✓ App not working anymoreNot working for the latest firmware.Version: 3.4.1

✓ Don’t waste your timeThe only useful tool of the app is the change of assisting level to 5 and 37 km/h change. This no longer works with latest firmware, I wasted money on this app to not be able to use this feature, I’ll update my review once this is fixed.Version: 3.4.1
✓ Not working - no supportNone of the support chat enhancements are present and a chat started over a week ago is still unanswered. The app only logs me in 1 time for every 3-4 failures, and then it states there are no bike associated to me (there is a bike). So not working + no support = bad review and refund request. ✓ Stopped workingWorked fine for 2 years. Then stopped “finding my bike” and support is AWOL. Don’t respond. Don’t care. The only value of the app is to unlock the EU imposed speed limit. As the Van Moof app seems to have locked that hard beyond Moofer ability to go around it, Moofer does not do anything the VanMoof free app does not do. Save your money and don’t buy Moofer. ✓ Do not believe the reviews pre May 22The graphic representation is I miss leading to the point of fraudulent, if you live in the EU or in United Kingdom I am contacting Apple to have my money back as I wouldn’t of bought had the developer not been so devious in misleading purchasers.Version: 3.4.1
✓ Non-S2 compatibleFrustrating to find out, through Reddit, after paying that it isn’t fully compatible for the S2. Can’t see any reason why this could be made clearer..Version: 4.6.0
✓ 1.8.1 FirmwareIt doesn’t work on my bike. Got the app to increase max speed. Would love to know if this will be working at some point in the future. If so I’ll update my rating when it works again.Version: 3.4.1
✓ Good features but the app is behaving unexpectedlyFeatures are good. However the app seems to be using a lot of battery in the background for "audio". I also had some unpredictable behaviour, the first of these is the app sending repeat notifications around the battery. I set it to alert me if I had <20% charge left, despite having 90% I got repeat notifications telling me I had <10%. Also when charging I got constant notifications once by bike reached 100% charge. Another bug I had was when resuming a ride the other day, despite unlocking the bike with the app the bike provided no power when setting off. I had to stop and then "power on" the bike! This one seems a bit dangerous as I was crossing a road on setting off and was expecting the power/speed of the bike, fortunately I was okay but it could have caused a nasty accident. Mostly I like the app but it has too many bugs at the moment..Version: 2.0.0

Please ask VanMoof to downgrade your firmware version if you want to use this feature. ✓ HospitalizedSpent the day in the hospital because of Moofer . CT scans. Ambulance. This app causes ‘end overs’ where the increased power in the wheel throws the rider over the handlebars (when the front brakes are applied.). The bike is not designed for this. Very dangerous. ✓ Was great - now doesn’t workWas good. Changed my bike back to US setting. Van Moof set it back to EU after a recent service (helpful) and now I can’t log in to Moofer with my log in details. ✓ Dont buy until they update the new firmware.Had the app for the less than a month paid £8.99 and it was great. Now i updated the firmware on the bike and the app features doesn't work, cant use level 5 boosting and top speed..Version: 3.4.0

✓ Was good before recent vm firmware updateThis is now a waste of money imo. The recent VM firmware update renders my S3 totally boring to ride and has overridden the speed settings for which I bought this app for. If you haven’t already updated to VM’s newest firmware, DON’T!!! You will regret loosing the ability to travel faster if you update. The firmware is irreversible! To reach a decent speed now, you have to battle against the motor and end up getting to work sweaty. The exact opposite of why I bought the bike in the first place. If you’re happy staying at the lamest ever 15mph then fine, but you may as well stick to the free app and save a tenner. If not, then sell the bike and buy a better one that moves quickly, unlike the slow boring good looking tank my S3 has become..Version: 3.4.1
