✓ Charging problemsThey said to clean out the port you plug the lightning end into on your phone or iPad. I did that and I got a better recharge rate. Common sense told me to clean the contact inside and on the cable contacts as well. I used alcohol wipes on the lightning end in the cable and I got back to full charge very quickly..Version: 12.1.0

I deleted the app and then redownloaded it which restored all of the tips. Great customer service and a great app. I have been using and enjoying Tips & Tricks for almost a year. Today when I opened the app the Tricks were gone. There was just a blank screen. There does not seem to be a way to contact anyone at the developer and there is no support on their website.
