✓ Front and side views don’t work for all lettersWhen originally downloaded this app the entire alphabet was shown for front and side view (or so I thought). Instead of purchasing one letter at a time I purchased/upgraded the entire app and now I am unable to play sounds that once appeared on the screen. For example, my daughter couldn’t pronounce “L” and I played the side view and she got it. But now she overgeneralizes and her “Y” sound turned into the “L” sound and now I am unable to play the side view of “Y”. If I am unable to have the side view for letters, I would like to be refunded since I only purchased this full app for the purpose of having side view picture of tongue placement for all of the letters in the alphabet. ✓ Truly lame update 2018I previously purchased this app for approximately $20. This week they "updated" the app and made it unusable unless I want to pay another $20. Thought I figured it out and was briefly able to try out the downgraded version (which incorrectly lists VL "th" as voiced "th"), but now it doesn't work again. Ridiculous..Version: 3.01
✓ Awesome app but very misleadingI just purchased this app. I got the regular one and it doesn’t have everything that is advertised. You’re only getting the videos for about 20 sounds along with half the home page promoting the pro version for another $20. Very helpful but definitely not worth the cost if you aren’t getting what is advertised. I desperately need this for my kids and it looks like it has been developed by some amazing professionals. So I upgraded to the pro version. But because of the misleading advertising and the price of it I would be weary purchasing anything else by the same developers. Even though this is probably worth the price, I feel a bit cheated. I would recommend the developers offering a lite version for a few videos of a few sounds to try out first (at no cost). Then offer the pro version for anyone that wants more. $20 to test it out and be bombarded with an ad isn’t going to make your customers happy..Version: 3.2.4
✓ Rip offI purchased the $20 app then immediately upgraded to pro $20 more because this only had the one screen showing the tongue and sound. To have an speech exercises you had to get the upgrade. It did not change a thing. No options other than the tongue/sound screen and upgrade link! And no site for help! I need a $40 refund please!.Version: 3.2.4
✓ Can't use it after I paid!All I am able to use is a small group of letters that show you tongue placement, when I try to do anything else it says the requested URL is not found. I tap on the basics and it takes me to URL error. So I paid for a side view and front view of tongue placement for a small group of letters? It won't work unless I purchase the upgrade. Ridiculous! I'd like my money back! I will definitely share the negativity with my colleagues, making sure others don't buy..Version: 3.1.0
✓ Charged twiceI tried to upgrade to the pro version and was charged twice for basic instead. The in-app upgrade does not work properly. Please issue a refund and assist with the upgrade..Version: 3.2.4
✓ Pls more updateAt the moment is very handy; nevertheless, it needs more updates because the three kinds of sound for the phonetic chart (vowel, diphthong and consonant) is little more specific and that'd make a significant difference. Thx..Version: 1.02
✓ Upgrade was more like a downgradeI paid this app for 3 years ago- worked beautifully for providing visual cueing during articulation therapy. Made the mistake of upgrading the app and it's a complete disaster. They added so much stuff and NOT in a cool, easy to use way.... would've been better if they just created separate apps. Graphics are cheap - and now, the one feature I loved about it ( the sagital view of inner oral cavity) is hidden under videos that don't completely fill up my iPad screen. If you're gonna overhaul a product this way, please test it out with USERS first. This upgrade feels like you hired a HS student to develop it cause it was cheap. ✓ Inaccurate, Buggy, Unsupported and UnrefundableWebsite is a domain squatter. Soon as you open the program, it tries to get you to drop ANOTHER $20 to unlock the features you ostensibly JUST PURCHASED. The animations are glitchy, poorly timed, and sometimes outright inaccurate. I don't have a lot of money to spend on my students, and that's $20 of it I'm not getting back..Version: 3.2.0
✓ Broken, waste of moneyWhat happened to this app? I admit I haven’t used it in a few years, but it doesn’t even work anymore. It says it has to be connected to the internet (I don’t remember that being necessary), but the app can’t connect to the internet (my iPad is connected and working fine). Completely useless.
