✓ Poor functionality and very low volumeI stream my local news talk program later in the day through this app, and it’s always been a poor experience on this app, but it surprisingly got even worse. If I’m streaming the program and get a phone call or message that I quickly listen to, the program won’t continue once I’m done. It goes silent and I’ve got to mess around to get it going again. Also, the volume output is SUPER LOW, to the point I have my car radio or Google home MAXED OUT but still can’t hear it clearly over the road noise or household noise. The program I listen to breaks up the segments into different hours on the app to stream separately, and they’re frequently duplicating the same hour, and the segments I want to hear aren’t available. Have had enough of the app and will stream through the radio station’s website from now on, which is also a pain but slightly easier..Version: 8.0.0

✓ GlitchesThis app used to be excellent but for the last couple months it jumps around constantly. As you scroll down it jumps back to the top of the page. Add to that links will open one story but not suggested ones from there so you have to navigate back to Home Screen and hopefully be able to select the article before it jumps back to the top of the screen. ✓ Fix one thing break another lolCan you fix the issue this app has with carplay since your latest update.. it’s unusable because it sounds horrible & bad quality. Why did you program it to route audio thru voice command channel on carplay rather than actual audio route which music plays thru. ✓ Volume Garbled and Blasting after Feb 14 updateThere were several issues with the volume in previous releases, being way too low, and I agreed that it needed to be adjusted. However, in the latest release issued February 14 it appears that they have caused another issue with the volume in a supposed attempt to try to fix it. When starting any recorded podcast show segment, the volume is immediately blasting at maximum, and is completely completely garbled and impossible to listen to. Once you pause the podcast and then play again, the volume is reduced, but to the level that is ridiculously low to listen to, like it was in previous versions of the app. I would normally send this as direct feedback, however, in the iOS App Store, clicking on report a problem, direct the client to the CityNews main website instead of an email address..Version: 8.1.1

✓ Thanks for addressing the volume.YHowever, there are still some accessibility issues. My Voiceover screen reader jumps all over the place in the feedback form so I was unable to fill it in, and the app is full of unlabeled buttons, so I have no idea what any of them are for. Labeling buttons should be an easy fix, so I don't imagine it would take a lot of effort. The focus issues in the feedback form are pretty severe. Thank you..Version: 8.1.2

✓ Not usableThis new app is garbage. It’s impossible to read any news. Every page keeps refreshing every few seconds, which scrolls back up to the title each time. Videos also keep closing within few seconds of watching. Ads on the other hand play perfectly fine so I’m guessing this app was made just to run ads like many other spam apps. There’s no widget anymore. Old app was 100% better and simple to use. I’m very disappointed.
