✓ Love it ... but ....I love this app but everytime there is an update to the app the app crashes and won't run and the only way to make it work is to delete it off the phone and redownload it, thereby losing all the words thus far accumulated. I have experienced this three times! Last time it messed up after updating the iPhone. I had hundreds of words! All gone!! What gives?!?!?.Version: 2.3.3

✓ Cool!I'm learning some new Italian vocab for free ^.^ I like the easy flashcard and list setup. There are a few small glitches, such as the voice doesn't work for at least one flashcard. I'd also recommend adding the singular article to nouns so we can learn whether its masculine or feminine. ✓ It's getting there, but slowlyWhen I first got this app it, Only gave me 6 words! That was 1 word a day. Then words stop coming in. Other programs are free & they give over a 100 words! Please don't waste your money or time. Update... More words started to come in. Voice sample is not always clear & at times speaks incorrect. To make matters worse last update has made the app go black & returns to home screen. Making it completly useless! If you reinstall you lose all the words you collected & have to start over with words you already learned. Then you still even get a black screen at times. Waiting now to see how long before an update is sent to fix issue. Wrote then the other day to let them know. NEW, ok so they have given us another update. Yes it seems to have fixed the issues I have stated. I'm getting to the point where I believe others should try this app now. The company seems to be trying to repair there status with pass reviews. By listening to the all so many issues we have said. So far their on the correct road. If things contiune to keep improving I will be buying the full app..Version: 0

✓ Review of Italian appI love this app and have it on a few other devices as well. I studied Italian years ago but this is such a fun way for me to add a new vocabulary word every day! I love the new upgrade which shows you more sentences that can be repeated aloud as well. I don't believe that was an option prior to the upgrade. ✓ Good, useful, but..The I have had the free version for a while. Bought a new IPad and the word library transferred without any issues which is great. The app shows and says the words as well as allows to record how I say the words and compare. However, below words are sentences, which sometimes don’t match, such that the word, is not the one in the sentence below it. The words in the word bank, don’t allow me to press n the speaker to hear the pronunciation or the sentences, there are some words repeated. If you go to a lesson you can hear the pronunciation, but not all the words are there. In the 1200+ words I have, there are many of the parts of the body, but in the body lesson there are far less parts. It says £9.99 for an upgrade, and with all these issues I won’t pay! If it was half the price I might think about it, but it really, really needs the bugs fixed! Shame that a good idea is not invested in to make it worth it.Version: 5.0

For me the most impressive part about the application is the record and play function (itouch users beware, you need an iPhone to take advantage of this). Having this application has really let me broaden my vocab list. Being able to review the words during soccer is useful too. ✓ Recording and playback is importantThe most helpful thing about this language app is that it allows you to record your voice and play it back, comparing it to the native speaker's. I found this immensely useful and helpful. I could make corrections in my pronunciation. What I thought was coming out of my mouth was actually a little different than I thought. I'm sure a native Italiano would spot that a mile away. This is a free version so it is just a word bank where you can add words every day.
