateI had an oximeter on my left pointer finger and my right pointer finger on the iPhone camera. The oximeter was reading 104 bpm and the app was reading 60 bpm..Version: 2.2.4

Sucked inSucked in by free heart monitor and more only to find that all it does is your pulse and everything else you need to sign up for..Version: 1.2.5

Only downloaded to review . .I spotted my boyfriend using this today - only out of interest - and I have many many things to say. My boyfriend has Atrial Fibrillation, has been cardioverted and ablated with mixed success and is now back out of sinus and in AF. His health is poor, he is exhausted constantly and needs more procedures. So imagine both our shock when this absolute disgrace of an app says ‘yeah, heart heath is great’. I am in possession of his Echo reports and ECG’s and can tell you that is a lie. This app is a joke and should be labelled as such as it is dangerous and misleading. And before I see a developer comment stating, ‘oh, the camera is good at this blah blah’, I would like to add I am a Coronary Care Nurse. I do this for a living. It’s my job. Do not waste your time with this; if you have concerns for your heart health or feel anything out of the ordinary, visit a medical professional and get an ECG done at the very least. Thank you.Version: 2.3.3

Re not approved paymentI did not buy or approve this ap but was charged $129.99. I was just trying it. I don’t spend money on aps and certainly not that much for something I would not use. I’ve asked for a refund and have not had a reply. It stinks!.Version: 1.1.2

No Blood Pressure monitorIn ad for it that popped up when I was playing Words With Friends it showed someone monitoring heart rate AND blood pressure. After downloading the app, I see no option for blood pressure monitoring. And I’m not willing to pay $80 to find out that there is an up charge for that feature. I’ll keep checking reviews. If I can actually get my BP for the $80/year charge, I might try it..Version: 1.1.6

Panned on TwitterIf you believe like I did the app can measure your heart rate that’s incorrect, you need a watch as well as the phone , so 1 ⭐️.Version: 2.2.4

NOT freeThey make you think it’s free, but they only show you heart rate and charge you monthly fee to see other stuff they advertising...Version: 1.2.5

Good appI use the free version and like that I can keep an eye on my heart health. Disappointed though the premium is so expensive , I would pay 5.99 a month but cannot afford this price every week..Version: 2.3.2

Rubbish appAm VERY disappointed with what this app offers for a great deal of money. Am going to cancel subscription. Only gave it one star because I couldn’t give it none which a what it deserves.Version: 1.1.5

Not free, have to pay to useLooking for a free app and this asks for payment before I ever get to try the app itself..Version: 2.3.6

SucksSo much for trying it free. You can’t see full repulses unless you agree to sign up..Version: 2.0.2

BadKept crashing and making me pay first whete it made it look like it was free.Version: 2.1.6

No accurateSo if you expect this to be accurate then you will be wasting your money, this was saying my heart rate was 81bpm, when using a Polar H9 at the same time it was giving me a heart rate of 61-62bpm. No camera can monitor your heart beat accurately if at all..Version: 2.0.0

Am I dying?According to this app I have a very low heart rate score, it’s always a slow start and my heart health is permanently in the 30’s. I’m fit, not overweight, I exercise regularly and I’m healthy. I’m under medical supervision for a blood condition but have had extensive heart examinations and investigations but nothing has been found wrong with my heart. I tried the app on my husband and he too is in the low zone. These apps could lead me to believe that I’m about to die. I’m not sure how accurate the HRV is but on days where I’m shattered after no sleep and feel lousy I’ve had my best scores. I think the app can make you paranoid and unnecessarily worried and I’d advise caution if downloading it..Version: 2.3.4

Nothing is freeI’m sure it follows all the App Store guidelines, but I want to save time for real people who are looking for an app with limited free capabilities offset by watching apps or being enticed by additional premium features: all you get for free is the installation. There is a “free trial” (with auto-renewal, of course - how else?!), but if you don’t think you’d pay that amount for an app you’d love, don’t even spend time installing it..Version: 2.3.5

Does nothingIt doesn’t work! Tap on it and it goes back to home screen.Version: 1.1.0

^^^SCAM APP ALERT^^^^^^DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP^^^ 1.you will be underwhelmed by what it does 2. Unless you follow the ‘opt out’ process perfectly, they will charge you a horrendously expensive subscription charge. I logged in twice then deleted it, and have been charged $150 with no means of challenging. I WISH I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ZERO STARS AVOID THIS APP!!!!!!!!!.Version: 1.1.1

