✓ App Collects All FeedbackIn the app Settings, there is an item called “Send Feedback”. It gives three options: (1) All, (2) Anonymous, and (3) None. However, if you choose, None, then exit Settings, then tap Sync your data (also in app Settings), then go back into Settings to check, you will find that Send Feedback has reset itself to All. ✓ Sign in?It's very difficult reviewing an app which will not allow signing in! (It doesn't recognize characters) Highlighting is a great feature as is the ability to add notes to a piece of text! ✓ So much potential but so unless!I've owned Logos since it first came out. I think I did beta testing too. I love Logos and can't begin to figure how many hours I've used it. I would give this app five stars for content available and cost of content. I've had this app since it was released and you can tell from my rating that I'm VERY disappointed. It has many good features, and strong links to Logos. All the positives can't overcome a glaring weakness. You can't add bookmarks! That's nuts for an app designed for reading books. It also is terribly limited in how you sort your library. I can't even sort by when a book was added which makes finding books in my 1000+ library more than difficult. These problems are easily fixed but repeated requests have never been responded to much less addressed. I hope this review will change that!.Version: 5.0.3

✓ Can't read off line!!!!Downloaded programme several times to try to download books from my library to read off line, but the option is not there. Furthermore, I can't remove books from the shelf and have my chosen books to read later. This is very frustrating!!!! The advice given on the help section on how to go it does not make sense to the current option, the (i) is for information and to download, but no option to read off line!! ✓ Good and BadLogos systems is a brilliant company with accessibility to lots of resources for Bible study and spiritual growth. This app gives you multi-device reading capability of your library, which is great. The app has most of the bells and whistles you'd expect in a reading app. I rated it a two-star because it also has some drawbacks. My library is extensive and it is difficult to keep track of my books. I hesitate to explore while reading because many times I have not been able to re-find my book. Secondly, you can highlight and note passages, but there isn't a way to export those notes or find them once you are finished reading. Lastly, I often need to re-boot my iPad as the app, without warning, doesn’t recognize my Apple pen, or allow me to do any highlighting or notes..Version: 8.0.8

✓ Crash on startupWould love to try this out, but after signing in, it crashes every time. After signing in, the words "Preparing Library" appear, the program briefly looks like it will load (I ever-so-quickly see my list of books), and then it crashes. Will adjust my rating once this is fixed. But I really love (love!) the direction of Logos to make my library cross-platform compatible..Version: 2.1.6

✓ No highlighting?I was reading one of the books from my Logos library when suddenly I found myself very inspired by a passage, I looked for a means to highlight it, alas there was none. No highlighter in this "reader app"? Highlighting, bookmarking and note taking are all missing. Perhaps Vyrso should go back into the shop until these basic functions are added to it..Version: 1.0.4
✓ Looks promising.Books downloaded are not available offline. The helpline doesn't really help. The information from this app doesn't match up to the website. It's nice that you can download all types of free books except you can only read them while you are online. The only available text offline is a King James Bible. Hopefully these kinks will be worked out sometime this century. This app really hasn't worked since I've downloaded it. Keep trying you're almost there. After further investigation it looks like you have to buy a license to download books for offline use. So this is something to consider. I had to look through all of their old message boards to figure this out. It would have been nice to have been told that up front..Version: 4.4.0
✓ Sadly, not HappyI was really looking forward to this app because I'd get to read the books in my Logos library that are less research based. However, when I opened the app it has a huge amount of books I don't want to see in my library, cluttering it up, that I cannot remove. I asked Logos about this and they said the app randomly chose books to pull into Vyrso and that I can't remove -- great! If I cannot pick and choose which books I see in my Vyrso library I won't use this app. I'll use the Kindle app which lets me do that. Then, I just opened the app, only to find that the 100 books I did download into Vyrso are no longer there. UGH!!! This could be a really cool app and very useful, even a Christian competitor with the Kindle app if it'd fix these two issues..Version: 4.6.4
✓ Not a very good book reader. No featuresVyrso is nothing but a front end for my logos collection. It has no features that kindle or iBooks has. It presents me with my thousands of books when I open it. I need collections so I can track the books I am reading. I read several daily devotions every day. To open these books I have to go to the search and weed through thousands of books to find the one I want. The search is slow and will regularly not show me the books I want. It takes many minutes between each book which makes reading several daily devotional a a time consuming and tedious operation. I can type in the exact title and the book is listed several several screens down. I need to be able to have collections and add books to favorites, not just pages. This is useless since it does nothing different from logos or faithlife..Version: 4.4.2
✓ Decent ebook reader, wishing for new features :)- Most ebook readers I've used give you page numbers or something helpful like how far, percentage-wise, you're into the book. The book shows a progress bar, but again, it doesn't tell you the percentage of the way you're into the book, and it's useful to at least know the percentage for apps like Goodreads, where you can report your book reading status by last page read or percentage into the book. - If I move around in the book, I have no easy way of knowing where I was if I forgot to bookmark or highlight near my last reading. The new option in some Kindle books allows you to scroll through a book, while it holds the last page read in the background. Something like that would be useful :).Version: 6.1.1

✓ Pros and ConsThe good things about Vyrso have to do with its ability to share resources with Logos Bible Software, and the fact that I've found some resources through the Vyrso store that I haven't found elsewhere. The drawbacks have to do with the software itself. It's clunky. I downloaded it primarily for work-related books but am finding it difficult to actually use the app to get the most of the resources. The books themselves often have issues with italics appearing for no reason. Vyrso loses your place in books. It's difficult to highlight. And I've not yet found a way to buy a book straight through the app; you have to go to Vyrso's site to do it. I really want to like the Vyrso app but these issues make it only OK..Version: 4.0.3
✓ Great booksI love the books I am able to download from this site. As I am a church librarian I can preview lots of books before deciding which books to put on the shelf. However when I downloaded several books to preview while overseas none of the books appeared in my library at all, it was empty....why is that? Do I have to be connected online to read my downloaded books? If so, this is very frustrating as I need to be able to read while traveling overseas and moving around worldwide..Version: 2.0.2
