✓ Great apart from one thing!This is by far one of the best travel apps for Moscow and Russia. However, after selecting the to and from destination you can see the yellow “let’s go” button at the bottom or the screen. Which if pressed will revert you to your previous search, the button which will show you the route is the get route button which is in blue and harder to see. Please do something about this! It is very annoying as I use the app daily!.Version: 11.1

✓ The potential of this.When using other Yandex services it is always astounding how well the localization is done and while you should always be aware you are getting “by Russians for Russia” most apps and services have a global feel. Then there is Yandex Maps. Not sure whether it’s a licensing issue or just too much work for too small an audience, but US maps are highly inaccurate, street names are just romanizations of the Russian pronoun ist ion and entire stretches of streets are simply missing. But then businesses are listed, including with their company logo. Probably THE maps to use in Russia (and I assume a handful of other places), but not quite there yet to replace That Other Maps App..Version: 13.7.5

✓ CarPlay experience is choppySigned up for Yandex plus to get a Yandex maps on CarPlay and discovered that the overall usage experience through CarPlay is very choppy. It seems like graphics moves by frame. I’m using latest software updates on iPhone 11 Pro Max and latest. Don’t have that issue with other navigation systems, everything works fluid. Additionally the arrow could’ve been smaller for better navigation experience. Overall Yandex maps is very good on a phone..Version: 13.4.0

✓ Раздельные автобусы в одни остановки.Едут с остановки Университетский Проспект, до метро Академическая автобусы: 119, 529, 434. Маршруты с автобусами 119, 529 показывает отдельно. Так что если выбрать маршрут с другим автобусом 434, и если он уедет, то вы будете ждать его, а 529, 119 вы пропустите думав что они не те, а ждать следующие 20 минут. ✓ Excellent, but...I use Yandex Maps in Belgrade (Serbia), the reason being that it is the only map app that has correct house numbers (unlike Google, Apple Maps, Here), which I understand was done for the purpose of Yandex Taxi entering the Serbian market. The app also offers a Serbian interface, despite iOS itself not offering a Serbian localisation. HOWEVER - the app ONLY offers Serbian in the Roman script (not Cyrillic). This is perplexing for three reasons: 1) Why offer the app in Serbian, but only in the secondary alphabet used in the country? It’s trivial to offer both. 2) The Cyrillic alphabet is the official alphabet in use in Serbia. 3) Yandex itself is a company from a country that uses the Cyrillic script. Fix this and my review goes to five stars, because the app is otherwise excellent..Version: 11.6.1
