Paperless: Lists + Checklists for Positive User Reviews

Awesome AppI love this app! I have the worst memory and this app allows me to keep and easily manage lists of things I want to do, want to buy, wish lists, places i want to go one day, idea's, gift ideas etc, etc. I can create a list or add to it whenever I want and all my lists are with me all the time so I can pull up the info wherever I am. Ever found yourself trying to think of those things you want to do when you had a day to yourself, only to get that day and can't remember those things! Ever had a great idea only to forget it when you had time to act on it! Ever found yourself in a shop you didn't expect to be in and remember that there was something you said you would get next time you were there only to find that you are there but can't remember what that thing was! This app is for you! Love it!.Version: 1.4

An app for list loversI love this! I love lists basically. I like certain authors and when I'm in a bookshop I'm never sure which titles I already have. Have written them all down in a notebook but, of course, never have it with me. Now I have one list per author on my phone. Will also be useful for Chrismas presents, holiday packing lists, and so much more. Easy to use and so far I haven't not been able to do anything I want to. Love the fact that the instructions come with it and the tutorial is a list itself - genius..Version: 1.4

Close to perfectionA joy to use. I have tried many apps but this is number one on my I phone.Version: 2.0.2

Perfect as it isAfter having tried a good deal of apps to get myself more organised - both free and paid - it is clear that this tops them all. Other apps presented a kind of novelty; I could fool myself into thinking that I was more organised, but it was never long before I abandoned them because it was obvious that they consumed unnecessary time. Paperless, however, has truly helped. It is streamlined, it is simple, it is sumptuous. I, for one, hope that you DON'T add clutter such as due dates and priorities because those frills can be bought and fought with elsewhere..Version: 0

Very UsefulI have been using this app for several years and it is very useful. I have lists for specific wholesalers, grocery shopping by specific store, family groups, and even several years of Christmas lists. The only item on my wish list is the ability to alphabetize the main screen that shows all my lists! If the individual list screen can be alphabetized why can’t the main screen?? Please try to update this..Version: 2.4.7

Gets the job doneMost list apps fail because they try too hard to do too many things. This app just works and is easy to use. Next best thing to making my own app..Version: 2.2.9

Great app for notes and listsThis is a great app for keeping notes and lists, with a checklist facility where you need it. Visually it is good on the eyes, with a sensible choice of font sizes, which is important for people like me with some sight problems. I have tried other popular note and list apps, and, particularly on the iPhone, this is much easier for my eyes. The app is straightforward to use, with no unnecessary baggage (unlike some competitor apps), and syncs well between iPad and iPhone. Notes can be sorted alphabetically - unlike Apple's own Notes app (a major and inexplicable omission). A version for Macs would be very welcome, but I can live without..Version: 2.2.9

Best app I’ve ever gotten! But…..This is the most useful app I have on my phone. It keeps track of my life and thoughts. I could not live without this app!! Unfortunately, after 4 years it won’t let me add anything to my lists or make new lists!! I don’t know what to do. I’ve bought a journal to keep track of things but i really miss Paperless! I only deducted one star because it was really great for years!.Version: 2.5.1

The best so farHaving tested over 20 “to do list” apps, I have to say this is by far the best so far. Many people have specific requirements for lists and how they manage them, and this one is very flexible yet very simple. Lots of functionality without being complicated plus nice little icons and theme customisation. Great little app and worth the money..Version: 2.3

Favorite ListmakerI’ve tried out a ton of checklist apps, but this still remains my favorite to date, as it’s just so no frills and visually pleasing with all the little icons. I do wish it had sublists, but I guess sublists would also complicate the app, and I love how streamlined it is. No reminders, no dates/times, no embedded photos, etcetc- just a simple, no frills list maker. Hope the developer eventually has time to create an iOS14 widgets for this app! Would love to have Paperless more featured on the home screen..Version: 2.4.7

Wow! The best of them all.Paperless epitomizes everything (well, almost) I want and need in a lists app. I have bought and tried a few, but not one is anywhere near as good. Had I known Paperless was around, I wouldn't have put up with my old app which had become even more demented lately and had become "forgetful" (maybe due to old age)..Version: 2.2.4

Very handy, could be more intuitiveBought this app weeks ago and it has proven more and more useful! Clean layout enables easy sorting and readability, but sometimes I just with it were a bit more predictive and flexible with what you could do with it. Still, a great app, perfect for those wanting to remain organized..Version: 2.1.1

The Best Shopping List APP Out ThereI have looked at different shopping list APPS, and keep looking to see if there is a better one out there. I LOVE this APP and have not found a better one. I use it almost every day. I have 39 lists on the APP to keep organized..Version: 2.5.1

Great appThis is generally a great app but a recent update seems to have removed to ability to manually sort lists. This is a great feature as supermarkets aisles are arranged in slightly different ways so the list can match the aisles. Once this feature is back the 5th star will be returned..Version: 2.4.6

Fab appIf you're a list person like me you will LOVE this app. Exactly what I needed for keeping all my lists in one place, simple and easy to use. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a tool to check things off their many to do lists. Very happy tx :).Version: 1.3.1

Great app for organising!!I find myself writing so many lists for many different aspects of my life that, on finding this app, I have made my life easier! It's helpful that it saves all my completed tasks so when they are required again I can uncheck them, and I can have many different subjects! EPIC!.Version: 2.1.3

Favorite appI love this app. I’ve had it for years. It does just what I need it to. Me LIFE is in this app. The little icons make all the difference. I’ve tried converting to other tools but I keep coming back to the simplicity and ease of use of Paperless. Easy to reorder whole lists or individual items on a list. And look - I just LIKE the little icons. ikiru is NOT the same..Version: 2.5.0

Simple, easy, brilliantThe best lists app I have found. Has helped me organise my life into several lists. An essential new feature would be the option to add images to the lists or notes sections (as images can be a powerful motivation tool). Also, the option to set "daily" checklists that reset all checked items at the start of a new day (or at a specified time) would be very helpful..Version: 2.2.4

Handy and simpleThis little app has modest ambitions, but fulfills them very well. You can make lists of anything you can type, give the lists titles, and use the lists for checking off things. I use it mainly for checklists, reminding me of things to do before travel and of things to take on trips. Once you have checked things off, you can, with just one tap, uncheck all the items. Another tap sorts the unsorted list back into alphabetical order. You can put commentary text on each item in your list, too. I have a list of the states of Mexico, so when I see a license plate I can annotate each state with the date seen. Simple, silly, but fun. The only suggestion I have is that it could use a folder structure so I could put the lists into categories like Travel, Fun, and the like. Not a game changer, though..Version: 2.3

Great app. Love the iconsA great looking app with lots of icons to choose. I have a list for everything..Version: 2.0.5

Add 2 features!!!Please add in number QUANTITIES item features in the next update!! I constantly have to type in the same list items over and over. A simple tool would be to add a plus or minus the items. I donated a big tip to the developer to work on my request in the future updates! Keep up the great work!!!!.Version: 2.5.0

Simple, elegant and friendly checklistsI love checklists. For me, checklists are a key to being organised from day to day. Where Apple’s “Reminders” gives me one-shot to do lists, Paperless gives me checklists. The important difference is that checklists are for things I have to do repeatably, such as packing a bag for interstate travel: I was sick of always forgetting something so I wrote a checklist. The interface makes creating and maintaining checklists really simple. The sync through Dropbox makes Paperless consistent between iPhone and iPad. I *want* to do things because Paperless makes checklists fun. Well, not mind numbingly boring at least! My only complaint is that there isn’t a macOS app to complete the ecosystem..Version: 2.4.1

Absolutely fabulous!Everything I need in a list / to do app. Tried some others but this is by far the best. Very simple and easy to use. No faffing around with reminders (I have my Calendar and Reminder apps for those!) I like that you can have loads of different lists, and still see them all, and also see completed items. How could it be improved? Perhaps an option of a sub- checklist in the notes section. And that's all I can think of - so pretty perfect!.Version: 2.0.4

Perfect for gamers! This is going to sound very sad, but I play a few games that involve collecting (Gran Turismo, Animal Crossing, Enchanted Folk) and was looking for an app where I could import my long Notes lists of things I've unlocked so I could sort them into alphabetical order and search them easily to see if something had already been unlocked. This app does all that, with the added touch that you can make lots of separate lists and give them pictures (from a vast selection) to remember which is which. Setup and paste import are a breeze. Perfect for my needs..Version: 2.0.5

Awesome app! This is a wonderfully good list app. It's so good it sits in "position #1" on my iPhone. I can't fault it - I just WISH they made a syncing desktop version for the Mac..Version: 2.0.2

What it does do, it does with 100% perfectionOK, so it does not do everything that an app like this might do. But what it does do, it does with 100% perfection. I have used it for years, primarily for packing lists shopping lists and simple to do lists. For reminders, attaching photos, and other more advanced features I use the iOS built-in reminders app. But for simple, easy to use checklists, this beats the built-in Reminders app hands-down. I like it so much I just tipped the developer $10..Version: 2.4.7