Don’t bother.. gotta pay for all featuresGotta pay to unlock all features. No thanks.Version: 1.2.5

HeartifyWorst app. Heartify don’t respond to cancellation of app..Version: 2.0.2

How to cancelJust tried to get the free trial but it just goes to annual subscription. Now desperately trying to cancel. It’s a rort.Version: 1.1.2

Mes amisI want to know is it real the results or just advertising ????.Version: 2.0.5

Bad designCamera light comes on as soon as you launch the app. This is a comically stupid feature, since I and the majority of users of this app have an Apple Watch. Make the manual measurement with the camera lens a feature that’s optional in the app and not mandatory as soon as you open the app. You lost a potential paid subscriber because of this silly feature. It’s annoying and unnecessary..Version: 2.2.3

Downloading this appI feel like I was tricked into making a purchase while checking out this app. I didn’t agree to any purchase and when I pressed next it said thanks for your purchase. I feel like I’ve been scammed..Version: 2.2.3

GarbageBait and switch tactic. Also how in the world do you measure heart rate with a CANERA?! Not accurate. 20% off. That is a lot. This is just a gimmick for estimating.Version: 2.2.4

False resultsMay be not false results, but I found it interesting that the app gave a perfect reading when I place the camera over an orange fabric placed on a pillow. Is there any reason as to why this may be? Until then I give the app a star which I feel is too much star..Version: 2.2.0

I don’t think this worksTook three different reads didn’t do anything different they were three minutes apart. Don’t think this is actually accurate at all. Go to your doctor to get your heart checked..Version: 2.2.1

CancelI would like to cancel my subscription. L look everywhere to cancel It.Version: 2.3.5

Get things things out of the App StoreDangerous to anyone with anxiety… not only that, it’s basically mimicking the most inaccurate device in a hospital, and spitting out nonsense..Version: 2.2.9

This is tragicLeft it on the bed and it did it’s measurements which were quite the same when i did it for real. Such a joke of an app. Not working at all.Version: 2.3.0

Why is Premium so expensive?Seriously. 6.99 per month would be expensive, but per WEEK? That’s just ridiculous… Our society just destructs itself by greed right now. So sad… The app itself is good, but who knows how accurate it is. It would be nice, if the different values would be explained a little more and what it means if certain values are higher/lower than average..Version: 2.2.8

Not for meDownloaded just to have a look, and decided it wasn’t for me. Biggest problem with this app is that you get signed up for a subscription that (like me) doesn’t want. Quite ambiguous procedure to cancel the subscription too !!! Ended up cancelling all my payment methods, to ensure Heartify doesn’t take any payments..Version: 2.1.5

BalonyIt does an ok job at heart rate. Not perfect and sometimes way off comparing to my Apple Watch and my blood pressure monitor. Everything else the app spits out is complete nonsense you can go from almost dying to 100% within 2 seconds 😂.Version: 2.3.6

InaccurateMy daughter suffers from SVT and when her heart was going at least 3 beats a second this detected her heart rate at only 90 bpm.Version: 2.2.1

Scam appDoes not measure a thing with the camera apart from how pink it is, my car’s V5C Document has a pulse of 72, score of 20% and HRV of 69ms. The 85% stress levels it detected could perhaps be due to the 8 previous owners? And I’d say 3% energy levels for a piece of paper is rather optimistic. Thanks for wasting my time, and what a joke to charge £5.99 + access to all your health data for this..Version: 2.3.6

Simply Cannot Afford ThisI read all about the features. The reviews were wonderful. Thought this is exactly what I need, and I still believe it is, even though I deleted it before signing up for the 3 day free trial. Because after the trial it costs $10 PER WEEK!! Way more than my semi-retired self can afford..Version: 2.2.8

App is a farce, wildly inaccurate and scummyI knew it was likely BS but downloaded out of sheer curiosity anyway. Readings were minimum 20 BPM off my true heart rate measured both by my Apple Watch and palpating my radial pulse. Subscription is scummy and will trap you in. If you’re looking at this app just out of curiosity, don’t bother. If you’re wanting to use it as a genuine health tool, run and run hard..Version: 1.2.5

Not freeYou must pay before you can try it..Version: 1.2.5

Not accurateI have a blood pressure machine at home wanted an app for when I am out and about. Took a reading from my monitor and then this app. This app was WAY OFF. And saying I am healthy which I am not. I do NOT recommend this app.Version: 2.2.2

