Pathetic Driving SkillsThis company sent a delivery person to my house who LITERALLY disregarded the fact that we have a concrete driveway and, it appears, he/she just intentionally backed into our grass and then drove out through our beautiful yard. I immediately called Vitacost and told them they had better NEVER send another package to me using this company as a source for deliveries. Absolutely rude and disrespectful!!!!!.Version: 1.0.7

HiThis is the delivery company with the worst service I have ever had to deal with, in the first delivery the same thing happened in this one that is pending the same, the package was supposed to be delivered on Monday, on Monday they tell me it will now be Tuesday and today Tuesday they tell me it will be Wednesday, what's wrong with them is too much disrespect, with the first one it happens the same, here I leave the tracking number so that everyone can see what I'm talking about CJHBX5.Version: 1.0.14

“Can’t find address”Despite numerous attempts, providing turn by turn directions and my phone number, they still insisted that they couldn’t find my address. It feels like they didn’t even try. They also have odd windows like 1am-4am. The whole concept maybe makes sense in theory but clearly didn’t work in my case and they should give the option to pick up at whatever warehouse they are having drivers pick up from..Version: 1.0.14

Ignored Delivery InstructionsI was so excited about the concept of this service with a recently ordered item from Saks. Unfortunately the experience didn’t live up to the promise. The driver ignored my delivery instructions and left the package in an uncovered area. I immediately responded when I received the delivery notification. I was told that the drivers are out of my area and they couldn’t correct the problem. I said they left the package 5 minutes ago. Still refused to fix it. So now I have an expensive item sitting out in the rain until I can get home 3 days from now..Version: 1.0.14

The worst delivery provider, hands downAWFUL delivery service and the app is terrible too. No info in the app that isn’t provided on their site, which is very limited too. If you do end up having to use veho to deliver something, just give up cause it will never get to you. They are absolutely incompetent. Over the course of two weeks they tried to deliver my package a half dozen times and no matter what info I gave them they could not find my place. No other service has EVER had trouble locating me or getting in the community. Asked them 3x to call if there was an issue finding it or getting in and nope. They just wait until you text them say oh sorry we had an issue yesterday. Well why didn’t you call?????? Told them just return it and I’ll get a refund. That was the only east part..Version: 1.0.6

Horrible App / Service.Apparently the driver cannot deliver to my address, delivered to wrong address, and today has trouble accessing my location due to access code……Veho is a permanent visitor and my guard house is manned 24x7. They delivered my package to outside my office buildingI’ve been in my office building for 10 years and I receive packages all the time and never in my life and I received a package that was delivered after hours when the building was locked and the person decided to leave it on the front sidewalk. The clear instructions were to deliver it to my suite or at least two outside my suite door. Instead, they delivered it to the outside of the front of the building on the sidewalk and it is now a holiday weekend so I am certain it will be stolen. I would never recommend this delivery service! Ups and FedEx would never have done this!.Version: 1.0.6

Worst Service Ever!Where do I even begin? My main online consignment store started utilizing Veho and that was the day a package was stolen due to a Veho driver placing my package in the wrong area, directly facing the overtly crowded location for literally everyone to take. A complete lack of care. Of course, when I reached out, nothing was done. With this most recent package, it was imperative a set of delivery instructions was placed to prevent another theft. App seems to have gone backwardsThe latest updates seems to have degraded the responsiveness of the app after enter in a tracking number. The. It starts to fetch something and then just completely crashes. It doesn’t matter if I’m on wifi or the 5G signal. Back to tracking shipments through the website..Version: 1.0.9