My FAVORITE and MOST USEFUL of all My appsI literally use this app and refer to my many, many lists probably 10 times a day! Like others have said, it is front and center in the first page of my apps! I LOVE that I can forward my checklists! I also love that I can edit the order of items in each list, especially helpful for groceries! A huge bonus is that when I complete checklist items, they remain on my “completed” part of the list until I need that item again and I simply uncheck it! Best app ever!!!!.Version: 2.4.7

Great appI used to just use the Notes app for lists, it worked but wasn't brilliant. This app is great, it keeps me organised when i remember to use it. To start with i set it up on my iPad and iPhone and it worked, my only gripe was that instead of a list which appeared on both, i ended up with two different lists, both appeared on both devices. I have just deleted the second of each list and will see what happens. I think 4 stars is about right, five if it had automatically linked the lists together, but it didn't. Still great little App though..Version: 2.0.5

I love this app!I am able to get everything I need done in a limited time without forgetting anything. It would be great to be able to tap and drag items and lists around to change the order more easily..Version: 2.4.7

PerfectI’ve been using this App for years, more than any other App on my iPhone! I could not live without it 😄.Version: 2.4.7

Excellent attention to detailCan't fault this app. It's easy to use, does exactly what it says it will and is perfect for the job. I think it's a sign of a well crafted app that when you enter an email address the keyboard switches mode to give you the @ character. These guys have taken care of that and countless other little details with the end result that the product is easy and quick to use. The inclusion of Dropbox sync is the icing on the cake ... Perfect, 5 stars..Version: 2.0.2

All I Need In 1 PlaceThis is my go-to app for simple lists, routines, and projects. It allows for task with no notes, errands, and projects that cover long periods of time. I appreciate the ability to create one list and reusing it again and again with out having to recreate it. And - the ability to copy and move entries from one list to another allows ke to create a TODAY list so I can focus on the priorities, tasks, and event today without additional clutter..Version: 2.5.1

Perhaps the most useful app on my iPhone! After having used numerous PalmOS devices over the past 15 years I recently (reluctantly) transitioned to an iPhone 4. In order to facilitate the switch to a new platform I read reviews of well over 1000 apps and personally tried out (and often quickly deleted!) more apps than I care to remember. I currently have approximately 350 apps on my iPhone but only use 100 or so on a regular basis. Of the apps that I've seen, only 50 or so were truly impressive: SoundHound, Evernote, Poynt, Atomic Web, Siri, Dragon Dictation, Week Calendar, miCal, Delivery Status, Pandora, Bump, Urbanspoon, iNet, FlightBoard, TuneIn Radio, Skype, HeyTell, NanoStudio, Angry Birds, AutoStitch and FlightTrack Pro are some examples of those 50 apps that have quickly managed to transform mobile computing for me. Paperless is easily one of the most useful apps that is currently available in the App Store. Everything from the clean, uncluttered user interface to the ability to easily email or back up lists, to the speed with which I'm able to access and create lists is as close to being perfect as any organizing/list app that I've ever seen. Most of the other list and To Do apps that I've tried fail by being either far too complicated to use on a regular basis or else by lacking essential features. Paperless is unique in that it provides simplicity, speed and power. A nice bonus is that it's even aesthetically pleasing! I wish more people knew about this app - I tell everyone I know who uses iPhones or iPod Touches about it. Hopefully Apple will eventually feature it on the main page of their App Store. I've installed countless apps over the years and Paperless is definitely one of my all-time favorites. It has effectively replaced one of the best PalmOS apps I had relied on previously: HandyShopper. (Now I just need to have DateBk 6 ported to the iPhone OS - Week Calendar and miCal are nice but neither comes close to the absolute brilliance of DateBk 6.) I'd like to thank the Paperless developer for creating such a well designed app. Paperless combines the power of the iPhone with the simplicity and intuitive design of the best of PalmOS. Well done! (I just hope that the developer will resist the temptation to add a lot of new “fluff” features that end up cluttering what is now a near-perfect app.).Version: 1.4

Great app to help me get things doneI have been using this app for years and it helps me in so many areas, below are some examples. - managed small home projects...what I need, sequence the items, keep track of sub tasks for each major task. - keep shopping list for home improvement store. - I keep Christmas list for my family. When I hear of something they might like I put in my list under their name. As I get close to Christmas or find a sale I can make the purchase. - camping list - things to do to my home before I leave on an extended trip. I can upgrade the list and tailor it for every trip - when I travel outside my country I keep a list of terms I hear in the country I visit. I also keep a list of places that people recommend I visit. - keep my home improvement project list. - I keep a running list of book I would like to read. I then buy them when I am ready. I have some lists that I have been using for five years. What is nice about it is I can sync it with my iPad so whichever I use the other gets updated. It is a great app and the best one of its kind..Version: 2.4.4

The Best and Easiest To do App to use!!I have downloaded so many todo apps that were a waste of time... it took me more time to put in the info than it actually took me to do the task. That is were Paperless is different so easy to use and easy to view as well... A very well thought out app well done... just can wait for a sync to your computer options, but i have read it is on it way... purchase the full version you wont be sorry :).Version: 0

Great app but could use some improvementsI love this app and use it daily. The only things that would be helpful would be to: 1. Be able to move the lists around on the main page to choose the order in which they appear. 2. Be able to edit the title and icon of your list once it’s been created..Version: 2.4.7

Job well done!Paperless is a near-perfect note management and all-round personal knowledgebase with a easy-to-use and highly customizable user interface. It’s simplicity makes it extremely flexible and able to adapt to almost any note-taking need I can come up with. It’s honestly hard to think of something I would improve. I just wish there was a web-based version of Paperless that I could run in my web browser on my desktop PC. Oh, and the ability to export my notes to JSON would be nice. Just a thought. I’ve tested the developer’s successor to Paperless named “Ikiru” and I have to say it’s far inferior to Paperless in pretty much every way. I hope the developers don’t have plans of abandoning Paperless anytime soon..Version: 2.4.7

Great value for moneyKey app. Use it every day and it becomes increasingly valuable as your lists develop. Prioritise the lists you're dealing with today, relegate them to the bottom once they're off the radar. Customise some with check/completed box, and some just for reference. I would like to see Paperless with a reminder/alarm function - that would be a great enhancement for me. To respond to the person who's irritated because the items don't automatically delete when completed, thus us a key feature of the app for me. It means you can use the list again and again! Eg a grocery list. It becomes a full shopping list of the things you always buy, but only the unchecked items are the items you need to get today. Don't hesitate to get this app. It's simple, quick and works!.Version: 2.0.5

Clever and simple listsGreat cloud sync across devices, easy to share lists and great choice of icons (putting emoticon to shame - wish these were the iOS defaults). Checkboxes but no dates supported. You can get round this by having today, tomorrow and this week folders. Can move tasks easily between them. I use other more complicated to do lists such as Toodledo and Pocket Informant but always end up coming back to Paperless because it is a pleasure to use and its simplicity mean I spend my time doing stuff and less time making over complicated lists..Version: 2.1.2

Love this app!I use lots of “to do” lists and this is perfect. I use it for packing lists, grocery lists, to do lists, reminders, etc. I use it almost every day. I wish it had a way to tag items on a list, like a grocery store aisle #, so I could sort items by aisle to make shopping easier. I’m disabled and can’t spare the energy to miss something on my list and go walk for it, and a way to add a price to the grocery list too (to tally up my list). I know there’s apps for grocery lists, but I love this app too much to give it up yet. :) Kudos to the developer!!.Version: 2.4.7

Great note appThis app works very well for keeping notes and throw away lists. In this respect it has all the right features - search, task lists, icons in the list view with a useful preview, ordering, ability to mail a note or list (nicely formatted), etc. The UI is very simple and is attractive. Thumbs up there. The one feature this app is missing is the ability to sync - with anything - the notes are stuck on your iPhone unless you mail them to yourself. This is a huge limitation and the only thing stopping me awarding 5 stars..Version: 0

My favorite checklist appI keep lists for everything related to our RV including packing lists, maintenance lists, to-dos and menus. The lists don’t change much from trip to trip so I needed an app that does reusable checklists. Paperless does it. I love that I can see at a glance how many items remain to be completed on a list with the color coded app icon badges. Plus the list icons help me quickly identify the type of list...I can assign a wrench icon to maintenance lists and a cherry icon to a food list. And when I’m all packed and ready to go I can easily flip through and reset every list for the next trip..Version: 2.4.3

