First of all, he is an excellent instructor. He explains every step so well that I can visualize myself doing it. I have been stuck at the same intermediate level for years and now I understand why after watching these videos. He completely nailed it when he explained some the common mistakes made by skiers. I finally understand what I am doing wrong and how to correct it. ✓ Another great appSeemed to have picked more up than my whole week of group tuition in Italy last year. I was struggling to understand in the group tuition what he was asking of us in terms of weight placement as well as use if edges. Anyone who has been and mastered the snow plough with turns, can bring the skis parallel across the slope but not yet parallel continuous would benefit greatly from this simple but effective app. Would have also liked a few more videos on the intermediate level as for me this would be seen as the most important to progress your technique, before any bad habits set in for life!.Version: 0
✓ Love it!I love this app. I am one of those skiers that never seemed to get it together and book private lessons in advance and can't face the group lessons available on the slopes. My skiing has been stuck for the last 3-4 years at intermediate. This app made my holiday because I was able to watch a lesson on the lift and then practice on the run down. All of a sudden I properly understood carving and mogul skiing and I went from adequate to (nearly) knowing what I was doing. I am still a long way away from those graceful Austrians that have been skiing since birth, but after one holiday with this app, I am enjoying it and feel like I am no longer stuck. ✓ Great InstructionI consider myself a low intermediate skier. I am always looking for ways to improve my ability and confidence. I want to reach high intermediate or “textbook” intermediate. The instructor in this app does a wonderful job of describing and demonstrating a variety of right and wrong ways to ski. This is about as close to getting a private ski lesson as you’re going to get from an app. I think watching these lessons help me to prepare and get more out of real lessons. ✓ Great instructionGreat App! This app saved me... Group lessons last season was so disheartening. Looked forward to winter to start my lessons to finally learn to ski for real. To my dismay my class was taught by a hippie ski bum (in his 50's) - who kept saying "let the snow guide you/talk to you/show you etc." huh?? plus the fact one of my fellow ski students was terrified the ENTIRE time and had panic attacks on the lift. Good thing I am stubborn and found this app - WOW what a difference! Maybe I am more analytical but Darren's instructions were spot on without being derisive and gave me such confidence I was soon zipping down the hill. In one weekend I earned more than in 4 weeks of instruction because of one thing. - Confidence. I had confidence in my understanding of the mechanics and I overcame my fear. ✓ Paul cookeI moved on from the beginner app with just a few lessons at the snowdome. this app leads you from the snowplough into parallel turns. its clear , the video backs it up, and darrens talent for breaking it up into easily followed sequences works. a few days on the slopes and i made more progress than weeks of ski school with shouts of knees bend, skis parallel etc. I turned a corner, literally and metaphorically! and i'm a big fan of insight ski and this app. in my comments on the beginners app i said i was surprised that one review was bad - but it was by an expert buying the beginner module. The same applies to this. If you want to go from snowplough to parallel this is the app for you. If youre already there, you'll probably still gain something, but maybe you should buy the advanced one rather than rate this excellent app down. its a five star (because there aren't six) - no questions!.Version: 1.1

Unfortunately, the latest iOS update has caused some issues where you need to close the app and restart it to avoid errors whilst watching the videos.
