✓ Good but glitchyThe navigation is sometimes off. Like this morning when i requested a ride it told me my driver was 2mins away. 5 mins went by and I didn’t see my driver and his car wasn’t moving on the map even thought it was showing it as being right by me. I called the driver and he said he was coming from 25 mins away. So I was late for work. But 70% of the time it’s a good way to get around..Version: 3.31

✓ Good community serviceIt’s a great lil community service. I think there needs to be some more clarification on what the dash card is. Most drivers are great but there are some or one specifically who was a lil bit of an Ahole. And it would be great if they can update the software for better real time predictions so we have a better avg on time. Traffic etc. but a great service otherwise. Would recommend.Version: 4.6
✓ Disrespectful driverI got an the car today 05/05/22 this driver proceeded to cuss me out me out amd was on his phone and almost hit two cars his name Taizo Nigerian man. VERY RUDE. Smart comps Y then contacts me with discrimination accusations from this man and tells me they are investigating me! Save your money and your time! This company is disrespectful just like this man! ✓ AmazingThe low star reviews on this app are ridiculous, this is a free transit service akin to uber that can pick you up and drop you off anywhere in the area. This makes transportation so much more accessible to those in poverty. Would give 10 stars if I could..Version: 4.3

✓ Always a unsatisfied customerI understand that it’s not a door to door service but dang why do we have to walk2 blocks from are actual location with only a 2min window then when we try to call the driver don’t answer or the call don’t go thru….then we you call and complain nothing is being down and the customer service agents tell you anything they need to be retrained either fix the problems or stop the service and the drivers are always delayed like how and y’all already 48 mins away smh.Version: 4.3
