✓ Vastly under-rated *****One element of this app makes it indispensable - the radar page - this is no more and no less a pocket version of the same type of systems used by Formula 1 teams etc for predicting likelyhood of rain at the track. In my case it allows me to predict whether my workplace is about to get inundated with a new batch of snow - fairly critical for an airport. Used in earnest at the beginning of the year, and unexpectedly back in use at the end as well. Basically the radar picture gives historical data on rain-bearing clouds. When viewed at regional level, you will get a good idea of whether the next shower/front will hit you. At country and continent level, you get a an overall view of how the whole weather system is moving, and indeed at continent level you can work our where you are in relation to any high/low pressure area in that part of the hemisphere. I have to be honest and say I don't use it for anything else at any other time of the year - but there must be lots of other organisations out there, looking for quick and easy access to such info?!.Version: 0
✓ Keep coming back to it like an old friendYes the interface is old and clunky. Yes there are better looking weather apps but I keep coming back to this app especially to use the timescales radar images which really are an accurate way to predict when rain will pass over your location. ✓ Very details - but can we have more?I love the radar maps that you can zoom down to local level, but what if we could drag the map around? E.g. I live in Cornwall and I'd love to see a bit further South or West at times. Also, the pressure map could zoom out to show the Atlantic chart, maybe even include some satelite images for visable cloud. I'd also like to see a jet stream forecast, but then I do ask for everything!.Version: 0

✓ Best UK weather appThis is by far the best UK weather app for the Iphone. Lots of data and good weather radar that can show regional as well as a national view. ✓ Most useful for those who really want to know about the weatherI really like this app. It isn't the best laid out but gives me the most useful information. I often use the radar to see if any rain is coming. It also has surface pressure maps which I haven't found in any of the other applications. What would make this app even better would be to be able to view the surface pressure charts for the whole North Atlantic. Country level is just too zoomed in to be able to see the low pressure systems and follow their track. A real special treat would be if you could include a jet stream forecast too..Version: 0
