✓ Hunt speakerReceived my Ruger Ultimate Game call speaker yesterday afternoon and can’t stop playing with it. For $44 I’m really surprised by the volume it projects. I’ve got a Promos predictor call that cost 3 times the money that l doubt is as loud as the Ruger and for sure the calls aren’t as realistic and plain. Also the gps part and weather are just bonuses, and l haven’t even been through it all yet ! Like l say , for the money you can’t go wrong. Well it even has 5 or 6 donkey brats. ✓ Good all rounderDue to the vast amount of sounds in this you R bound to find some that you can find useful, it's also very funny to take it to the patting zoo with your kids, the turkey Assembly call had three paddocks full of turkeys coming right up to me, not to mention the cows goats sheep donkeys and pigs, who just couldn't figure out what was going on. ✓ Hunting-lodge reviewWe have tested the I hunt over a few outings. The fox call had them running in from 500 yards. And we tried the squirrel call with amazing response. The app has more calls than you could ever hope to use and with the control at your finger tips to change the call or simply change the volume. ✓ Great App!Excellent App. Have found it extremely effective in calling in foxes. When paired with an external speaker (I use a jambox) it works as well, if not better than many of the commercial pieces of hardware at a multiple of the cost. Distressed mouse on a 60 second repeat seems irresistible to the local English fox population. Certainly brings the owls in as well if you are a night time twitcher! Would be great if we could download out own sound files, especially as there is a bit of a North American focus as it stands. ✓ Very useful unitGreat app to be used as a stand alone caller. However it comes to life when you pair it up with the caller units from the company. They're not expensive. My review is the app WITH one of the company's units. Very good caller. Sturdy, waterproof unit with adjustable stand with the ability to hang off the ground. Good range of call but with one slight negatively, around 60% of calls are related to American or exotic species. That said, there are 600 + calls & if you travel whilst hunting, you'll find what your looking for. Take it out the box & slot in batteries ( not included. They are four C cell batteries & not AA ones as listed on the pamphlet. On the plus side power the unit & pair with you phone & your good to go. Also you can create a range of calls to make a play list for as many locations as you wish or name your playlist under the species or name them to what suits you. Then add delay to start calls, duration of the call, volume levels etc etc BUT it's by trial and error to set it up as you wish for your hunt. Little or no instruction or video to assist which is a minor letdown. Within the app there are some great features. Location log to record the exact place you were hunting, calls used & success rate - Great feature to refer for return visit. Lunar times, weather forecast + addition useful features. All in all, for the cost of the unit, range of calls, sturdy waterproof construction, settings. It's great value for money. Just remember to have your phone fully charged before you go hunting as it's Bluetooth connectivity. No power on your phone, no working unit..Version: 2.4.3

Remembered the phone had volume control on side buttons and that control works on the iHunt. All is good. Need to verify distance between iHunt and my phone. ✓ I Hunt 750I have used the I Hunt app for several years now. I downloaded the first version when it was called “Ruger I Hunt”. I purchased the additional wildlife calls a year or two later. From the Solunar data to the game/wildlife calls, I Hunt has been fantastic. The sunrise/sunset daily data, along with the major/minor activity periods, have been very accurate! ✓ Some Good FeaturesFirstly be aware this is NOT a free app - it comes with a couple of free sound groups like cows and sheep unlocked - to get the rest is $4.99. The sounds themselves are (by far) the most authentic i have found (having purchased every hunting call app on itunes). The limitations with the product are: i) the sounds cannot overlay - ie you can only play one at once. This stops you being able to make an authentic herd/flock simulation ii) you cannot user adjust the order of the sounds or animals to your preference so that the ones you use most are together iii) the very clever repeat delay feature is very fiddly (small) to use and would be impossible to use in gloves/cold wet weather etc) The positives with the product are: Massive sound library Completely authentic sounds It has a clever loop sound option with an adjustable delay (very fiddly to use) but would be a very cool tool if they added the ability to play multiple sounds at once (ie you could set up a very authentic herd or flock simulation) and leave it running with built in delays etc Overall the best app i have found - with the ability to play multiple sounds/tracks at once and a larger delay control it would rock.Version: 1.0