So useful, easy to use… well designed!—using for 10 yrs+!!I’ve been using this app for years, through changes and updates…it’s always been great. I’ve tried others with various cool features, but this is the one I always come back to. Need to make lists? This is the best. Use it for groceries, chores, gardening, ideas, notes for stories I might write, etc, etc… and can go back years to see what I’d been doing back then… what might still not have gotten checked off! Love it for groceries— one for each store. Can just uncheck items I usually buy to have an updated shopping list ! Well made, well maintained app that I’m using my for over ten years now!!.Version: 2.5.1

Faultless and trusted appA simple yet highly effective app that I’ve returned to annually for simple workable lists. No frills so it just works superbly well! I use it for those master lists for annual to-dos. It has been a trusted app I return to when needed. I applaud the developer for not trying to inflate or over-complicate with additional features..Version: 2.5.0

It's greatCorrection! Are used to think it was great, until it asked me to re-link with dropbox and lost all of my list that I've been making over the past three years and rely heavily upon. I can't find any way to get it back from dropbox, assuming it's even there. Apparently you can back it up to there, but there's no apparent way to get it back. So for now, forget the glowing praise that I wrote before: I use it for absolutely everything from phone numbers and other actual lists to storing reference information. Which makes me wish that it had the ability to store graphic files, and have live Internet links. That would make it nearly perfect as far as I'm concerned. About the only list I don't use it for is my to do list, as I use a dedicated app for that. But everything else I can think of, yes..Version: 2.3

Paperless App stellar performance,I have had this app for several years and highly recommend it. The tremendous choice of icons and colors enables me to taylor my specific lists to my needs so I can find what I am looking for instantly. The app enables me to create lists and also provides the ability to keep extensive notes under each task and category. It also enables me to alphabetize each category/task and keep active and completed tasks as long as I want for future reference. It is the most versatile of any list app i have tried..Version: 2.4.1

Simple, practical, and robust: Great App!After trying many other to do list apps- I have kept this one for several reasons: It is userfriendly, stable and looks great! It is a dateless list app, which at first I was somewhat apprehensive about, but it has proven to be one of my fave and most used apps! CrushApp-Team, if you could add a feature to include a pic or link (web or phonebook) into an entry I could give it 6 stars!. And I love the Icons....Version: 1.4

THE best 'To Do' appBrilliant..Version: 2.0.4

Love Paperless and Ikiru sounds amazing but I have a question...I’ve used Paperless for years but considering Ikiru, however I’d like to know if it’s possible to migrate lists over from Paperless..Version: 2.4.4

I am so happy!I had a simple list maker that was perfect for me for years. You could make multiple lists, check items off, edit, delete, resort, etc. Checked items moved to the bottom. You could email yourself the list (text only). It had a obviously been someone's foray into app creation, and was free and no longer supported by iOS and I was panicking about losing my lists. I tried so many of them but they were not the simple list maker I wanted and needed. I finally found this app yesterday, and am so happy that all the functionality (and more) are working as I needed. I was even able to set it up on my iPad and send the lists via email to myself and import the lists to the app on my iPad. Didn't even need Dropbox! I love, love, love it!.Version: 2.3

Better if it could sync with MacBookGreat app and syncs well via Dropbox for ios devices. Unable to edit from MacBook air which limits the use unfortunately..Version: 2.0.4

6+ years and I love it…but would love one featureIf possible it would be super helpful to be able to pin repeat tasks and even lists to the top of lists while still being able to add new items to the top. Maybe even a way to colorize the different lists if so desired. Either way I’m still a user and will continue.Version: 2.5.0

Easy and practicalHave purchased and tested many To Do type Apps . Most are variations of each other. This App - Paperless - has been very well created by Crush Apps.I used the lite version and within days it was not a difficult decision to purchase the full version. It is so practical and easy to use. I was impressed with the support with the speed with which he responded to and email question I sent to Crush Apps..Version: 1.4

Can’t live without it!!I LOVE LOVE LOVE this app! I have my entire personal cookbook in this app and use it for menu creation. I also use it for my Christmas shopping lists (I have 10 grandchildren) and it helps me remember who got what when so I don’t repeat gifts. My To Do list and my Hubbie’s list too! Too many lists to mention here! The only thing that would make this app better would be the ability to add pictures in the notes section (hint hint!!).Version: 2.4.4

Great app, worth the price easilySuperb app, easy to use and looks good. Brilliant features, incl. quick delete, nice icons, ability to email lists, move items around and more. I used the lite version first and then bought the full version after trying out about 4-5 other list-making apps. The others weren't as streamlined as this..Version: 2.0.5

Great List Maker!I have tried a lot, and I mean a lot of different list apps. This has blown them all out of the water! You can create lists within lists while still not losing the ability to enter notes with if that list item. I can see my lists on all my devices at all times. I have had no issues since installing this app and have even upgraded my phone and all of my stuff was still there!( a previous list app it all disappeared. I would recommend this app..Version: 2.4.3

Would be great to link on devicesUnless I just haven’t found how, it would be great to have this app linked on more than one device so I can add to it when I’m on my iPad. Aside from that it works great. I’ve been using this app for years..Version: 2.5.1

Just what we neededWe are a service based company and use paperless to report on daily rosters works well.Version: 2.0.2

Lost my lists on lite versionI was so happy with the lite version that I bought the upgrade. Then I open the new version and all the lists I created in the lite version disappeared. I'm very disappointed..Version: 2.2.9

I love this app and use it a of the timeI use this app for everything - shopping lists, birthday & Christmas present lists, to do lists, daily & weekly events, 3am "can't sleep" thoughts. Lists for work, lists of notes, items that I need to remember to take with me for work, holidays: my monthly budget, and much more. I note down everything in here. It took a while for me to get into the habit of using the app but now that I have, it would be no exaggeration to say that this app has transformed the way that I use my phone..Version: 2.2.12

All my lists in one placeI was always writing lists, shopping, to-do, holiday, money stuff etc etc Te of bits of paper everywhere, now my life is organised. Love this app.Version: 2.0.5

Easy to useGreat simple app for list making. Gorgeous icons bring lists to life.Version: 2.0.5

PaperlessBy far the most wonderful 'to do' app I have EVER bought and I shudder to think how much money I've wasted, trying to find the right one! Some of them have been so complicated, it's taken longer to input all the details, than it took to do the actual task! Others have been logical and straightforward, but so ugly and boring, I've found them too uninspiring. Paperless seems to have taken every 'pro' and discarded every 'con', from the dozens I have tried, and created the most beautiful yet workable, inspiring yet simple and easy yet unpatronising piece of brilliance. I bless the developer and thank him profusely for having enough empathy to understand we don't ALL have degrees in computer science!.Version: 2.2.1

EVERY SINGLE DAYI've had this app for years and I use it EVERY SINGLE DAY. It might be because I'm a teacher? Or maybe because I'm a mom? Nope, it's because I'm human and have a million lists in my head! Now I have them on my phone and can rest just a little easier knowing I won't forget something! Thanks Paperless! 2 suggestions: pictures in my lists, and lists in my lists! :).Version: 2.3

Intuitive and awesomeFun way to stay organized and keep track of everything!.Version: 2.3

Perfect! Esp. for eternal list writersI absolutely LOVE this app! I use it for everything under sun - from budgets, to birthdays, to holiday plans, to lists of songs that I want and bands that I want to see. The pictures that you can assign to the lists is a great touch. There are also different backgrounds - so you can personalise it. But most of all, it's main selling feature is its exceptional usability..Version: 1.4

IdealI've been using iOS notes for 2 years, and it still has a place on my phone for long tranches of text, easy to hand and editable on my Mac. All the other things I used to use it for are now done in Paperless, and it does it much, much better. The user interface is simple and very clear; lists can be created quickly and easily, then edited and fiddled with when you find the time. I trust Paperless with my list-centric life, and it doesn't let me down. The developer is responsive, polite and knowledgable. Well Done!.Version: 2.0.3

Just Superb!!!This application is just superb. After trying many list apps, this one is by far the best. The user interface is classy and so easy to use. The icons are perfect. This application has allowed me to professionalize my lists. Thank you so much and keep up the great work....worth every cent!.Version: 1.4

Perfect App for list writersAfter searching (and purchasing) many other list apps I came across this one. I've been using it now for over a year and use it everyday. I have different list for each project and love the new icons that have been added (could still use more!). The other apps I downloaded were either too simple, or too complex to be useful. This app is perfect..Version: 2.1

Fantastic for Packing ListsThe ability to create a permanent list, organize it, add notes, check things off that “disappear below the line”, and then refresh the list for next time is superb. Every time I forget something, I add it to the list and never forget it again. And I have many lists: - travel - camping - triathlons - skiing - hiking - etc. I looked at all of them in detail, tried most, and this is the very very best..Version: 2.4.4

