✓ Great for Empire Turntable OwnersThis app is great to ensure that my 1975 Empire 598 III Troubadour turntable is spinning at the proper speed. Since there is already a strobe disc built-in to the center portion of the platter for both 45rpm and 33 1/3rpm, the 60hz strobe light setting within this app lets me adjust the rotational speed properly until it is locked-in completely for proper playback. Other apps will give you ballpark figures, but only a strobe will give you a proper reading every time.
