✓ Most helpful appI have paid for other apps like this but have never felt the confidence after using them like I do after using this app. My clients find it fascinating when I show them certain muscles with the media and just seeing the 3D portion on the body. I've taken and assisted others on the MBLEX and everyone has attributed this app as being the best at knowing everything needed on each muscle. I find it helpful every time in use it even if it's a muscle I always seem to work on!.Version: 3.8
✓ Great appAs a Personal trainer and Group fitness instructor I use this app all the time. It is fantastic for reviewing muscles and showing my clients just which muscles they are working when they are doing a particular exercise. I have had this app for well over a year and would recommend it to anyone in the fitness industry. This is the first time I have EVER recommended an app. The only problem I have with it is the speed that it loads but I am assuming that will improve when I update my Ipad.Version: 3.7
