✓ WORST APP EVER AND PROBABLY EVER WILL BE!!!I was told by the event of the Buffalo Bills training camp in Rochester New York that I needed to download this app in order to get free tickets for training camp. I did download the app I followed the instructions waited for 2 1/2 hours in ““ a virtual line to register and get tickets. I got to the store and they processed my request and said oops there has been A problem and I was kicked out of line. I talked with my two daughters and a son in law the exact same things happened to them talk to my son it also happened to him talk to my wife it also happened to her! This Hass to be the worst app ever avoid it in fact I probably think it’s a scam! PS I am no longer a bills fan!!! Go Steelers!!!.Taken for a scamVersion: 5.2.1

✓ Purchasing Bills attireIt is absolutely ridiculous regarding the delivery of items purchased on line …. Weeks to obtain things by courier shipments. This is not new been happening for consecutive years. Cannot ever get connected to speak with someone. ✓ Videos and musicIn comparison to how the Kansas City chiefs run there app, I believe you guys should take a look. They don’t have just 5-7 videos you can watch more does the old videos get bumped off. The music that’s played during Bills highlights is horrible I usually turn the volume down and watch. This app makes it hard to just get facts, like injury reports and statistics. I understand that it’s less effort to start a video camera and gab and express opinions, but I don’t need gab and I have opinions. ✓ Great app but needs improvementThis is a great app for bills mafia and I recommend this to get the latest updates and information, but theres little bugs that need improvement. While watching the live videos, I cannot pause, rewind or open to a full screen. It also shuts off in the middle of the stream and I'm forced to close and reopen the app multiple times while watching any live video. It would also be a nice option to be able to watch other videos on the app, if I choose not watch the current live video that may be streaming at that time. Every time I watch a posted video, the livestream will start playing at the same time and they play over each other, so I'm forced to wait until the live stream is over before I can watch any other videos on the app. Also, the notifications are delayed by about 15+ min which I don't mind when its just team/player updates. But its also delayed when the game is on and a lot can happen in 15 min, especially with Josh Allen. It would be awesome to have faster notifications when we score or make a big play, especially if one cannot watch the game live and relies on updates from the app. Other than those little glitches its a fantastic app and has tons of features to keep everyone tuned in with the bills! ✓ Radio App Not WorkingI love the Bills app! The notifications are awesome! The news articles are current and up-to-date, which is great! To get my Buffalo Bills news, I enjoy, listening to the radio that’s part of the app. Recently, this hasn’t been working and it’s a little frustrating. I’m not looking to listen to it during games, but I do like, listening to a variety of WGR shows such as the extra point show and listening to any content pertaining to the bills.
