✓ Really helpful, actually works!This worked for me several times! I suggest headphones rather than earbuds for deep relaxation or sleep, because the earbuds tend to fall out too quickly when you doze off and you may wake up again. Also, be sure the cord is in tight, or you may hear the iPad speaker and not realize the ear buds are not in place. Somebody needs to invent "sleep phones" for apps like this! This is not a background music program, it actually can help the brain reach various brainwave states, including sleep. Great app!.Version: 4.0

✗ Too many dropouts, static: problems with programsWhy can't you purchase programs for this app, instead of having to purchase the same space-stealing software? There are 15 and 32-programs for this app, but one piece of software that runs the show. Not enough options for 'atmosphere.' Need things like heavy rain; rain on windows; different, non-repeating sound tracks like thunderstorms, forest birds and sounds, etc. There's far too much static in many of these tracks; sounds for incoming messages, emails, texts, etc, should be disabled with this program running..Version: 7.4
✗ The good the bad and the half-assedGreat concept just poorly executed. The brain wave function is cool. I don't know if it's actually doing anything. I don't feel any different from one Theta wave to the next. However, the program definitely does help me get to sleep. Then again so does any white noise. Admittedly, I haven't really tried new age music within the program because I prefer nature sound for relaxation. Quality of the natural sounds, I.e. rain, wind, ocean, etc. is poor at best. I'm listening on both beats headphones and earbuds. Neither is any better than the other. It doesn't sound realistic and the loops tend to be short. The start/end of each loop is so abrupt I find them more distracting than relaxing. The thunderstorm loop is so short and monotonous I find myself anticipating each lightning strike and thunder roll because I have it memorized. I tend to use the brain wave function of this program and the natural sounds of a different program to get the right blend for my relaxation purposes..Version: 6.0