Waste of timeIt worked once for free, then won’t work unless you pay. Pointless!.Version: 1.1.0

Not as free as it would appearMeasurement is slick and quite well done. The app won’t show you all the results until you subscribe to their weekly plan at £7 a week..Version: 1.2.5

Doesn’t workThis app doesn’t work. It gives different results to my Apple Watch.Version: 1.2.5

Do not get this appThis is a scam and it is very difficult to unsubscribe. I’m still trying. If anyone can help please leave some feedback on how to do this. If no success soon I will be getting in touch with apple directly. Please help!.Version: 1.1.5

ScamTotal scam as a free app. Downloaded only to see a subscription with 3 day trial. NO THANK YOU!! :(.Version: 1.1.6

Too expensive$6.99 a week is crazy expensive.Version: 1.2.5

Technology and researchPhotoplethysmography does not measure heart rate it detects changes in blood. Also your phone camera does not have the technology to scan or monitor either heart rate or changes in blood. So there for it cannot be on par as the developer stated in another review, as medical equipment has been designed and engineered for things. Phones have not..Version: 2.0.5

Too expensiveApp works and looks nice. Pricing is too expensive. Make it cheaper..Version: 2.3.6

How much?Downloaded app and before you even get to try it it says welcome you will be charged £5 a week but you get 3 days trial. £20+ a month is excessive to day the least. Sorry but zero stars.Version: 2.3.1

ScamLooks like app is free then they ask for a fee. Do not engage!!!!.Version: 2.2.1

Free version doesn’t exist!Eddyvan77 wrote that he couldn’t proceed with the free app without committing to pay! Company responded that he could use the free software version! That’s not true! You get it for 5 days and you must cancel or be charged! If you actually have a free issue, make it actually free, that means I don’t pay money to use it and I don’t need to give you my credit card to use the free app!.Version: 2.3.5

No helpI had trouble exporting the reports and sent an email with screenshots describing the problem. The reply was automated and did not address the problem whatsoever..Version: 2.2.8

This app is very fakeYou might install it, and it gives you a demo, where it measures your heart rate for free. (One of the only free things in the app) and you might think that’s cool, but don’t. Press your phone up to something colored beige or brown, and it will give you fake measurements. I tried putting my phone on top of my yellow t-shirt in my drawer, and bam. Apparently t shirts have heat rates. (I wasn’t even touching the phone).Version: 2.1.6

It’s a scamI downloaded it to see what it was like, you need another app which I didn’t download. It won’t let me cancel my subscription even though I didn’t accept it You better not charge me as I’ve advised my bank Zero stars.Version: 2.1.6

Very LimitedOnly measures your heart rate. Anything else you have to pay for. Another app that is a waste of time.Version: 1.2.5

Misleading8.99/week.Version: 2.1.8

FakeIt’s completely fake, tried it on a piece of red paper and it gave it read a pulse, there is no way a phone can measure your pulse or energy levels. Don't believe apps like this that claim to read people..Version: 2.2.3

Not what I expectedThe site was not clear on what the site would do.Version: 2.2.6

Heart score is COMPLETLY Inaccurate. Be advised. It shows the heart rate score as borderline or in red zone. My pulse is high (95 yesterday and 85 today) which are high however I’m suffering severe congestion and cannot breath so this Normal for sick people and I received a score in the red zone after doing a major workout. Again, it’s inaccurate. The heart pumps faster and the app marks the heart score LOW. This app does not allow you to choose what condition your in when you take the reading (sitting, standing, post-workout, resting) this makes a huge difference which in turn makes all of this inaccurate as far as a “heart score” it’s COMPLETLY unjustified. I’m 43, healthy. Always perfect b/p, 137lbs. ********Adjustments should be made so that when people (that don’t understand this stuff) read this-they don’t panic. I’m also a retired medical assistant and aware of blood pressure/pulse stats. I had an app a long time ago that allowed you to choose the condition you’re in when taking the reading but lost the app. Tried this one but not going to work..Version: 2.3.6

Data reporting is crapFirst of all, it doesn’t matter how good your measurements are, the app will tell you that you’re dying. My numbers are perfect, but because they are so far above average (good), app gives me a low heart score. I’m not in the average range in PNN50….0.0% (off scale to the good side) and my Coefficient Of Variation is also. But the app tells me I’m dying. I guess this isn’t for people who run 5 miles almost every day. Hopefully the actual measurement data is correct..Version: 2.2.6

