However, when I try to open it, all I get is a message noting "Downloading the latest Rules of Golf updates,".but nothing actually downloads. Oh yes, I receive another message saying that I have no internet connection, which is wrong, since I have a good connection, which was more than sufficient to fully download the 2018 Rules of Golf app..Version: 6.1
