✗ ATROCIOUSThe worst ever application. If you are going to acquire rights to the biggest cricket tournaments around the world, at least make sure you invest properly in your app development before doing so… and not leave you customers unhappy during crucial LIVE matches… if you cannot handle the load, don’t bid for the telecast/streaming rights. On top of that, what the hell is with advertisements???? You’re seriously going to make your subscription PAYING customers to watch UNSKIPPABLE ads …. When they open their app to watch a crucial moment in the game and now they have to wait till the ad is gone and the moment in game is gone too. Just unacceptable. Let Hotstar get the rights next time please..KfirjgkVersion: 4.8

✗ Abject Disaster of an AppI’m a diehard cricket fan, and expat in the USA, and when any major match or series is happening, I pray it is on ESPN+. The iPad app in particular is massively buggy, crashes all the time, and the worst part is that every time it crashes or streaming cuts out- typically 5 times an hour, you get forced to watch an ad, which is basically Willow taking additional financial advantage of the fact that their app is bad. I pay for this horrendous service- why should I have to watch 50 additional ads a day for Toyota Tundras because their app is poorly built, and miss critical match moments? Sadly, for some series I have no other choice. Willow should be ashamed of themselves frankly. Not good enough. But for some games there is no other option..Ajr2d2tVersion: 4.5
