✓ Good app overall, Dark mode PleaseThis app is actually better than I initially thought. I like the fact that I can customize the templates to my liking and it helps me stay organized and keep the progress of my goals with Atracker. The only thing I feel is missing for now is Dark mode. I really want to use this app more, but with the bright white light it makes me want to wait for a dark mode before using it fully. I know this app is still brand new so It is normal that dark mode is not ready yet. However, I would definitely use it more when dark mode is available. It is a good start!.Version: 2.1
✓ Great App But Could Use Some EnhancementsI love this app! I use it for daily planning, weekly planning, monthly panning, and even annual. I love how you can design your own r templates- I created a journaling one and have used it everyday. I can think of 2 improvements to this app as of right now. 1. Create a pen/pencil/brush toolkit that isn’t the default Apple one. I’m not a fan of the Apple pen and pencil feature and would like to see one that is unique to the app, similar to apps like Notability or Good Notes. 2. Create pages that can go on. Notability and Good Notes have this feature where the notebook pages are essentially endless. That is, you can scroll and write on one page for as long as imaginable (there’s no page end). Adding this feature would enable templates to be more note taking suitable. Other than that, I think this is an amazing app and its customizability makes it so that it can fit anyone’s needs..Version: 5.0
✓ Pretty much what I was looking for!A great app with flexible templates and management options. a few suggestions: 1. It would be mice to set beginning time and ending time for the daily planner. I’m kind of a night person, I couldn't really keep the record on app after 11 pm. 2. Is it possible to somehow enlarge the area we write on? Or maybe have a sticker to write notes for events. sometime the time record banner is so small to write things. 3. ✓ The search is over!I have looked for YEARS for a calendar app that allowed integration of my calendars (multiple) and handwritten notes that is syncable across my devices. There IS a bit of a learning curve with this, but it’s definitely worth the effort. I especially love the ability to create your own templates, as this has allowed me to consolidate several different types of calendars into one app. I used the trial for a day before upgrading to the paid version because it didn’t take long to realize this one checks off all the boxes for me..Version: 4.3

I love how customizable the templates are, how clean the interface is, the ability to sync with apple calendar and reminders, the Apple Pencil functionality… it’s really great. My only suggestions would be to include a functional YEAR page, more options to enhance the aesthetic (better stickers and fonts?), and a widget would be amazing!!!!.Version: 4.4

✓ Amazing!! 👍🏼I needed to replace my bulky planner. This is by far the best one I have come across, no need to search anymore. It has everything you need. It works great with no glitches. ✓ Finally an iPad app that syncs, reminds, and stores graphicsClunky, crude, mysteriously undocumented and with a steep learning curve, this street punk bit of software is the only place you can calendar, plan, annotate and express on the market. I know, I gave serious attempts to GoodNotes, ZoomNotes, ArtfulAgenda and not a few unnamed templates off Etsy. This is the one and only program that gives back more that it takes to run. Try it for 10 days… Add the upgrades, whatever they do. And sync with your calendar plus Apple Reminders. Write to the guys (one guy?) who does tech support — they do answer within 24 hours. Do the thing, and if you’re like me, by the time you’ve given it a shot you’ll be accomplishing every thing you mean to do (or at least keeping track of it), giving yourself literal gold stars to keep this motivated streak rolling, and thanking the clumsy top bar icons that at last you’ve found the think you wanted when you invested in an iPads..Version: 5.0
✓ Perfect productivity appThis app is just the best! I like to try all the different productivity apps out there to see if and how they might be able to increase my productivity and enhance my workflows. This one rocks! I created a similar to-do template I used in Evernote and Craft but this one is ready to go “out of the box”. Pair that with the fact that it pulls data from ATracker so I can not only plan my time but look back on how efficiently I actually used my time - it’s a winning combo. Can’t wait for dark mode availability and would love a little more flexibility on the journaling piece, but those issues are minor. Great app!.Version: 3.2

