✗ I don’t feel supportedHere’s the thing. I just spent $2600 Canadian dollars on a subscription and I have been going back and forth with support about a problem. Instead of reading the chat/email history between me and previous support team members every single time I keep getting the same answer and they aren’t helping me with the problem that I actually have. So my honest feedback is they have training videos to help creators but be prepared to figure it all out on your own. I tried booking a zoom call for support as well but no immediate help. I won’t get an actual time slot until 2 weeks out. For me that means missed sales and I’m just disappointed because when I was on a trial period I was promised great support but my experience is not of that..Version: 1.2.0