Doesn’t workI only downloaded it to warn other people. This doesn’t work, you need a special heart monitor like an ecg machine. An app won’t work for that. It gave me a heart rate of 56 when my heart was beating fast after some exercise for example. I’m trying to help people who may think this is real to know that it’s not in any way. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Terrible app.Version: 1.0.1

This is not freeTried to cancel this app before they hit me with a subscription. Neither Apple nor Heartify can help..Version: 2.1.6

Results says I am about to dieWhile another heart app says I am doing excellent today, this one has me at deaths door and yet my health score is 36% higher than 38% of all men 60 - 69 years of age who are also using this app. Something seems a tad off to me..Version: 2.3.4

New MAJOR BugWhile they may be correct when using camera readings, when using Apple Watch data from Apple Health, your calculations of RMSSD & PNN50 are incorrect. And, I suspect there is a problem with TENSION calculation as well. PREVIOUS MAJOR BUG-Resolved With version 2.3.1, the bug has been fixed! Heartify has excellent data presentation. Much easier to understand than apps from their competitors. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Perhaps, it calculates correctly if you use the camera for readings. But, the calculations using Apple Watch are totally wrong. For example, if you take a 5 minute Breathe sample and compare estimated Apple Health SDNN calculations to Heartify, they do not agree at all. Likewise, if you compare with competitor’s (Welltory) SDNN, Welltory agrees with Apple Health calculation & Heartify is way, way off!.Version: 2.3.4

Heart beat twice that of Apple WatchHonestly have tried this many times finger in different places different fingers heartbeat sometimes went up three times higher than the Apple Watch does not work it could be that my iPhone which is an 11 version may be the issue however there’s something definitely not working with this app.Version: 2.1.7

Confusing and unlikely resultsI am a very fit 48 y/o, competitive triathlete. I love looking at physiological data that apps like these provide and I am in tune with my body, so i tend to know when the data does not confirm or support my actual condition on any given day. This app does some things well (heart rate & hrv) but if I didn’t know better, the interpretation of the data provided by the app would turn me into one of the so called “worried well” that doctors refer to when patients present with bad data and but are in good health. My heart rate is low and while it meets the technical definition of bradycardia (under 60 bpm) it’s not because I have an arrhythmia / bradycardia. It’s because my heart is efficient and trained. I suggest the app should aim to take account of the users current level of aerobic training before providing generic feedback. Furthermore the metrics & feedback on energy levels and stress are so inconsistent (I completed multiple tests at the same times) as to render them meaningless and were often completely at odds with what body was telling me. Have a play around if you’re curious but don’t be alarmed if you find the app telling you to see a doctor immediately or to remove every ounce of stress from your life..Version: 2.3.6

AccurateActually decently accurate with the heart rate. I have Neurocardiogenic syncope (NCS) which makes my heart beat faster than the normal 18 year old lol. The app read my heart rate pretty accurately however I suggest putting the flash on your wrist over your vain instead of using your finger. I found that to be more accurate. However, the other readings aren’t as accurate. They guess based on your heart rate which I’m not complaining about it’s a decent way to go about it however, it’s not as accurate as one may think..Version: 2.1.2

It’s not freeIt supposedly advertises itself as being free but I’ve been charged $130 for an annual subscription and there’s no way for me to get that money back, a misleading app not worth the expensive price at all...Version: 1.1.6

LieIt doesn’t even work its just a random number i I put a red stuffed animal on the camera and it worked.Version: 2.3.6

FAKE APP!!!Fake app you really don’t need to download this app. I use my thumb and I thought it was actually so I put my thumb on the camera and I thought it was actually reading my heart rate is this app really real because I see all the reviews saying oh no, don’t download this app so I want to try out for myself then I took my my red shirt and I put it on the camera and guess what started reading guess what shirt or nonliving things they don’t have a heartbeat fake app don’t download they want your money. Do not download this app..Version: 2.3.3

Dirty your Camera for What!?I was trying this out to see if this was legit or not. I have an Apple Watch Ultra which can definitely read my heart pulse very accurately according to research by Apple and doctors to make the heart rate sensor very accurate. The app starts you off asking you to pay $3.99/month for “extra features” and you don’t have to pay for it but it tries to convince you. When you go to scan your heart rate, you put your finger on your camera which can’t read your heart pulse. It just black or really dark red. It can’t see my finger. It said I was getting 90 bpm (heart rate), but on my Apple Watch Ultra, I was getting 68 bpm (heart rate). The people behind it just want you money and looking at you skin on your finger won’t do anything. Don’t try it, and don’t pay for it..Version: 2.3.1

