✓ This Timer Kicks!I bought this app one generation ago and it worked very well, but in my situation I was using a half-dozen count down timers on a weekly basis for task allocation purposes. Well, every once in a while I would hit either the reset or clear button by mistake and wipe out my time of interest. Long story short, I sent a request to the Greg, the developer. and son of gun if the most recent release didn't include the abilty to deactivate the reset/clear button. Now that's service above and beyond! This is my most used app and I couldn't be happier. I now use this app for everything from keeping track of hours of use on my hydraulic log splitter to time spent in meditation. Dave.Version: 2.1

✓ Beyond expectationsTh developers of this app have features I did not expect. They continually add more features and surprise and delight me. Really powerful tool that let's me determine how long my Listerine whitening mouthwash has been in my mouth (one minute limit FYI). ✓ Great timer app - Pilots check this outThis timer app is very flexible and easy to set up in multiple configurations. It is a heck of alot cheaper than any other aviation timer like ASA or Sportys. You can set up as many timers as you need and start and stop them independent of each other. You can also configure them to start one and have others start at the same time. I set mine up to have timer 1 as total flight time, number 2 is a one hour fuel timer that starts the same time as number one, number 3 timer is another one hour fuel timer that starts automatically when the first hour fuel timer reaches zero, number 4 and 5 timers are leg timers. The possibilities are unlimited. Very cool!!.Version: 0

✓ Exactement ce qu'il me fallaitJe travail en gestion de projet et je cherchaiis une manière simple de suivre le temps passé sur chacun de mes projet au cours de la journée, souvent au nombre de 6 à 8 différents. En remplaçant l'icone du timer par une image contenant le numéro du projet peux suivre chacun très facilement. De plus en changeant le mot timer par le même numéro j'obtiens une liste claire lors de l'exportation des timers à la fin de la journée. Je sauvegarde les exportations de chaque journée jusqu'à la rédaction de ma feuille de temps officielle à la fin de la semaine. Cela demande un peu de dicipline mais j'en oublie beaucoup moins :) Bref si cette application était native pour le iPad, je lui donnerais 5/5 je crois. ✓ The most versatile timer available!Easy UP/Down Timer is now the most versatile timer in the App store! When I purchased the previous version of the App I was looking for something that I could use for sporting events, especially Ice Hockey and Lacrosse. While a simple count down timer is adequate for game time, both of those sports also can have multiple penalty times running simultaneously. I emailed the company and told them what I was looking for and they responded with a request for more information. They promised to include the capability to link multiple count down timers that would allow someone to also time penalties. Now whenever the "official" clock is out of order or missing I have a back up! I'm sure it will be a great benefit to other sports officials everywhere. Thanks Greg!.Version: 0

✓ This Simple AppThis App is Great for Simple Things (ie. Like Timing diferent things at Different Times) I downloaded a Number of .99c apps that said they would do the job but NONE Could. This is byfar the best app you could Posibly get to time Several different things at once. The Pictures in from the app store are NOT included (Who Cares?) You can name your timers! Why is it not a 5 Star (Well it is but for one resaon and one only) you can't organize the timeres! -(Ya know Drag and Drop timer 12 into timer 3's position or anyother position) Other then that it is a 5 Grab it it! it is a great app the will time your stuff from coocking to simple tracking time on projects. ✓ Handheld Computer NutI previously used a Palm to time political candidate debates. I created a special program in HotPaw basic that does what this application does. But it was always a nuisance to carry and additional handheld device. This application does everything I need with a display that is a lot easier to see than my wrist watch. Still, I hope for a version of basic, C, forth, or whatever that allows apps to be developed on the handheld device with no additional computer needed ala Quartus or NS Basic..Version: 0

I love the features that allow one to record the sound desired for alarms; allow one alarm to link to another; allows you to add a photo, and assign a name to a timer. Best timer I have ever used, whether it's for grilling, cooking, laundry, work, or exercise this app allows one to use a timer in a way never imaginable with a standalone timer. It does save your photos and names and works even when you are on another app. You can have many timers running simultaneously. I like the fact that I can have a timer run for example while I cook that will activate when another timer has gone off. I only wish it allowed you to reorder the sequence that the timers display after you name them, like a scroll up or scroll down feature. Hopefully the developers might do that in an update. ✓ Almost perfect...Finally, a developer that doesn't make you use the tiresome scroll-to-select time. Entering times and giving default names should be quick and this app provides that. Please don't change it. This app is easy to use, quick to setup (I tried 4 others, all took me longer to get started), and does what it advertises. Few things would make it perfect: 1) why doesn't it allow access to the iTunes playlist for alarm sounds? 2) background choices and color schemes are hideously 2008 iPhone. ✓ Good timer for project workI have really enjoyed this timer on my iPhone. I do project work as an Engineer and this app allows me to create a timer for each project. When I switch to a new project, I just stop one timer and start the other. My boss is really impressed that I can tell him how many hours (down to the tenth of an hour) that I spend on each project. Most of my peers just estimate, give or take a few hours. Even if the iPhone goes to sleep or I switch to another app (like my music), the app's timers are still going. Once the time is up, they're done with screens for the day. Being able to link the timers is cool. ✓ Works great.I love this timer, and use it every day to time my yoga poses. There are a couple of ways it could be even better. 1. I wish it had more sounds-- Nice sounds like crickets or soothing bells that would suit my quiet, calm practice. (Right now, most of the sounds are quite harsh.) 2. I wish it would talk (or had the option to do that) e.g., that it would say "five minutes", "four minutes," "three minutes" etc. when you passed those points.