So far, So goodI've tried a few To Do type apps, and there's no shortage of choice in this department. Some are very basic, others incredibly complex. I've found this app to be, as Baby Bear would say, just right. I pretty much just want a list that I can enter things into quickly and simply, and then mark them as done when the time comes. This app allows me a little more in that I can have event or subject specific lists, like Travel or Birthdays, and enter my specific To Do's under their respective headings. It's clean, quick and simple, and does what I need it To Do..Version: 1.3.1

Looooove... but pleaseHave used this for ages, love it - but please bring back the + to the search so if something doesn’t come up in search I can one-click add it. That was such a great feature before. Also love personalizing the lists with icons and the backup options. GREAT APP..Version: 2.4.6

Smart, practical, simple, flexibleLove and use every day. After trying other 'list' apps , paperless finally does everything I need. Simple, quick, flexible, without annoying 'bells and whistles'. Agree with other reviewer more parent based icons could be added-children, school, books, classes. Would love a simple budgeting paperless- item, amount, total- for mini budgets in checklist form. Thanks to the creator. You have worked hard to make this app user friendly..Version: 2.2.4

The best app for lists!Being a list-freak, i've tried a lot of apps of this type... I always come back to Paperless. Simple but effective, nice graphics... LOVE IT!.Version: 2.0

Brilliant icons, great appThis is the most visually pleasing app of its kind that I've found, and believe me I've searched. If what an app looks like is as important to you as it's functionality then try this one. The functionality is all there too. It's intuitive in use, flexible, robust, in fact all I could ask for in an app. I use it to keep notes in a large number of categories for a non-fiction book I'm writing and it hasn't let me down once. As a professional writer I want workhorse apps that I can use constantly without being irritated by niggles or without the look of the thing making me wonder if I've time warped back to the Seventies with all the beiges, browns and fake wood effects. Too depressing to stare at all day. I really can't recommend this enough. In fact after the recipe app 'Paprika' this is, in my view, the best-designed app on the planet. (Did I mention I quite like it?) 😋.Version: 2.1.3

Love this app except...This is by far the best app I’ve found for organizing my life and all the different schedules I need to keep track of it. But I have just one request. Is there any way the developers would consider creating an alert function to remind us when certain projects/chores/bills are due? That would be great! Otherwise, the functionality of this app is beyond comparison!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!.Version: 2.4.1

This app is a brain-saverI don’t know how I would manage now if I weren’t able to keep running lists with me all the time. I most frequently use it for grocery lists, but it is also in other areas of life where I need to remember things. (I am a teacher, so I have a lot of lists.) I like that I can have a master list and run down checking off what I need or don’t need, but also able to search and add at the same time. I highly recommend.Version: 2.4.5

Just the app I was looking forI recently downloaded the lite version to check out the app. I'm glad that the developer provided a free version for users to see if this app is what they're looking for. Within 24 hrs of downloading the lite version, I bought the full version for the syncing feature and ability to make endless lists. It is a very simple yet powerful app. I like that I can choose to either make a list with checkboxes or just simple notes. This is the app that I've been looking for - no reminder feature and not complicated to use. I told my friend about it and she did the same as me - bought the lite version to try it out and bought the ful version within 24 hrs. Thank you for making this app!.Version: 2.0

Love it!I love lists & this app was exactly what I was looking for for my device. Lots of room for notes on individual items, easy to use, helpful icons for at-a-glance list finding; I wouldn't be without it..Version: 2.1.2

One of my favourite apps.Simple to use, this app helps me keep track of all the little things I used to scribble on bits of paper, to do lists, shopping lists, product regos etc. Have used it frequently, often daily, for a couple of years now. Very happy with it and highly recommend it..Version: 2.2.9

Top notch!I love this app! I Think it's better built-in app on the iPhone, as there are little pictures you can add to each list, for example a cake for birthdays etc. I have not yet used the app that came with the iPhone for reminders, but it doesn't look as good to me. Another thing that I like about this app is that when you have ticked an item, it goes to the bottom of the list, But by simply tapping that item again, It adds it back onto the list. This is particularly useful for my holiday checklist.Version: 2.1.1

PLEASE!! From a compulsive Listmaker review: PLEASE UPDATEI have too many lists on too many list apps in too many formats and I am looking for reasons to keep the ones I have and merge some to downsize. I love the concept Paperless. You did a brilliant job with the archetypes of your app. Your impressive prototype needs your attention now though. !!A NEW VERSION IS REQUIRED VIA AUTO iOS UPDATES!! Account and profile - while ensuring all existing Lists will be preserved and will copy over to the new Version. ‘Accept or Decline’ agreement for compliance requirements. Save to CLOUD etc. You have to keep up with current iOS to maximize Paperless’s full potential. You created a great product - please don’t disrespect it or it will end up in the black Hole that is Cyberspace and many more than just me will miss it when we have to delete it!.Version: 2.4.3

Great appI’ve used this app for several years on my iPhone and it works great for all my lists. My memory isn’t as good anymore, and this really helps keep me organized. My only issue - and it’s a very small one for me - is that it doesn’t sync correctly with my iPad. I managed to get it to sync once, although it merged several of my lists when I did, but then it wouldn’t sync to the iPad again after I made several changes on the iPhone. The only way I’ve found to keep the devices synced is to make a backup of the latest changes and email it, then open the email and download the backup to the other device. It works, but it’s klugey..Version: 2.5.0

Great AppBe aware when you upgrade to full version that you need to transfer all your lists from Paperless Lite to Paperless. Very useful App and good value.Version: 2.5.1

I'd give it a 5th star if they'd fix syncingAbsolutely fantastic app, the only minor gripe I have is with syncing. After making up a bunch of lists for a trip overseas on the iPad, I decided to sync them to the iPhone. Installed the app and setup syncing first on the iPad, then on the iPhone but nothing sync'd. Foolishly (in hindsight) I added a list to the iPhone, which then overwrote all the lists I'd created on the iPad. It's a minor annoyance, but still not how I've come to expect syncing to work. Would've been nice to get a confirmation asking me to merge, overwrite local or overwrite drop box rather than blowing away local data..Version: 2.0

Beat list app! This is a great app, simple and does the job. I would like to be blue to create sub lists though, like a list within a list. That would be handy, and perhaps the option to be able to add a column where you could write for example a price (such as when creating a Christmas present list) so you can keep track of the cost of the items on your list..Version: 2.0.5

Love but….I use this app ALL the time!!!! The only thing that would make it better would be the ability to add photos to a list item!!!.Version: 2.4.7

PaperlessEasy to learn and simple to use. Very productive.Version: 2.1.1

FANTASTIC APP!This app has ALL THE FEATURES to truly organize all your lists, reminders, daily notes, etc. I especially love the built-in sorting and alphabetizing prompts, which made it so easy to format my lists for Birthdays and Anniversaries, and also for Passwords. I also love the extensive list of icons with which to label my specific lists. Most of all, the AUTOMATIC BACK-UP TO DROPBOX AND AUTOMATIC SYNCING WITH MY OTHER DEVICES is truly a life-saver. I am in my mid seventies, and not a "computer techie." When I needed help, and e-mailed the developer, he immediately responded and gave step by step directions to fix what I had inadvertently done in the App. THANK YOU, THANK YOU to the developer!! So to sum it all up- EXCELLENT APP, WELL-DESIGNED WITH GREAT FEATURES!.Version: 2.3

Great app for me!I am a tradie and have always used notes in my phone to write down the tools and materials I need for the next day. With paperless I have two lists, one for tools and one for materials. Now I scroll down through the lists and just tick them on and tick them off. No need to type everything out unless it's something out of the usual. An added bonus is while scrolling through my list I am prompted to tick things on that I would have otherwise forgot..Version: 2.2.1

So handyI've used this app for a couple years now and as I was just adding something I felt I should give it a glowing review. I use it for so much I can't imagine being without it. I can make notes, jot down misc info, keep track of books by series and author, remember what menu I have planned for a holiday and that's just a few of the things I've done. Whenever I need to remember something I can put on a list, this is my go-to app!.Version: 2.3

My favorite appI use this app every day! For to do lists, grocery shopping, meal planning, gift list, book list, packing lists, idea lists, it’s useful for so many areas of my life. I’ve tried various other list apps with more specific purposes but I always end up back here. I love the interface and it just works really well. Can’t recommend it highly enough..Version: 2.4.4

Love this!Only complaint would be that they need to make the app accessible via Apple Watch!.Version: 2.4.4

PAPERLESS BETTER THAN IKIRUThis is the best checklist app ever and in fact it is better than the newer app, ikiru, which the developer offered later. Having used both, the paperless format is easily reusable and in a better format. Utilising tick boxes rather strike through, i use this time and time again. Lets hope the developer continues to support this app & they do not discontinue it..Version: 2.5.0

Generally HappyI have been using this app for everyday list items. I like it as it's easy to read and carry around in grocery and other stores. Printing is also an option. Individual lists can be sorted. Please add that feature to main lists..Version: 2.4.4

