✗ Hardly relaxingAfter using the far superior apps by Andrew Johnson I feel I really wasted my money here. The volume levels rise and fall unexpectedly and you can be about to drift off when suddenly the Danny Dwyer-like voice barks 'Go to sleep!' at you, completely waking you up... It's a very short audio really, and not very calming - there's just not enough content here and the voice is strangely abrasive, rather than calming. ✗ PoorFor an audio book there's a lot of text to read,more text than audio, I wanted some thing to play at work or while walking, far far to much text, if I wanted an E book, that's what I would of bought, anyway most of the content can be found in other self help apps, almost exactly the same content in cheaper /free apps?,nothing new in this app, very expensive for same old stuff.... Some of the trance's long warnings/intros you've fell asleep or got fed up before you start, I just found the whole app frustrating , no skip on the audio, so you can't fast forward or rewind , do you have to start the whole trance again intro and all.....
