✓ Thus Was The Universe Formed.Not for creationists! Yes, I too was sceptical about all the rave reviews, but I bought it anyway, and in my view, It deserves them. It's both beautiful and challenging. I didn't give it five stars because I got stuck on one or two,(OK, maybe three) levels and then I found the music repetitive. A small gripe compared to some Apps (crApps) but I'm writing this less than half way through, so there's still lots left for me to discover. Definitely a thing of beauty though. The game is simple yet extremely addictive and fun. This app is very entertaining and relaxing. Ive found no bugs or glitches in the game so far. You manoeuvre a micro (macro?) scopic biological entity around attempting to absorb your rivals to achieve the objective. It really doesn't matter if you are a cell or a planet - the glittering, ethereal strangeness is utterly convincing. It has an engaging pace to begin with and then the difficulty ramps up pretty quickly - but progress can be made with perseverance. The concept is so well thought out that I think there is more that can be done. I would have liked to seen more variety (hence only 4 not 5 stars) but will happily pay for a version 2 based on the same principles - with some new ideas to extend gameplay this will be a timeless classic..Version: 2.1.0

✓ Like the cell stage of Spore for adults!I'm a Sporist (Sporer? Someone who loves to play spore!) And for the longest time I wished for an iPhone app that was purely the cell stage - everyone agrees that is the best stage along with the creature one. This game fits the bill perfectly, and offers so much more! Sure you can't tack eyes and horns onto a blob and the other cells don't vary all that drastically, but that's what sets this game apart. The glowy graphics, fluid music and silent horror of being absorbed into a larger cell makes this game so strange and surreal! The physics of the game, particularly in the orbit levels, is astounding! I love how everything starts off stable, but the second you move things start hurtling into the Attractor. (Sometimes even yourself!) I'm just thankful that the game has two modes! I'm stuck on a level in odyssey (8/8 in Prescision) and instead of getting frustrated I can flick over to arcade mode and play my favourite levels to my heart's content. One small suggestion, more for fun than anything serious, would be the ability to change the basic cell's colour scheme. However, even without this the game is five stars!.Version: 0

You control a mote, a basic life form that must aborb smaller life forms or be absorbed by larger ones, as the levels progress additional entities are introduced with different properties, such as ones that have a gravitational pull, or repulsion as well as sentient motes. These have to be treated differently and there are some less obvious tactics that you will discover. With slick graphics ambient music to suit the mood, its difficult to articulate how greate this app is. The number of calculations that must be taking place per second to make the physics work is amazing, particularly in some of the more frantic levels. I am looking forward to the authors adding some new levels and ideas but this is not to take away from an already awesome and complete app. It is no less than a triumph on any platform and works flawlessly on the my iPhone 4G. A suggestion to the authors would be a control option that enables you to progressively accelerate with a touch and hold action rather than repeating touch..Version: 0