Simple and cleanGreat app! Stable, clean and easy to use..Version: 2.4.3

One of my most used Apps!Love it 😊.Version: 2.5.0

Practically flawless! This little app is perfect for list-makers out there who like to organize and itemize whilst having the option to describe tasks in detail or break down reminders into quick, easy-to-navigate portions. Icon customization gives it a pen-and-paper feel without the hassle. Having this at your fingertips for staying easily organized is well worth the quid spent..Version: 0

Simple and powerfulI use this many times daily for several different kinds of list. I have a to-do list. In list apps that I've used before, I've set priorities. This never really worked for me: I'd spend a lot of time setting up the priority values, only to find that the situation had changed some time later, and they didn't represent what I needed any more. In Paperless, I just drag the items into the order I need, quickly and simply. I also have a few check lists. One example: to make sure we have everything we need when I take my child to school. Paperless works well for this, too: I just use the "Uncheck All" menu before I start (to set all the items to unticked) and then work my way through. I've been using this app for a few years now. The design is very thoughtfully done, and I think I've never seen a crash. There are a few elegant animations, which make me feel that I understand where I am within the app interface. There are many nicely drawn and colourful list icons to choose from, which I use to help me quickly identify which list is which. The app syncs with Dropbox, so I'm not worried about losing information. The author keeps making improvements, and I'm very happy with it. The only feature I'd really like to see added would be the ability to share a list or two with my wife..Version: 2.2.1

The best 'list' app, without a doubt.I have tried almost every list app there is, and this is by far the best. It is incredibly easy to use, and looks clear and professional. Well worth the money, don't bother wasting time looking through the others - just buy this one; it's miles better! I will be using this for absolutely everything- it would be even better if you could add photos!.Version: 2.1.2

WonderfulLove it! Have been using it for a while now - and I absolutely love it's simplicity. No, it doesn't have alarms or a calendar or an animated martian that jumps off the screen and slaps you in the face if you forget to do something. Because it doesn't need these things! I've tried the all-in-one apps that have the calendar and the list and the alarm and these apps certainly have their uses, but when I want nothing more than a simple list, paperless is definitely the number one choice. I do agree with a previous reviewer who asked for sublists though, for me this is the only way paperless could be improved, as I have countless lists now and would like to organise them a little better. But am still extremely happy with the app without it..Version: 2.0.1

The best way to organize my life!I absolutely love this app. I use it for everything from grocery lists, packing list, menus for special meals, to notes during appointments or meetings and just plain to do lists. I love the coloured icons that easily identify each list. I also love the check marks that allow the item to drop off so you know you’re done when all the items are checked. Then start again next time, like a grocery list. I often recommend this app..Version: 2.4.3

Great for a busy mummy like me.I love making lists and now I have one place to keep them all! Easy to use. I recommend purchasing this app as you're only allowed limited lists on the free version. It refreshed when I updated it to the full version deleting all my lists (very frustrating) so buy it first time round, or risk losing everything! Two things I'd suggest to the makers of this app- 1. Allow to insert a list in the middle (or anywhere) of your existing ones. At the moment you can only add to the top or the bottom. 2. Add better icons for home and school. I've created a daily chore list but had to be creative with some of my choices ie there isn't an icon for each room of the house, laundry etc..Version: 2.2.9

My joint best iPad app!I had previously tried various check-list and “to do” type apps. This is the only one so far that works well for me and I find myself using it more and more (together with Evernote which is my other go-to app) It’s important to discover its many features in order to get the best out of it. Tips: 1. Take the time when starting a new list to configure the various options, such as selecting the checklist option, which moves ticked items to a separate but visible list beneath the unticked items. This incredibly useful function is off by default. You can easily untick all the ticked items “en-mass” to reuse a list. 2. Choose an icon for each list from the huge list. 3. Learn how to re-order items in a list - edit function then drag the three horizontal lines up or down. Wish list item - I’d like to be able to import a photo into a list item. Summary - a fantastically useful app. Thank you Paperless!.Version: 2.4.3

My favourite appI love this app! Great for making any kind of lists, checklist or not, customisable, no ads, just a simple but versatile and super useful app. I use this for my shopping list, to do list, wish list, movies to watch, books to read, New Years resolutions/goals..Version: 2.4.7

My favourite app everThis is the best app I have. I love lists and this makes lists so much fun. I love the icons. I use this app every day..Version: 1.4

Just what I needed!I'm an inventor, teacher, course creator. I used to wake up with ideas, or just have them pop into my head during the day and scramble for a piece of paper and something to write them out on. Paperless lets me do that in much better ways. Love it!.Version: 2.2.12

Now this I like!As a person who loves being organised but is often forgetful, this app is a dream for me. Gone are the scraps of paper from my bag and the various different tools I have to help me stay focused. Why get a task app, holiday planning app, shopping list app, notes app etc when this one does it all? Not only does it help me to stay organised, but I can think ahead on things for fun, list books I'd like to read in future or places I'd like to visit. Simple idea but very user friendly and effective..Version: 2.0

Great app for compulsive list makerI love this app. For years I have always have a notepad at hand with numerous lists ongoing. Lists for shopping, chores, packing for holidays, presents; you name it, I listed it. But lists go missing; someone moves the pad; you forget to put the list in your bag!!!! That's where this app takes over. You can make the lists on your iPad, and there it is on your iPhone or iPod whenever you need it. Check the items as you complete them, and they grey out and drop to the bottom of the page leaving the unchecked, outstanding ones clearly at the top of the page. The uses are limited only by your imagination and your list requirements. The only thing missing is the ability to add a reminder to specific list (for those of us who need a nudge!).Version: 2.0.5

Best App by farSimple easy efficient backup Tried and tested I use this app for so many things HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.Version: 2.4.4

Best list app, hands down. Hoping for Apple Watch version!I’ve been using this list app for everything from grocery lists to long term goals. Love it, so easy to use and to organize everything. Love being able to make a list while still being able to add notes to each item in the list. So convenient. Really hoping for an Apple Watch version!!!.Version: 2.3

What a perfect little App!I love this App. Like other reviewers, I have tried other notes & reminder Apps and some of them are okay - and I still occasionally use them, but Paperless is so good, so user friendly and so easy to go directly to what you want that I am using it more and more as I think of new things to list. For example, I have a list of food brands to remind me which ones are good as gluten/wheat free and which tasted like polystyrene; hotels we have really liked with space to say why we liked it and who we were with etc. An inventory of special items in the home, the story behind them and when they were bought. I have a general info one with things like our local doctor's surgery info. From the website, I was able to cut and paste all sort of relevant info and paste it right into the notes section. Have done this with shops and places to visit. Really useful. You have probably gathered - I like this App !! And so cheap too. Highly recommended..Version: 2.0.4

ExcellentVery good list. Would like to have sublists & be able to copy lists in. Use this a lot.Version: 2.0.5

Best app to keep your to do listI have used this great app for many years to help me keep on top of tasks. Can’t recommend it highly enough, get it and use it!.Version: 2.4.4

Just what I neededThis app is excellent. I used to have paper lists, lots of paper lists ... lists of lists and lists of where I'd put my lists!! Now they are all in my pocket, easy to find, easy to use and just perfect for keeping track of things. I would like a few more icons though. I KNOW there are lots already but many are a bit obscure. I'd like jogging, running, step class, circuit training, after school activities, swimming, drama, dance, ballet, piano, guitar, homework, maths, English, history, geography, science, physics, chemistry, biology, French, hobbies, golf, scuba-diving, sailing, beach. bbq ... I think that should just about cover it for me!! Thanks.Version: 1.4

Love this appGreat for shopping lists for stuff I buy again and again. I also use it for customer lists like tax returns that I can restore each year plus Christmas to do list, packing lists, information, movies I’d like to see,... Then I can send the list to my email if I want to use it in other software..Version: 2.4.4

What I wanted! This is a great tool to help me get organized! What I especially like is that I can email my lists right out of the app. Only thing missing (or perhaps I haven't found it yet) is an option to sort alphabetically within a list. Still, not something I'd drop my rating for!.Version: 1.4

Love it, love it ... And next!!!!For a start its simple and Brilliant. To improve ... Add a paste pictures in as can only get URL's and a picture In a note or checklist would be brilliant. Both in list/ page and instead of icons. I would scan pics ready to eBay with description and send to wife or record things like flight details and pics of documents all in 1 page (rather than in Evernote) Reminders may be good too Spelling checker doesn't seem great but don't know if that is different between apps or a Common apple thing. Also when you type the top title of the note/ list item disappears to say 'editing' and often have to come out to remember which page the notes within relate too. JUST WRITTEN CHAPTERS OF A BOOK AND A WEBSITE PAGES USING THIS. Love it and recommend to everyone..!.Version: 2.1.1