FalseThis is a very misleading app, the monitor is incredibly innacurate and gives a completely different story every time.Version: 2.3.3

Respiratory rate is highly inaccurateI have been enjoying this app so far but I noticed that my respiratory rate is reading very high. 43.7 to be exact. I manually took it and it is only reading 15. If one measure is wrong then how can I trust the other measures to be correct?.Version: 2.2.4

ChargesI do not mind having to pay charges for different apps that we use, but I'm rather sick to death of the idea of needing to download the app before you owe then told it is £6.99 per week, that is one a ridiculous amount of money, but two I don't want to give details to someone before I find out the charges. Please put this on the outskirts of your app rather than allow people to download the app first. Imagine if you're buying a TV from Currys and then once they sell it to you you have to pay for programs that are normally free. This is as close to a scam. Way of selling your app.Version: 2.3.5

HeartilyRemboursement /achat canceller.Version: 2.2.6

RUBBISHThis thing is not accurate …. I downloaded it to compare it with my devices and it gave me a reading stating I needed immediate attention and I’m seriously ill…. My BP is normal and my BPM are very good… resting state of 45…. This thing should not be taken seriously.Version: 2.1.6

It’s absolutely not freeWhat free ? I think they mistyped the word free to fee ! As soon as I downloaded the app and opened it a window pop up asking to purchase if I want to use the app without letting me to continue .. Don’t waste your time downloading it.Version: 2.2.8

FakeThis app in no way checks your pulse. I told the app to do a reading then set my phone down and walked away and guess what, it registered a pulse. Either the app is so good it has the ability to pick up a pulse from across the room or it’s absolutely fake and a gimmick. Now with that being said, it may provide some good “food for thought” on how to overall improve your hearts health but PLEASE don’t rely on this provide you with an accurate reading..Version: 2.3.5

Secretly Charges You If You Don’t CancelI just started up the app. It says 3 day free trial. If u accept, it says it will charge u if you don’t cancel. Normally, I just delete the app. IT WILL BILL YOU EVEN IF YOU DELETE THE APP!!! You have to go into Settings, Apple ID, poke around n find Subscriptions. Then unsubscribe yourself. This is sinister and sneaky. Do not like the lack of ethics. Deleted this app already. Now unsubscribed so they don’t bill me $80/year. Thankfully, newer phones will semi warn you in a pop-up about the subscription but some people may not understand the pop-up n just click it off..Version: 2.1.6

Not goodLiterally every single time I used it; even in perfect health, the app told me I was very close to becoming ill. This is frustrating because; although deemed as not meant for medical use, someone with anxiety may go down a rabbit hole using this app. Please if you are an anxious person regarding your health do not use this app, it is just an app measuring through a camera, a doctor result will have far more answers for you!.Version: 2.2.8

Misleading appI found this app is misleading in the core features that it provides, and I here are the reasons 1. HRV: it’s fine to use camera to measure heartbeat rate, roughly, but when it comes to HRV, it fundamentally requires accurate reading of RR intervals in milliseconds. The app shows those ms values but that is simply cheating because the blood flow pattern is simply not able to tell that by nature. 2. Tachycardia: the test result tells me how many Tachycardia beats are found. This is just a JOKE and it made me question if the people behind it actually understand the fundamental concept of those medical terms. Look, a PAC beat can trigger a very short RR and a very long one following, are they signs of Tachycardia? 3. Stress level: HRV can tell many things (if the app could get them accurately of course), but a direct link to stress level is just WRONG. There are dozens of factors affecting HRVs, stress is merely one of them. To those who do not have fair understanding about those concept, this app is very misleading, and to those who do, this is more like a JOKE. That’s my 2c Cheers.Version: 2.3.0

Totally FALSE Advertising!!These types of apps should be taken OFF the App Store for FALSELY advertising that the app is free .. May as well say it’s free to download the app, it’s no different .. They do offer a 3 day trial but then you have to pay a WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION.? That is a total RIP-OFF.!! - Uninstalled .. It’s Garbage!!.Version: 1.2.5

