Meteor Multitrack Recorder Pros

✓ Nearly perfect....Great app, very powerful. Sounds supplied are good to record directly even though I usually use other apps routed by Audiobus. There's a LOT to get into here and I'll be honest I'd prefer to spend time getting to grips with the music apps as this can seem a little dry. User interface can be a little tricky - I find it a bit confusing to drop samples using the cut & paste, clipboard and where it actually saves them from other apps. I've known it not start (recording) or close unexpectedly when only using that & minimum apps (via audiobus) but the fault could lie elsewhere. It's destined for great things. Definitely going to try *just* recording using this to learn the ins & outs..MorkcallingorsenVersion: 1.52

✓ Great app but needs workThis is running neck and neck with Daw for recording audio but only because Daw gives you 24 tracks. Meteor can very easily be the best with a few bug fixes like it crashing when you delete audio from the audio pool. Four pockets also needs to add finer tempo adjustments so you can sync the project to external audio by 10ths of a BPM. Those fixes would make the the best recording app an earn a five star ratting from me. I now record and produce only using my iPad and ioDock by Alesis. ✗ UncertainExtremely glitchy. First would not play, or record. I fixed this by rebooting, then would play but not record. I rebooted again and checked i had enough cpu. I manage to start recording, and in the middle of a track it adds a a segment of reverb, or delay i’m not entirely sure, but know i did not set it up to do that myself. It did this again on another track. I am not sure what is going on with it. I hope i will have the patience to persevere, but i keep wondering if there is another application better suited to my needs, or whether it is just a steep learning curve, and perhaps when i know how to use it better i will overcome the glitches..HelleninaVersion: 2.42

✗ Bit crap to be fair.I was expecting more. It really disappoints. It lacks obvious features and exporting clips and looping is clumsy. The effects are really bad as well. Should have paid the extra for Auria instead..BellyshereVersion: 1.37