Tipped!I’m a VERY visual person, so the colorful, icon rich design of these lists really help me stay organized & engaged with my tasks & notes. I use this app probably more than any other on my phone(!) for everything from silly projects to Must Do tasks. I love it so much I've never been able to switch to any other “to-do” app & trust me I've tried them all. Even tho I wish there was a way to add images & subtasks, this design is Still My Favorite & keeps me coming back. I know the same developer has another app more sophisticated than this one, with features that would be nice to have, but I’m really attached to this design. When it fits, it just…fits, ya know? So it's Paperless for me all the way. I’m very glad to finally have a way to give an additional tip (via latest update) to the developer because I never want this app to fade into the void! I rely on it. Thanks!.Version: 2.4.4

Essential App for paperless lists!I loooove this app. Have used it for years and really rely on it. It may be the most used app on my phone. That said, I just tried to link it in to Dropbox so I wouldn’t loose my work and voila..it didn’t work. In fact, I can’t get to my lists now. The app starts up and immediately goes black. I can’t find a way to contact a real person for support. None of the FAQ apply. Please...would the developer or customer support reply to me and let me know how to get help??.Version: 2.4.4

Great appLove this app. Simple enough to use and with enough features to make it useful. Upgraded to Ikiru for 6 months, but came back to paperless as easier and faster to use on the go. Love that it syncs across all my devices and can export- useful for sharing holiday packing list with the kids!.Version: 2.3

Good list makerMy search for the ideal list making application for things like holiday items and shopping etc started when Zenbe lists went belly up. I found what I thought was an ideal solution with Wunderlist but that had a shortcoming of removing ticked off items from the list which is something I don't like. I thought I had found the ideal with Paperless. It's certainly good value and syncs between devices as well as keeping ticked off items at the bottom of the list. But there are no versions that I can find of Paperless for other platforms like OS X and even Windows which Wunderlist had. I'll probably still continue to use Paperless, but my search for the ideal app continues..Version: 2.0.5

Apple Watch version please!Could not live without this app, I rely on it for everything..Version: 2.4.7

Don't know how I'd cope without itI've been using this app for several years. I rely on it and use it on phone and tablet for many different purposes: lists, information, instructions, scheduling, notes .... I particularly like the ability to check items as completed (and to uncheck them, too), to order items easily, and to copy and move to another list. It may not have all the bells and whistles but that makes it easy to adapt and customize. It has a colourful interface which is both pleasant and functional. I don't know what I'd do without it..Version: 2.3

Great app...I love this app & have recommended it to others. I use this app daily! I would love it if in synced with the Apple Watch. Only other improvement I can think of is to add the option to do lists within a list (with the ability to check those items off too)....Version: 2.4.4

AwesomeThis app has the simple functionality that makes it fully adaptable for my needs. I use it for every type of list: shopping, packing, todo, today/soon/someday, finances, processes, etc.. The checkbox ticking is perfect, and you can turn it off for lists where it's not relevant. I've tried quite a few of these apps and this suits me perfectly, all the others had clever functionality that put the app in control instead of me..Version: 2.0.5

Does what is says on the canAbsolutely brilliant. Great to be able to sync across devices. One thing i would like different. Have the search box visible at all times. Can be a pain to have to scroll to the top if on a large list. Not classing this as a -ve. Just my opinion. Be nice to have it on mac as well, when you got 5 mins..Version: 2.3

Perfect memory tool for forgetful peopleI use this app to make up for my forgetfulness. For example, I have a list of things to bring on hikes. It is annoying to be on the trail and realize you forgot the sunscreen. I also use it for packing lists for traveling. I have lists for travel to warm climates and lists for international destinations. I literally use this app everyday. I have dozens of lists. The one enhancement I would like is to have a way to check an item as “not applicable “. I would like to keep an item on the list with a N/A rather than delete it or check it. Deleting it removes it from the list when it may be needed another time. Checking it means it was done or packed. An example is insecticide. I may not need to pack that if I travel to a northern climate, but it may be needed for a tropical destination. I would like to create a master packing list with a N/A category for items not needed for a particular outing. I hope the developers will consider this..Version: 2.4.7

Super awesome appI love this app !!! I suffered a traumatic brain injury . Now I can’t remember much of anything so staying organized is a very difficult thing to do . This app has changed my life ..... I am able to make organized notes , lists and keep track of tasks . I really like the way I can customize nearly everything the way it works best for me and being able to check off the things that are completed . I use this app for everything in my daily like from groceries , dr appointments , daily chores, home projects... I basically run my life off this app ..Version: 2.4.7

So much Better than Paper! This is my "Go to" app for any list or project. Love how easy it is to prioritize and change positions of items in a list. Got a couple of friends at work converted when they saw my Paperless shopping lists. Small suggestion to add photos to items to help with unique articles of purchase. Great job in saving paper!.Version: 2.2.12

A plea for moreJim: Paperless is an exceptional app. iCloud support would make it more useful where it can be synced between devices. I have tried your Ikiru app (your other lists app with the option of iCloud support) and it doesn't serve my needs the way Paperless does. The beauty of P+ is that it is clean, simple and easy to use. Dropbox sync worked just fine for a while, but it's become an antiquated standalone option. Your other users mention the need for iCloud support in their reviews. Eventually adding a macOS app would be ideal as I spend a lot of my time in front of a desktop/laptop. iCloud syncing would tie Paperless iOS and macOS apps together to make a complete package..Version: 2.4.7

Fantastic! Easy to learn and use, easy to read, etcLoved it, bought it, used for a few years, still love it. (I'm just slow getting to the writing of reviews.) I have a calendar app with very detailed LIST functions but I just wanted a simple checklist, as if it's a Post-It note. This is it!.Version: 2.3

Love it!It does exactly what it's supposed to: create lists simply and allows you to organize the content as you would like. I love that you can check and unchecked the items on your list so that you can continue to use the same list (a daily to-do task list or grocery list) over and over again! So glad I invested in this app!.Version: 1.3.1

Love it my most used appIt's probably one of my most used app I love it. It's got everything you need to stay organized and it is easy to use. I love the advanced options to import export replicate list option and create a list from text. If there were 3 things that would make this already fantastic app better it would be 1 embed photos 2 make multi nested lists 3. Add due dates/reminders.Version: 2.2.12

Superb!I've tried a lot of note taking apps and this one is phenomenal!.Version: 2.3

Love this app!I have been using this app for many years now, and couldn’t get along without it. The only change I would like is it being made available for Apple Watch! Thank you for keeping this app simple and easy to use..Version: 2.4.7

Worth havingEach item in a list can have information about the item. For example: a list could itemise a teaching course week by week and any explanation about a particular session can be attached without losing the list. A Christmas Card list could include addresses or other information about persons on the list, and you can tick off those you have sent cards to..Version: 2.4.7

Love itGreat little app , works very well. basic but who needs bells a whistles..Version: 2.3

Great app for organising listsThis app is very useful and provides what I have been looking for to organise my list and include options for checklist, notes and syncing between devices. However, it doesn't seem to include options for setting reminders which would be very useful. In general, the best app of this kind that I have found..Version: 2.1.2

Excellent replacement for EvernoteI have always used Evernote in the past, but the most recent update has introduced numerous bugs and a pitiful UI, so had to find a replacement. Paperless does all that I wanted from Evernote (although not quite everything that is possible with Evernote), but is really simple to use and well designed. You also do not need to spend a fortune in order to store data on your own device, like you do with Evernote, and the Dropbox synchronisation is faultless. Highly recommended..Version: 2.0.5

Great AppAwesome!.Version: 2.2.12

Simple, elegant, functionalI love this app! I was looking for a list app that was not tasks and did not make me mess with dates and all that. There are lots of task apps out there with dates and reminders if you want that--this won't do that. This is a simple list maker that allows checklists or just lists and works very well for that. PS don't be cheap and pay for it. You support the developer and have no annoying ads..Version: 2.4.4

Beautiful & functional 👍I need a checklist app to use throughout the day and this one is a pleasure to use! It's standout feature is its beautiful, crisp and clean appearance. Clearly a lot of work has gone into the app's design. It offers a generous number of well designed icons and a palette of beautiful background themes. Aside from its aesthetic appearance it has also been designed to be very easy to use — a winning combination. Highly recommended! 😊.Version: 2.3

Best List App I've Ever UsedAs a busy single mom, I have tried many many list apps and none of them have quite suited me. Either they had too many features or not enough. Too difficult to customize or annoying. I inevitably stop using the apps and they become useless. I tried the free version of this for awhile and found I really liked how basic and straight forward it was. My priorities were easy to make clear and it was easy to organize and even customize a bit. I finally purchased it because I found I was wanting to use it for more and more. The absolutely only thing I'd add is perhaps a reminder feature to make a sound and show a banner if there's something important. Right now I need to use my calendar for that. I have a bad habit of ignoring badges so they're of no use to me. Altogether very happy with my purchase and I recommend this app!.Version: 2.2.12

