✓ Very good SolitaireI am very impressed with this version of solitaire. There are a lot of games to choose from. They are grouped in various categories which helps in the choice of types of solitaires to enjoy. The user interface is of a very high standard and there are plenty of options to choose from to suit personal tastes. I was looking around for a substitute for my old favourite, solitaire till dawn, which needs rosetta to run and so it will be obsolete with Lion. I am very pleased to have found this game which has so many appealing features that already many hours have passed by enjoyably. My one quibble, which is relatively minor, is that on auto play the decks are placed in random as they come on the foundation piles rather than in order of hearts then diamonds etc. When there are say three piles for each suit this means that the foundation piles are quite jumbled which takes extra work to follow how things are working out and so i find myself manually reversing moves in order to place the cards in a logical sequence. Overall I rate this as wonderfully good solitaire and I am very impressed at the standard of programming and design that has gone into this game. All the statistics in such detail are rather fun too, along with the comparisons with what other people have achieved. Some people are obviously more patient than I am given the length of time that they regularly play games that they keep losing! I thoroughly recommend this program..4Howard4Version: 2.21

Pretty Good Solitaire Cons

✗ Continuous Issues & No Developer FeedbackI recently updated to macOS Catalina and had to remove the 32bit version of pretty good solitaire. I installed the 64bit version but have had nothing but issues ever since trying to use the 64bit version (ver 3.55). I know that developers generally don't refer to the comments, so I sent the developer an email message with the error codes. After a few weeks later, the errors continue making the game impossible to play. Additionally, no word from the developer. This game used to be a favorite as there were many options for solitaire, howeveer, now it is USELESS. I recommend not buying this game until the developer fixes the problems or just finding a different game to play..TickedOff-LongtimePlayerVersion: 3.55

✗ Not impressed for a paid gameIt crashes half the time I open it. Play is clunky. Some games that should be declarfed a loss dont because the player can make move that are legal an infinite # of times but dont advance the game. Graphics quality on my new macbook pro not that good. Sorry I spent $25 for this game. Was hoping for something of the quality of solirtaire city on my ipad..OptPhDVersion: 3.55
