Use of this App requires an individual invitation link delivered via email or SMS from your provider, or access to a unique waiting room web link to launch the app and join your appointment. If you are a patient, ask your healthcare provider if you should download the BC Virtual Visit Patient App for your mobile device.
Before your appointment, you may be asked to complete an intake process specific to your visit. Clicking a link from your BC Virtual Visit appointment invitation will start this process, which may include medical questionnaires or consent forms, a video consult with a healthcare provider, or a post-visit survey.