Great appClean interface, fast to load, does exactly what it needs to do. Particularly like the syncing feature so I can share lists with my partner..Version: 2.2.6

Great appEasy to use! There are several enhancements that would make this an incredible app..Version: 2.2.12

Love this app and rely on itI’ve been using it for years. I have about 20 lists for everything from shopping, to dreams & goals, to holiday packing, to meal ideas. It’s easy to use and I like the symbols and pic-art, which help with visual organising..Version: 2.5.0

Love at first sightGet it people I delect all my other ones straight away.Version: 2.0.5

Great for People who love lists!!Love this APP, it is simple to use and the icons for visual people like myself are awesome. I have just upgraded to the full version. One suggestion:Tabs to itemise your lists into categories i.e Personal/Work/Kids/Vacation.Version: 2.1.1

Excellent app, but ...My wife and i use this app all the time to do shopping lists. works great, but could really use a list merge feature..Version: 1.4

Exactly what I have been looking forClean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye, can cute it up if you want with icons, or keep it plain. It functions perfectly..Version: 2.1.2

Dean1157Fantastic! I have used many list managers and this one works perfect and is so simple. Love the ordering/reordering, the badges, everything. Used Zenbe, they disappeared. Used Wunderlist, their web syncing was junk and way to many problems that they are aware of but just don't fix. This one really has everything you will need. Asked many times for desktop version to no avail. That is the only reason I am still searching for the perfect app.Version: 2.4.3

Love love this app!Been using paperless for years now and do love it! I have the paid version and have standing lists for travel, groceries, goals etc. It is the best ‘list’ app going around! A couple of upgrades I’d like to see are: - shared lists (as my hubby uses the app also but can only text me the list so I can’t check things off) - sending lists between uses - improve menu on the bottom of the screen, sorting A-Z is too close to the uncheck all and has caused me a few headaches when using the app..Version: 2.5.0

Excellent App!I can see many uses for this app and have already used it for many Lists that were either in my head or dotted around in different apps / post its. Paperless is the perfect productivity app for my current lifestyle and I imagine many other hectic iPhone users - this app also has longevity too; I can see it changing with my needs also. The GUI is beautiful and icons the icing on the cake. Well worth the money for the time and therefore money it will save! Five stars..Version: 0

Simple but clever list appUncomplicated list app with nice little features like being able to add icons, change font and colour scheme, choose whether your list needs check boxes or not and add live links / numbers. Ability to back up to Dropbox and use across devices is helpful. I'm really impressed with this app and would recommend it. If any Listary users are looking for a replacement then this is the one for you..Version: 2.2.4

Still the Most Amazing App Ever!!!I eagerly awaited an update to this app and I was not let down! I love the new themes (although the classic has the edge of making an otherwise daunting list more cheery and fun) and I am so pleased that there is a read-only option with hyperlinks detected. I use Paperless to keep a list of characters I have as well as sources of inspiration and useful tutorials, so being able to easily click on links makes my lists so much more practical. In the next update I would like to see the following: •Ability to add HTML tags or similar so that hyperlinks can be titled with the website hidden, as well as adding bold, italics and underlining to text. •Option to add a specific deadline to individual lists or tasks. The ones closer to the deadline will be force to the top and ones with a day remaining could be highlighted in a different colour. •Notifications on the main page of a list/item title when the aforementioned deadline is about to expire. Keep up the good work! I'm glad to see you slowly but surely climbing up the app ladder. Hopefully you'll be in Featured or the Top 25 someday!!!.Version: 0

Keep coming backI have ten screens worth of apps (including folders), and have kept looking for a similar app that also has a MacOS version that syncs. And I keep coming back, because this developer hit a sweet spot of usefulness, ease of use, and usability. When you have a lot of apps, you don’t want to go down the re-learning curve if you haven’t used all functions lately. Here’s my point: though I look at lots of apps, I don’t always use editing and other features. This app is so intuitive that using, changing, deleting, updating seems obvious even if I haven’t done some of those functions lately. I recently moved from DropBox to iCloud, and so my only request is that iCloud is supported when syncing. This is the only app I value that does not have an iCloud option. I’ve deleted all other apps that don’t support iCloud. I have nothing against DropBox, but the plan I had increased in price by 25% for features I don’t use. Oh well. Though I paid for this app years ago, I’m adding to the Tip Jar. Because there are too many subscription apps that hope you don’t notice the monthly withdrawals, without offering proportionate features and usefulness..Version: 2.4.7

The only decent list app out thereHave been using this for years and love it so much, quick and easy and highly adaptable.Version: 2.4.7

Fantastic!I love this app. It's simple, user friendly, comprehensive and good looking. I had the lite version at first but didn't even wait to reach my limit before upgrading. If you like making lists, this is Utopia!.Version: 2.0.5

Great AppEasy to use, great interface, love this app..Version: 2.2.9

Love this appI love this app...please make accessible to Apple Watch❤️.Version: 2.4.4

AwesomeLove this App too. Simple, elegant without compromising function. Great work guys!!.Version: 2.0.3

Issue with syncingBeen using it for years and it’s just what I need. Unfortunately, syncing between devices has not been working as well as it used to lately..Version: 2.4.4

Easy to use and great interface but no alarms! One of the neatest looking listing tools I've come across. Would love for it to be able to do alarms, would be willing to pay more if it did. Also, would be nice if you could import other users' lists instead of just emailing them and also import the lists you create in paperless lite to the full version as I now need to redo them!.Version: 0

Very useful!I love this app- only one gripe is when creating a new list all the icons are in a list- it would be easier and quicker if they were all just on a page without the names so you could see them all at once. Otherwise, its great..Version: 2.4.3

Great in CoronavirusI’ve used Paperless for years. For instance I have houses in the UK and abroad and have permanent check lists I use when traveling from one to the other. However in the current Coronavirus situation it is proving priceless. I’ve always had one massive shopping list that contains about every item I would ever buy from a supermarket. As I’m currently isolated and housebound my neighbour does my shopping. From this ticked list I untick all the items I need and email to him the unchecked part of the list. As I’d already introduced him to Paperless a year or so back, he pastes the unchecked list into his version and there we have it, my shopping list in his phone he uses to buy my items. I’ve always loved this app, but now I can say it’s genuinely proving to be a lifesaver, keeping me safe from this virus..Version: 2.4.7

I like it!If an app finds a spot on the home page you know it’s good. I can’t live without it now. If I could ask for one improvement, I would like to tap, hold, and drag to move items and personalize the order of the list!.Version: 2.5.0

Separate master lists pleaseI use this a lot but it would be handy if we could create master lists. For example, Christmas as my master list then inside that a list for each recipient.Version: 2.4.4

Love itI have had this app for years and prefer it over the standard “notes” app on iPhones. I like that it’s not complicated to use. I do use trello and Asana for some things when I need more functionality, but I use paperless way more often...pretty much daily. The only thing I would LOVE is to be able to sort the list by “last used.” It would be so handy for the lists I use the most to stay towards the top. The search bar works great, and of course, I can manually edit/arrange the lists, but as I add new lists, I would have to keep rearranging. Not a huge deal, but it would be amazing!.Version: 2.5.0

Business ownerHave had this app for many many years. It’s flawless and syncs between all my devices and my employees devices... truly a game changer and well deserved 5 stars..Version: 2.4.3

Brilliant!Fast, simple, easy to use and nice looking to boot! I just needed a quick way create categories of checklist items, tried a dozen or so others before coming across this one. Paperless is by far the quickest and most useful - doesn't get in my way by trying to be too clever... Highly recommended!.Version: 2.1.3

Simple and effectiveGreat app that is simple to use, and easy to back up. Awesome. I use it all the time to keep my life organised..Version: 2.3

Best organizational App ever! This app is so user friendly and fun to use. I use it constantly every day. Love that you can go back to your grocery list and uncheck items to return to the list. It helps you keep track of what you bought last time and what you need. I honestly don’t know what I would do without this app!.Version: 2.5.0

Great appI love this app, please add the option to add photos and it will be perfect. 😊😊😊.Version: 2.2.12

4.5 star list appThis is a very good list app with a beautifully designed user interface. I use this app every day. There are a few things I'd love to see in future updates that would make this app perfect: the ability to add a due date with a reminder; the ability to include photos/images in the note area; and the ability to create another level of sub-lists..Version: 2.1.3

This changes livesHaving all my lists for work and home together in one place and accessible at all times makes life easier everyday. I have an idea for a gift for a friend - it goes on my Gifts list. What do I need from the hardware store? Check the Shopping list. I think of something I need to tell a colleague - on the Meetings list. It's simple and brilliant..Version: 2.2.1

ExcellentJust what it says. Easy to use and has automatic backup for extra security. I’d only add one feature that is coloured texts for highlights..Version: 2.4.1