Therefore, I have a question… when in I’m in the overview from the four dots, how do I copy and paste pages from previous days into the one I want today within that parter of your application. Initially it looks very basic in comparison to more famous journaling apps, but it is much more flexible and you can get on with journaling as soon as you open it instead of having to spend days on learning how the app works. ✓ Amazing AppThis has to be one of the first planner setups that are NOT a PDF that hits on many of the needed points of a planner. Amazing job. The ability to create your own pages from the templates and items within it, is just stellar. I ask having issues when selecting penciled items with lasso and trying to copy / cut them to put on another page, locks the APP up and I have to close / reopen. Would love a way to search written notes. I have other small tweaks I think could help, but I will let you keep crafting this to perfection. ✓ I LOVE IT HERE!!!I have ditched the paper planner that never fits in my purse anyway and now only carry my iPad. My only dislike was it was only on the iPad now the new update allows me to have it on my phone. I haven’t used her phone app yet so this review is more for the tablet version but I love everything about this app. My legit only complain is that there aren’t more stickers to choose from I am a sticker person with planners. Hopefully that comes soon or even brown people emojis would be nice to see like Apple has. I just pray the cost stays affordable or my husband may make me go back to paper planning. I pay monthly because I want sure if I would like it or not but now that I do I rather just buy it for the year. I’d you love life on a planner this is the best app and I have tried pretty much every one out there. ✓ Good app but poor documentationLove the integrated calendar view and the customizable templates. Good support for Apple Pencil but I wish the free form templates also supported hand writing recognition. Currently, you can write in free form fields, but the writing does not convert to text The documentation is almost non-existent so you have to figure out how to use it yourself. Even with these drawbacks, A journal is still the best digital planner available. With this app I've replaced my paper note book and paper planner. Yay!.Version: 2.8
✓ Ticks all my boxes! Best of digital and “paper” experience.Syncs with my Apple calendar and reminders so I don’t have to double enter stuff. Tell Siri to add a reminder and, voila, there it is next time I open my AJournal. Choice of several simple designs for daily pages that (bonus) let me alter to my own needs. I can add a page to my daily “planner” that can be as simple as a ruled page for journaling or a workout routine, or a project plan. The same goes for Yearly , monthly, and weekly pages. The fact that I can choose how simple or complex my planner gets is wonderful! Need to bring forward something I jotted down on another page, no problem, just use the lasso tool, cut and paste where you need. Need to go way back and look for a particular page, it has a thumbnail view that makes it easy. I love this app so much that I bought a smaller 10.2 inch iPad to make it easier to take it with me EVERYWHERE!.Version: 6.0
✓ Great PlannerI like to consider myself somewhat of a planner connoisseur. I have tried MANY apps to replace the feel of a nice bullet journal and this is by far the best! So, here are my pros and cons Pros: -Easy to customize and save templates -Sync with phone calendar -Sync with ATracker (I didn’t know about this app until AJournal, but have quickly fell in love with it) -Comes with great elements for templates Cons (well, I only have one): -Difficult to import your own stickers. The only way I’ve found to do this is to save the sticker as a picture and upload it that way. It would be the PERFECT planner app if there was someway to upload a collection of stickers like you can in goodnotes..Version: 5.0
✓ Best planner EVER!I have tried multiple paper planners, including Plum Paper and Erin Condren (both of which are fabulous), but they couldn't accommodate my ever revolving calendars (Google for personal and Outlook for work). So, I tried digital planners, but the user-interfaces were always clunky (at best) and I couldn't personalize them! I had about given up when I found this gem. It’s everything I wanted! Its easy to personalize with all the available templates (that you can use "as is" or modify) and the ability to create your own. ✓ Space saverI just started using this app yesterday and so far I like it. I’ve been carrying around my laptop, my iPad and my day planner and this should really save me some space so that I only have to carry my laptop and iPad. However, one of the things in my day planner is that when I have a document that I want to be reminded of months in advance, I print it and staple it to the day in the future that I need it. It would be helpful if I could do that in this app with a pdf. I see that I can use a picture and stick it on planner, which is a great feature because I love my post its, so I can just use a picture as a post-it but…like I said, sometimes I get documents or emails that I’d like to convert into a pdf and “post-it” to a future date. Perhaps I’ll just have to keep a file and leave a post-it directing myself to that file for now..Version: 2.8
✓ Pretty Good, but could be GreatI have been using this app for the last several weeks and overall it is a good app that I would recommend, however with a few small tweaks it could be amazing. If the developer added the ability to change the time frames for some of the modules I would give this 5 stars. For example I use ATracker as well and I like to keep daily, weekly, and monthly track of my time. In AJournal I am unable to see that there is only pre-defined time ranges of daily and weekly for my tasks/time spent and that includes everything, so if my task has a daily, and weekly goal it shows both goals. Would like to be able to separate those into different days. Also for the habit module there is only a monthly option available, I would really like to edit that for daily as well as weekly and have it auto-populate if I have the task completed in ATracker for that day/week/month. If these things were added this would easily be 5 stars. As it stands now I am happy with it until I can find something that does everything I just listed..Version: 2.1
✓ The best planner appI am introduced to this app by ATracker, which is also an app I like a lot. I have tried several digital planner apps, and this is my favorite one by now. It can integrate my calendar and allow design different templates of daily view, weekly view, yearly view by myself. A few suggestions: 1. When configuring elements, could you please also allow creating lists with 12 rows? It is really a number frequently used, e.g., 12 months. 2. Can it support text selection? Currently I found that the text in the text boxes cannot be selected. 3. Can it support calendar view to conveniently select a certain day, week or month? 4. Can it also integrate iOS reminders? In general, I like this app very much! I will keep using it and update my review..Version: 2.0
✓ Finally! The perfect appSo easy to use. Perfect with my Apple Pencil. Organizes my daily and weekly, and I love the budget template. Folders at the top can be customized to help you stay organized. My iPhone calendars transferred right over so as soon as I enter a new event it transfers over to this app. No glitches so far. I have an iPhone 11pro plus and the newest iPad mini with newest Apple Pencil. All jive nicely. This actually has slowly replaced my paper planner I lugged all over. So convenient!.Version: 3.6

