Training to let go is importantI love this simple app. Simplicity is needed when learning how to relax and let go. When you are new to relaxation it is helpful to have some assistance. Even if you have done it your whole life it is nice to have some new voices, like falling into a hammock on a new island. Like Pavlov’s Law, we can train ourselves to relax faster so that the minute you close your eyes you are on the fast path to YOU, then the body can heal if it needs to, refresh if it needs to, redirect ones life energy if it needs to . I created a Program called Find Your Mat/Find Your Breath. This app will be on my list as one of the ways I recommend to create more space for you..GypsyChantVersion: 1.1

Includes only ONE guided meditationPerhaps because this App requires internet connetion to run, I was under the impression that there would be multiple guided meditations to choose from, or a different one every day, but it's only ONE guided meditation. It's good, don't get me wrong, but the longest meditation option is 20 minutes (no 30 or 45 minute options), and it's the same every day. It would be nice if there was also an option for a delayed start on the audio, so you don't have to press play and then run to your cushion. Perhaps future versions will address some of these issues and provide various meditations as well..Timber HawkeyeVersion: 1.0