Just rightI have tried a number of ToDo and list apps and have never got on with any of them until I found Paperless. The app fits my requirements much more than most and I now use it all the time. It has a very clean interface with plenty of useful options. I'm not really sure what sets this app apart from the others but it has something! I do not regret spending my money on this app. I do like the ability to create and manage lists on both my iPhone and iPad with updates being synced between them..Version: 2.0.5

Buy it. Go on - do it now.I've tried so many list apps but apart from one (which is embedded in another app anyway) they all make it too hard to easily list items that you can quickly cross off with one hand, while pushing your shopping trolley in the other. Paperless not only makes this one simple thing dead easy, but gives you a ton more features if you want. Brilliantly and thoughtfully designed, you won't regret spending a few bucks on this app..Version: 2.0.5

Very handy, easy to useStill using after 2 years. I like it even more. Confidence in my privacy. I use this for all kinds of lists and memos. Much easier to organize and then sync to my iPad. I keep grocery/shopping lists, movies to see, books to get from the library, lists of registration numbers, vital stats on my car - vin number, air pressure, wiper blade part number etc It's easy because there is no need to use a template or create one. I highly recommend this. Best one I've used..Version: 2.3

Great list App!I have used Paperless for 2 to 3 years now. It is simple and easy to follow. I like being able to edit the order of my list items, I have several lists for different things that I do during the week. I will create a packing list when I take a trip, and then can delete it if I choose. My only thought and recommendation, would be the ability to add a photo from your camera. Today I wanted to add a pic of the type of eyedrops I use, which would be much simpler, then typing in the name etc. Please update to be able to pull in a photo, and all would be right with the world!.Version: 2.4.7

Elegantly simpleHave been osciallating between different notetaking apps for three years, but for the last six months paperless proved to be THE choice for my needs... plain text + functionality to maintain checklists = exactly what is needed... the only two things desired from future releases - (1) http:// links in the body of the notes to act as links - i.e. be clickable, (2) in checklists introduce the optional field "due date" - would be good for lists of tasks....Version: 2.2.1

Great AppDownloaded 4-5 before I landed on this one. Started with Lit and paid for upgrade. Love it's simplicity..Version: 2.2.9

My fav app everI have been using Paperless for over 4 years now and I think it is the best app to organise all my stuff from work to home to leisure. I have tried other apps but nothing comes close to Paperless. The Dropbox backup also give you real peace of mind. As long as I have an iPhone and an iPad, I will be using Paperless and I just wouldn't be without it - you can trust me, I'm really fussy when it comes to organisation!.Version: 2.2.6

Great, but!I think everything should be alphabetically.Version: 2.5.0

Well worth getting!I have been using Paperless since it first came out and love the stability, security and look of it. I can honestly say that it is one of the few apps that I have bothered to put on all my devices. Well done to the team at Paperless, keep up the good work..Version: 2.2.9

Great App but would love some additionsI’ve been using this app for many years and love the ease of it. I also like how customizable it is with color themes and icon choices for each list. However, I’d love to see even more icon choices added and maybe even different font choices as well. Although this app provides more icons than others, I always seem to want even more variety and choices. I don’t think there’s ever been updates or improvements to include additional icons and fonts and that would be the icing on the cake for me!.Version: 2.4.7

Fantastic!!My life depends on this app - everything is organised beautifully and with gorgeous graphics and icons.Version: 2.4.4

Handy & IntuitivePaperless & Ikiru are both pretty easy to use. It’s kinda fun taking nested lists to the next level in Ikiru and Paperless is my go-to app for all sorts of daily activities..Version: 2.4.4

AustralianJust brilliant. I use approx 5 times a day for over 2 years and have bottom right on my home screen. I use to 'catch' ideas and actions that flick into my mind when I am out and about. Great stress reliever as you know you will get to it and won't forget. After trying lots of category types, I use about 5 key ones based on where I will be when I can action the task (office, home, computer etc). Then when I'm at that location I just have a quick scroll through that category. Then I have a category for ideas. This has let to some great holidays and events - normally would have been flashing thoughts long forgotten. All up - brilliant !.Version: 2.2.9

Loved itPerfect. Good for everything. I’ve used this app since the beginning it seems. The last year or two it has all kinds of printing visible so that I can’t get to my list without first tapping on plus(+) , then it goes to a page where I tap on cancel, then it will clear the main page so that I can access my lists. It’s frustrating to have to do that but it seems this is the best and easiest app for me. Still looking for a new one though but hoping whatever bug I have will go away.Version: 2.4.4

Most used app for every dayThank you for fixing the search box, with the + to add if not on a list. I’ve used Paperless for years and love it, especially for groceries. The only problem I’ve had is no fault of the app or developer. Sometimes I accidentally touch an item to show completed, when it is not. Then, once I get home, I realize I didn’t get said item because I didn’t see it on my list, but remembered adding it. I just need to work on being more careful when showing one item completed and another item next to it is not..Version: 2.4.5

Thought I had lost itThe latest update had a new way of syncing the data. It caused me to lose all my lists (and I have 24 of them) and for a moment I felt very naked and exposed - after all, I've been using Paperless seamlessly in my life for over five years. But a simple sync instruction and my life as I knew it was restored. What a relief! I couldn't imagine my life without it..Version: 2.3

Simple and elegant to-do list managerI spent hours sifting through to-do list apps, and almost purchased a more complex (and more expensive!) app before finding this little gem. First of all, what this app is not… If you're looking for something to manage appointments and time-critical deadlines, this is not it. There are no special fields for entering due dates or specifying priorities, etc. This app takes a much simpler approach… more akin to your traditional to-do list. Simply move the higher priority tasks (those you want to tackle first) towards the top of each list. The user interface is probably the nicest of all the apps I looked at too. A lot of attention to detail has gone into creating a beautiful library of icons which you can apply to your lists. Some features I'd like to see added in a future version are (1) syncing/sharing of lists with the Mac and with other iPod/iPhone users, and (2) the ability to create sub-lists (breaking down a single task into various sub-tasks). In the meantime, you can email list data to yourself or others, and you can use the notes feature to record information about each task. The developer responded to my comments on a forum by saying he wants to add syncing and sharing features eventually, and he's considering adding sub-lists but his main concern seems to be keeping the user interface simple and usable..Version: 0

Very useful - simple to useWorks very well. Seamless sync between iOS devices with DROPBOX account. It does what is says on the tin - a 'paperless' way to make lists and organise thoughts! It does not have 'reminders' and alarms etc - it's not that kind of App. It's more for quickly and easily noting things you need to keep track of, or ideas for that next great novel, or to list your next grocery shopping list! For £1.99 it's cheaper than buying paper and a pencil!.Version: 2.0.5

Stop erasing my notes. Otherwise a great appLove using this app to write any note especially notes for story ideas. The only problem is sometime if i write a really long note like research or names for characters i hit done and leave the app when i get back half of what i write disappears. If you could implement a save icon or something to indicate that it saved that would be great otherwise i write important stuff on a different app. Its still a good app and helps with organization of your notes just dont write a novel in it unless you have a backup or positive it saved. Ill give 5 stars if you fix the “save” problem.Version: 2.4.7

Great app!Love this app, only thing that would make it better is the ability to make a list within a list.Version: 0

Amazing app for checklists and notesI’ve used this amazing App for more than 5 years. It’s well supported with updates. I use it for packing check lists, project checklists, Christmas lists, car maintenance, the medications I’m on, and many more. They are shared across two iPhones (with two different users) without any issues. On exception: two people can’t edit the same list at the same time, so for grocery lists we use another program..Version: 2.4.4

Love this appI've been using this app daily now for years. Love love love it..Version: 2.3

Great AppI use this app from writing grocery lists, daily to do chores, and even cleaning and home maintenance tasks. It is really easy to use and I love the icons that you can attach to a list. It syncs wonderfully between iPad and iPhone so is also great for just jotting down notes. It's always hard to know if there are better list management apps out there (can't try them all!) but I am very happy with this one..Version: 2.2.9

Has always been fantastic - now a slight quibbleThis app is my go to for to do lists and shopping lists etc. It works beautifully and the sync between my iPad and iPhone is particularly smooth and useful. My quibble is with the new split view implementation. When Paperless is using 3/4 of the screen you can see the todo list and the current detail item. Once you slide to 1/2 or 1/4 screen for Paperless, the list disappears and all you can see is the current item. I can’t find anyway of showing the list. For a todo LIST app that’s not very handy. If there is a way of switching between the list and detail view, please tell us. If not please fix it. :).Version: 2.4

FantasticI use this app in so many ways. I have lists for travelling, when I leave a hotel, so I don't forget anything, a list when travelling to the beachhouse when I don't need to pack a suitcase, keeping a diary when travelling ( so easy) and other day to day reminders. All in one app. Amazing. And it is so easy to use..Version: 2.2.12