The templates are customizable, syncs with my calendars and reminders, with colors and stickers, a few backgrounds, and very easy to navigate. I've been using the free version, and I can't believe it has so many features! There's only a small, unobtrusive ad down in the right corner of the page. I'll probably go ahead and buy the full version closer to New Year, but really the free version is great as it is!.Version: 6.0

✓ Best planner out there!I seriously have no idea why this is not at the top of the search. It's is an awesome planner. I am not in any way associated with the developer. I don't know them. But they have created an innovative app that makes sense. It works beautifully with apple pencil (gen2) and has nice stickers and beautiful graphic templates. But that's just the start it does EVERYTHING. Other apps always involved a compromise. This app integrates two ways with my calendar it gives me the ability to associate multiple templates with a day or a week. ✓ Any chance to improve the Apple Pencil toolkit?The app is great overall. If you are looking for an app that can gather all your plans in one place, I think this is the right one. Together with ATracker, the team make planning and tracking time for each day super easy. Suggestions: 1. The current “vanilla” Apple Pencil toolkit is a bummer as the feeling of writing is not as good as those note taking apps. 2. It’d be great if we can add more projects (more than 6). ✓ Simple plannerI downloaded many planners before finally deciding on this one. This planner is pretty straight forward with plenty of features to get creative with it. The ability to add photos and stickers is an added bonus,however, it would be nice to toggle between months ,weeks , and days without the view resetting to the first week each time. Maybe having it set to “today” or “this week.” Suggestion for a weekly template: having that weeks month view at the top that reflects the items you have handwritten in the month calendar as opposed to just showing the events you entered. ✓ Moving notesIt would be nice to be able to move notes forward to another day. For example, I made some notes (not tasks) that I would like to move (from the day I wrote them July 28th) to another day or move to a project. Write now those notes are stuck on a specific date that I have to always go to to see them instead of being able to move them. They should have been written under a Project (dateless), but I’m unable to move them. Outside of that one issue, I love the app..Version: 5.0

The only things I would really love to see are an updated pencil pouch with more kinds of pencils, thicknesses, and default colors similar to Goodnotes. (When completely zoomed in, the pencil is too thick to write tiny letters and I would love to have a thinner option to write more neatly.) Other than that, love it.
