✓ Omni Pro II '2007I have had a hai system since 2007 and since have used the H@ME app. With the new upgrades of iphones over the years I lost too many features, so i decided to upgrade to the Leviton app when the price dropped. I have had it about 6 months now and couldn't be happier. It has worked flawlessly on every level. I have over 50 lights, 2 t-stats, and 75 zones of alarm sensors, 8 zones of the hifi system, 4 ip cameras and the music gateway. Nothing too crazy, only about 60 programming lines. It would be nice to edit the programs through the app ( i have to call the installation co, every time i want to make a major change). But all in all i havent had any of the issues proclaimed by others... Thanks! AP.Version: 1.16
✓ Best App on the MarketI have installed Security systems for the past 18years. I've worked with several other manufacturer's similar products. HAI has done a great job with this app. There are times when my phone loses the connection and the app stops working, not the system's fault, it's a security measure to prevent hacking, I just restart the app and we are back in business. Other systems have a $10/month fee. HAI has no monthly cost, just the initial $25 for the app. I've worked with HAI for 15years, it continues to surpass my expectations the more I use it..Version: 1.12

✓ Will not update.The current version will not update on my iPad even though it shows a + on the update button which indicates the app is compatible with the iPhone and the iPad. Now my update icon shows I have an app to update. How about fixing this problem, or better yet, publish an app specifically for the iPad like many apps already do. UPDATE: The latest version now works on my iPad. Thanks to Leviton/HAI for getting the job done..Version: 1.17
✓ Don't pay attention to all the previous reviewsThere seems to be a lot of complaining, but I have nothing but great luck with this software. It's been working fine on all 8 of my Apple products, including iPads and iPhones. Some people that have never tried to design software have no idea what it is like and how hard it can be to shoot for a moving taget. Technology changes constantly with all the new versions coming out overnight and everyone expects everything to work together perfectly all the time. It's just not that simple sometimes..Version: 1.08
✓ HAI Owners Must Have !This app is a eagerly awaited relief for the HAI, and omni pro users. It basically gives you snap link with out having to lug along your computer. Allowing you to access your controls from anywhere in the world from your iPad or iPhone is nothing less than an incredible WOW! One thing missing that would force me to give this app a solid 5 star,... Is the missing... all on / all off light control function. For those of you who have given this app a poor review, you might want to check to see that you have the proper settings, and minimum HAI requirements before you start hating this app. I'm not a developer; I'm not an HAI employee. I'm a consumer who has never written a review on any app but finally felt compelled to so when others trash an app that clearly works. *Why didn't I give it 5 stars? Because I haven't gotten my cameras to work yet. But guess what? I posted a request for help on the HAI Forum and I'll bet that my cameras will be working by tomorrow. HAI produces some of the most reliable home automation equipment on the market. ✓ Excellent App!I've been using SnapLink on my PC for quite some time and have been waiting for this app to come out. This app does exactly what I was looking for and is rock solid! I have it installed on both an iPhone 4 running v4.0 and an iPad running v3.2. Anyone having issues should make sure they have the latest firmware in their HAI panel and also be sure to open port 4369 in your firewall/router and forward both TCP and UDP to the controller address to use the app outside of their home on the 3g network..Version: 0

"As you might be aware, we had to test the app in iOS 8, and the first day we could submit our update was Monday, September 15th. It’s in Apple’s hands as they review. This is the SAME APP (Snap-Link Mobile) with a new GUI, optimized for iOS 8…customers will simply need to update via app store. Our engineer says: “The accounts aren't deleted... for some reason iOS 8 doesn't display them correctly. Once our new update is pushed it should fix the issue."".Version: 1.12

✓ Super FastPersonally I had no issues getting my new software to work. I suspect the others had internal/external network issues of their own to resolve. I have an OmniPro 2 with HLC lighting and my dimming function works wonderfully as does everything else. I just bought a new (HAI) IP camera and enrolled it into the software with no issue either. In short, it's great and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has an iPod touch as I do..Version: 0
✓ Upgrade works great with new IOSAm very happy with the latest upgrade and also with Leviton tech support. I emailed them about program not working with new IOS and they responded promptly and told me about this version upgrade. I like how the control screen has been freshened up to illustrate lights. ✓ In home network works! Outside of home still a problem...Works great in my home network. I still can't bypass my Verizon firewall though. I've always had that problem though even though I've opened the port on the router and have a DNS pointed to it. Right now it only works in my home network perfectly and quickly. If anyone has Verizon Fios and needs to access it outside of home network please let me know how you did it. I am using it on my iPhone and iPad at home in my home network and works great. Just print out your program from the dealer software and copy those settings exactly. Voilà! Took me about 20 minutes to setup at home. Still need help outside of the Verizon Fios network. Although my regular snaplink works fine outside my network on my laptop, if only I could get this app to do the same. I would give it 5 stars then! Enjoy!!.Version: 0

✓ Works great - iPod Touch 2G, iPhone 4!Very happy to finally have this application! Now, I can control my lights, heating/air-conditioning, security, garage door, and sprinkler system with my iPhone. I can connect via wi-fi inside the home, or through AT&T remotely (see below for how I solved that problem!). I have an OmniPro II, with X-10 and Z-Wave lighting, and an OmniStat2. Connecting through router: after some help with HAI tech support, I solved a problem connecting through my Linksys router to my OmniPro. You need to set up TCP port forwarding, with all of the ports open. (Snaplink for the PC uses UDP, so that was tripping me up!) I am nervous having all of my ports open, but that seems to be what makes it work for me. I have another question in to HAI to see if they can change this. Trouble with Z-Wave - none of my Z-Wave devices are listed under control. But, obviously, they are still functional through the buttons. Weird - but I am guessing just an anomaly that will be resolved in some future build. UPDATE - HAI has found the issue with the Z-Wave listing, that will be addressed in the next release. Fantastic!