Worst delivery service EVERLiterally these drivers almost NEVER follow delivery instructions. Out of 20 deliveries only 2 drivers have followed instructions. They will leave your package OUTSIDE of your building, deliver to the WRONG address and of course leave your package whenever THEY would like. I will continue to stop working with companies that use this service like Stitchfix, Hellofresh and Nespresso. It’s a shame but for such poor service I will shop elsewhere to NEVER have to deal with this company. P.S I NEVER write reviews let alone a bad one. Worst customer service.They keep delivering to my neighbors house. I keep asking them to update the delivery instructions as you can’t do it on the app. 3 week and aNo response - and when I pressed the matter my HelloFresh order was almost fully melted, as if they left it to go bad. Even on the phone the delivery people will get the address wrong because none of them actually understand English but besides that they have the WORST customer service ever. Poor delivery service !HelloFresh uses this company for delivery, for two times I had my food boxes reported as damaged , so they sent me a delivery window and I just wasted my time waiting . If you don’t want your package - use this service.I don’t know if these people train their employees at all !! The drivers do NOT follow instructions. Horrible ServiceTwo weeks in a row there has been an issue with having my EveryPlate meals delivered. This time they discarded of my box “due to damage” after I received a text saying my box was out for delivery however did not report this to EveryPlate and the only reason I found out was because I reached out to figure out where my food is. Now I’m left without food for the week because of their failure to do the one job they are acquired to do. This is completely unacceptable. There has been 0 communication from Veho both times this has happened. They also at one point when I was asking questions lied and said my box had been delivered and then came back and said the delivery has been delayed to then later come back and say the box has been discarded. I cannot believe that the stores use this company to deliver the products, I read a couple bad reviews and all of them are true, if you order something online and is going to be delivered with this company, just forget what you order and ask for a refund, because they never will assist you with anything! Abysmal Customer SupportI order weekly meal boxes that have recently switched to Veho for local delivery. The headache I face each week because of this carrier service is pushing me to my limits- each week it’s a different issue! Delivery window from 4:30-8pm? Nope, they’ll deliver at 11am when you’re at work. Specific instructions on leaving your package inside the leasing office? Nope, they’ll leave it outside on a busy street to be stolen! Notification that your package was delivered? I hope your app is working that day, because half the time I never get a picture of where the box was dropped at. And my favorite incident… my delivery driver took a picture of my package inside my building, said it was delivered, and then LEFT WITH MY BOX! My food for the week was caught on camera being stolen by YOUR delivery driver!!! And each time there’s an issue, customer support just gives you a generic apology of “oopsies sorry the delivery didn’t go as planned!”. That’s it! They never corrected any of the issues at hand and half the time you’re never notified of anything. How long is it before these companies realize all the lost revenue they’re acquiring by using this third-party carrier??.Version: 1.0.16

SCAM!!!I ordered a package from SEPHORA and they use this carrier. They are is the WORST! delivery company ever. You are forced to download the app to track your package and still the app doesn’t give you any actual tracking information. They lied to you regarding the delivery time, the customer support is a joke and rude to you. I lost my package and my money. Worst Delivery ServiceHands down worst delivery service out there. Customer support is completely worthless. Drivers can deliver whenever they want, even late at night after they have had your package all day. A service that does not deliver.This service is the partner for my food delivery service. What I have an issue with is the customer service. When they failed to deliver a package, they were unable to locate the package and continuously sent me the same automated responses to my concerns. Their customer service is atrocious and I would not use this service again if possible. Very poor customer serviceVeho’s customer service is very bad. They don’t deliver on time and deliver to the incorrect address, and when you request help, they basically just tell you to kick rocks, they refuse to correct the issue. Awful App and ServiceDriver did not deliver according to instructions so my package was stolen. I replied to the text thread within less than a minute from the delivery update asking to move it to the correct location and was told no. Contacting support did nothing. Downloading this app, as directed, gave zero additional information and the support option just sent me right back to the SMS text thread where they were already non-responsive and unhelpful. Does not work with (Nespresso)I only use this app for my Nespresso orders and it does not work. It never has. Useless app abysmal delivery companyI suppose the app functions but it doesn’t give you anything more than what they provide to you via text message - so what’s even the point of the app? And anytime you need customer support they send you out of the app back to your text messages anyway… so again, what’s the point of this app?? Veho the delivery company itself is absolutely abysmal. They literally cannot get deliveries correct. 4 out of my last 5 Tovala orders were either canceled b/c the package was “damaged en route” or Veho just delivered my package to the complete wrong address. I just had to cancel my Tovala account because I cannot rely on actually receiving my orders b/c of Veho unbelievably poor delivery, and I can’t keep planning my families meals around receiving food deliveries that never actually show up..Version: 1.0.9

