✗ Upgrade not workingWe upgraded from the free app and the app continually (like once per day) logs us out and asks us to pay again. We have to turn the device off, wait 1 min, power back on and then re-load the app for it to recognize the purchase. Tech support has not been helpful. When I asked for an update they responded with “have a great afternoon”-that’s not an update..Version: 2.42.0
