It updated and all of a sudden i have no play lists that i worked on for hours getting just right and over half the calls are now locked and saying i have to pay to get them unlocked its completely crap. ✓ Restore purchases not workingI purchased the deer calls last season and when I went into the app the other day I realized they were all locked again. Trying to use the restore within the app didn’t work so I emailed their support. Very simple fix, right? Terrible back and forth emails like they had no idea what the app was or the paid portions and at one point told me to get a serial number off of the speaker. Speaker? I never mentioned a speaker in my emails and they have no idea what I am asking for and have been no help. I included the purchase receipt on the first email. ✓ Pour connection to speakerEver sense the app update the leg time between pushing the call I want and when it starts to play can very from a few seconds to a minute or longer....this can be maddening. If you push the call more than once the call will go off and cut out and on again part way through the call. Before the update I could place the speaker 20 yards or so away now I need it with in 10-15 feet in order for it to stay connected. Every link I tried said,” sorry, out of date!” In the help section there’s a section that tells people how the owners only source of income for his family are his apps, so it’s very important to him! I’d found it easily a year ago on the Ruger site... far more difficult now, and then the app didn’t recognize that I’d already had it on my Phone apps.. No facilities to locate fellow hunters in the field for safe hunting/shooting directions. Tracking by location sharing would make a real safety bonus and get everybody in the field loading up this app. Should be able to locate blinds on field map and then rate them or choose best site for wind/weather directions .. thinking deer, waterfowl & coyote location selection via professional evaluation. This would be wonderfully educational! Your add Link to speaker doesn’t work and goes to an apology site. No ballistics references for a gun company? Keep up the good work & finish this great start! Just tried to use app and it said I’d need a key or subscription to unlock sounds that were previously owned.