Terrible delivery company!I don’t care how great the app works. If you guys can’t get my deliveries to me, you’re getting a 1 star review. You’ve apparently hired the dumbest delivery people to ever walk the earth. Two out of the last three deliveries have been completely screwed up. I responded via the text because the app offers “support” but it just sends you to the original text window. Feels like a scam. Worse delivery service everUpdate: Veho delivered my groceries to wrong apartment. They didn’t notify me that they had delivered them until 3 hours later. I tried to retrieve them but couldn’t. Now police are involved. Veho is doing nothing to help. Haven’t even heard from them after initially notifying them. Previous review: I get weekly deliveries from a vendor who uses Veho. First problem, they only provide estimates deliveries when they are within 1-2 hours of delivery. They make you wait all day long. Second they do not deliver to my apartment front door. They leave it outside the apartment building, in the lobby, in the atrium, anywhere except my apartment door. I don’t live in the lobby or outside. Living in a very high crime neighborhood and building puts my package at risk. Third despite my complaints every week, they continue to leave packages in public areas at least 60% of the time. They promise it won’t happen again but it always does. I would never use their service if I had a choice. ..Version: 1.0.11

Doesn’t Work!!I use an iPhone 13 Max Pro and this app simply is dead on arrival. Not one button or link on the app functions. Better delivery timesIf you are delivering dinner meals that have to be prepared, then must deliver them in time to make them for dinner, other wise its waste of time. Perviously you have delivered them late morning or early afternoon. We fond this unacceptable and may affect my Subscription to Home Chef..Version: 1.0.17

First Time With This Delivery Service For NespressoI’m not happy that Nespresso is using this service for my order as the delivery time is much slower than all my previous orders over the last couple years. I assume it’s a cost savings issue. But that’s strike one. As for the app, as others have mentioned there are issues. When I entered my phone number I got the message that it was not associated with the order I was tracking even though I had previously received a text to my phone from a Veho rep. I couldn’t move off that error screen so my only recourse was to force quit the app. Once I launched it again everything was correct, no error message. Not everyone would think of doing that which shouldn’t be necessary in an app that was updated recently. So that’s strike 2. But registering your phone number to essentially create an account is not necessary just to track a delivery. You can just enter your tracking number and get the same information without entering a phone number. The information shown is fairly minimal but that’s not necessarily an issue if everything else works properly. It remains to be seen if there will be a strike 3..Version: 1.0.8

Driver leafy meal box outside of dorm. Not at front desk.We purchased a meal box to be delivered to my daughter’s dorm while at college to cheer her up during her finals. The VEHO driver left food package outside of the dorm instead of with the front desk. My daughter is in class until late at night and cannot go back to her dorm. I sure hope it’s there and not stolen or ruined. When I contacted Veho, there was no assistance. They said the driver was out of the area, even though the package was just delivered and they could not help me. Really, who leaves a package outside and not with the front desk?. Zero customer serviceI’ve never liked Veho deliveries (instead of putting packages in the **safe** package lockers like other services do, they always abandon them outside my building, which stresses me out if I happen to be at work while it happens.) When there is a problem, like their delivery person delivers it to the wrong address (they sent a photo of the latest delivery and it is NOT my door, I have no idea where the package is) customer service is no where to be found. Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!I received a text message stating my shipment of food from Factor would be delivered between 2:05pm and 5:05pm. It is now 9:47pm, and I have not received my order yet. This was my first time using Factor, and I was looking forward to it to help with making meals easier. However, Veho has ruined the experience, and I will now cancel factor first thing tomorrow, since I see how unreliable the service is. I have reached out several times, only to be told the order was out for delivery, which I could obviously see that, but no one took the time to contact the driver to find out timely information.
