✓ Turns on too easilyI spend half my life trying to turn the torch off from accidentally being turned on. It is pointless having it so accessible as tapping your phone gives you enough light to allow you to find the app properly..Version: 5.3.1
✓ No Better Than the Native TorchDid you know you can slide up from the bottom of iOS to gain access to the native torch within the control centre? Much quicker. What would actually be an improvement for the Watch app is to turn the screen brilliant white to use the watch face as a torch - with no timeout. That said, I'll keep this app for the strobe and SOS feature should I ever find myself trapped on a desert island with a means of charging my iPhone..Version: 4.1.0

✓ Good torch but too many advertsIt would be better if the torch was accessible from the locked screen instead of having to unlock the phone and search for the app. Plus, sometimes I accidentally press on the ads below so that’s a bit annoying. ✓ NiceIt’s a great app and it has many features but you can just use the flashlight in your control center. If you don’t have one in your control center, just look for it in settings to add to your control center. If it’s not there either, it’s time to get a new phone..Version: 5.0.1

✓ Please fix/update this app!After I wrote a very critical review of the iTorch Pro yesterday I thought I may have been a bit harsh but now that I'm having the same difficulties with the free app I'm beginning to think it was justified. I do not play with this app like it's a toy - I NEED it to help me see in the dark. Other than powering off completely (time consuming) I have to use the flash on the camera to get it to work. ✓ POS!I thought this was a cool app until I needed it. That made it an obstruction to me and greater pain. I deleted it and use the built in (iPhone 6+) flashlight instead, which loads faster anyway. I hurt my back and could barely move but had to get something while getting shooting pain for every movement. It was dark so I was depending on flashlight to find and retrieve what I needed. The flashlight turned off and showed me commercials every 3 seconds. Every second I was on the floor was excruciating and prolonged as I had to clear the stupid googoo ad over and over. My phone and I both were thrilled to BE RID OF iTORCH!!.Version: 4.1.0

✓ Stopped working correctlyWorked like a champ on iPhone 10 but since getting an iPhone 11, the app only works for a few seconds and then shuts off until the app is closed and restarted, after which it again shuts off after a few seconds..Version: 4.1.7

✓ Good but can improveI find this torch better than the one that comes in the bottom bar because of the effects. However I believe that the other one is better because it can be in whilst the screen isn't on the torch screen therefore I feel like this torch needs to have an update that will cause it to do similar things to the default one..Version: 4.1.0
✓ Deleting it tonightI’ve had this app for yrs and never had an issue until recently. The torch would be working; then suddenly switch off. It wouldn’t turn back on no matter how many times I pushed the switch, restarted app etc. originally I decided to reinstall app to fix the problem. This temporarily fixed the issue. ✓ Cool app, but it has some issuesMy #1 pet peeve with this app is when i open it, and im trying to direct the light beam in a certain way, and my hand or finger accidentally touches the screen and causes the light to shut off or do something that i did not want it to do, how annoying!! When the app is active, i should be able to press the power button to close the screen and NOT close the app. Just sayin....Version: 4.1.0

✓ Needs improvementUsed to work fine. Then one day, after an attempt to adjust the brightness, it decided it’d like to emit only dull light. ✓ Dimmest level too brightI was looking for an app that would let me use the iPhone led flashlight at a dimmer level. This definitely does that, but not as well as I hoped. The dimmest level is still too bright! Why not modify the dimmer range from off to full on? Then you could dial in the exact brightness desired. In any case, the strobe function is cool and saves this review from a one star as opposed to the two star that I gave it..Version: 4.1.0