Saved a lifeI didn’t know my old stuffed animal was having serious stress or potential heart problems, but when I placed the measurement on them, it showed me just how low their heartbeat was! …..yeah it’s fake. It’s not surprising an app doesn’t actually measure your health, but this one doesn’t even try, it outright lies. It showed fake heartbeats and bpm measurements while it was on an inanimate object (I was not touching the phone or toy at all)..Version: 2.3.5

Unhappy and annoyed.False advertising leads to bad reviews. When you say the app is free and expect customers to pay for the results that is the height of rudeness and just not right. I have now deleted the app from my phone..Version: 1.2.5

Pay wallTold me my heart rate wasn’t normal then hit with a pay wall to find out why. 🙄 My heart rate was 60, a quick Google search told me this is normal. Scaring people into paying isn’t great..Version: 2.0.2

Neat Premise, Too ExpensiveI found this app while looking for a blood pressure diary. I like that Heartify lets me log BP (it’d be even cooler if it could measure BP itself, but I know the tech isn’t there yet—someday!) while also providing a lot of additional information via the finger scan, but after trying premium for two weeks (plus the initial three-day trial) I just don’t think the value is there, at least for me. If it were $6.99 a month I’d keep it for a while, but the weekly charge feels greedy and excessive..Version: 2.3.4

Ne fonctionne pas correctementNe pas utiliser, j’ai testé comparé à une Apple Watch et il y a une tres grosse différence, donc je ne conseille vraiment pas cette app..Version: 2.0.3

“Download free”As soon as it’s downloaded you start paying. No choice, no opt in or out just pay pay pay. Developers claim it is free….nope, I downloaded the app and straight away I was asked to pay, no choice, no trial, nothing..Version: 1.2.5

Absolutely not freeNot free as first time you use it they want £6.99. Absolutely misleading and even if it said paid £6.99 is way too much for this..Version: 1.2.5

Wants money upfront.Says free but wants money before giving you access. Scam..Version: 2.0.2

Accuracy??I’ve been using this app for over a week and I do not trust it. It tells me I have no energy, I’m overstrained, tense, overstressed, with a poor health balance and 18% energy. Meanwhile, I’ve slept well, exercised well, ate well, and I feel awesome, energetic and ready to take on the day. But if I were to trust this app, I should climb back under the sheets or as the app says, “your indicators don’t look good. Your body is using up a lot of its reserves, which can make you vulnerable to illness. Spend some time on self-care in a calm environment and take more measurements late.” Well, that’s what I’ve been doing and I feel amazing..Version: 2.3.1

Absurdly pricedHelpful app for tracking my heart rate & health, however, most features unavailable unless you pay for pro, and charging $7 a WEEK to check our own pulse is disgustingly greedy. This app should cost that for lifetime access— NOT on weekly basis?? Gross..Version: 2.3.5

Rubbish AppI have taken the test three times, and each time it has yielded different results. It feels like a waste of both time and money. The company promoting this app seems to invest heavily in advertisements and overcharge for what appears to be a subpar product..Version: 2.3.4

Not Free? When I first downloaded this app yesterday, it wouldn’t even open. Today it opened, and I was following page by page reading the description, how to use it, etc. Then I came to a page where it says 3-Day free trial, then it costs $6.99 a week, cancel anytime. I froze in my tracks and did not proceed past that point. I don’t like this kind of bait and hook deception. I was left wondering if I had already committed to using the app, and if so, I wanted to cancel ASAP! I needed to find out how to cancel if needed. I looked up my subscriptions in the settings on my phone and didn’t see the app listed there, so I hope that means I’m not going to be charged after the 3-day trial period. I have not used the app, as I said, when I saw that part about a free trial period, then being charged after that, I did not proceed after that page. I’m going to remove the app, but I’d better not start seeing charges for something I will not use because of this deception. I have made no commitment with them. They say, “Cancel anytime “, but they do not tell you how to do that..Version: 2.3.4

Massive difference in scoresI cannot believe how much this app changes your score from one reading to another. I can take a reading and score 62 and a few minutes later take another reading and score only 5. Such inaccuracies make it difficult to take seriously. The trends it shows are completely crazy showing energy levels from almost zero to 80 within the same time scale..Version: 2.3.4

Deceptive AppThe app download indicates “in app purchases” however it doesn’t function at all unless you purchase a monthly subscription. Usually in app purchases means that the app has limited functionality and additional enhanced functions may be purchased. You have to sign up for a subscription before you can use test it out or use it. Disappointing..Version: 2.0.6
