✓ Practical and creativeThis is the first digital siddur that can actually compete with the ink and paper kind. Most compelling feature: It knows the day of the month and the week and sets up your tefilla (according to your nusach) appropriately. You have two easy views, for full page or larger text. The minyanim listing is great for travelers. I strongly recommend purchasing the Push Zmanim reminders. Nevertheless, I'm still looking forward to some practical improvements, such as a sepia background (less eyestrain) and a way to hide the real estate greedy icons from the top and bottom of the page..Version: 0

I’d love to have a small widget that shows the next few zmanim relative to current time. Native support for printing zmanim would be nice instead of having to export to email. Would also be nice to have the Confessional On The Deathbed to recite with or for one close to passing. It's got everything you want and need, Ashkanasi, Safadi, Chabad etc. You can also change time alowances manually should you so want. It works a treat, is easy to use and view. Adds relevant daily prayer additions in. Luach is great and interacts with iCal. Local Minyanim also works for travelling abroad. Where do I stop.? Worth every penny. Maybe the most important credit I can give is that there are constantly small improvements and if you e-mail the makers (Rusty Brick) with a question or suggestion, they come back fast and efficiently. ✓ Great App.A few months ago when it was cool to hack your iPod Touch or iPhone you were able to have an app that read PDF Files so what i did was put pdf's of prayers in them. But soon after i unhacked my iPod. Now though i can get my prayers legally with more great features such as different nusachs, zmanim, minyanim in my local area and the luach. Its great. This app is great buy. Just imagine you go on holiday or camping 4 the weekend but you forget your siddur, well at least you have a virtual siddur on your iPod or iPhone. Unlike most siddurim it includes the customary leave-taking for visits to mourners, including a transliterated version. I'm very impressed by the minyanim feature, which is very good for London. The addition of zmanim based on wherever your GPS position is is very helpful. Would like to see the possibility of weekly sidrot and haftarot, translations for the texts, and the addition of prayers for visiting burial grounds, for tashlich and for counting the Omer. I'd also like to have the possibility to find the equivalent of any historical or future English-Hebrew date. Good to see the frequency of upgrades and responsiveness to feedback. This app is a brilliant collection of all the important tefilos, and will be invaluable to almost anyone. The text is still not completely clean, the luach only goes from English dates to Hebrew and not the other way, and minyan times are for US only. Not just with its elegant presentation of the essentials, but also in the little touches that make it such a pleasure to use, even when there is a paper Siddur available. At this point, I use it not only for davening, but also to store and track essential dates (birthdays, anniversaries, Yahrzeits), and z'manim throughout the day and week. I know that Apple's pace in approving updates has resulted in the program exhibiting minor bugs (i.e., the Tefillin mirror didn't work for a few days), but RustyBrick's people jumped all over this relatively silly issue ... and their customer service people were great and responsive.
